When we were sold these packages we didn't know we were being scammed. 2. If the person doesn't work here anymore how is that our problem? 3. The staff is not being helpful at all with assisting this situation and all we are hearing is "this person doesn't work here anymore." 4. We are first time customers how was this person allowed to sell us maintenance packages? I then gave them the opportunity to let me purchase face with the current 70% off but I was denied because apparently I need to go with the "original deal" again we didn't ask to get a major discount, nor did we ask for a maintenance package. This is extremely disappointing. Highly highly unprofessional behavior from the management. When asked for a refund I was told the services already provided will be deducted at full price which is bs because again we didn't ask for a scammed discount. This company sucks and scams people. Telling us to follow our original "discount" but not actually using any discounts. Don't fall for their tricks.

Yes, hyaluronidase is "commonly used" But first of all: you are using it OFF LABEL. That's 100% fact. And even though it does work on occasion for fillers, it should only be used in emergencies and by someone who knows what they are doing. Secondly, you were supposed to administer it with lidocaine which you didn't. That's why my face was on fire all night... It hurt so bad and that is what made me look into the product. At that point, I decided I didn't want more even though a nurse there suggested it. I texted her and said I went down a rabbit hole and I'm just going to live with the lumps left by the filler. Though in the back of my mind, I thought nothing bad was going happen to me but I also wasn't going to chance it by getting more. BOY WAS I WRONG. Y'all ruined my face and impacted my life for almost a year now. Thirdly: you are supposed to dilute it. You didn't do that. You injected full strength hyaluronidase into my face after using the wrong filler for that area and to this day you have no idea how much you injected into me. If you continue to blame me, I swear to God, I will have signs made, and I will stand outside your building. What you did might've been a mistake (one that should have happened- it was negligent at best) but how you're handling it now and since - is absolutely disgusting. The way that what should've been such a small thing has affected my life- You will never understand because you are too busy blaming me. You never ever tried to help me. You guys ignored me- so I figured I was on my own and now I'm also being blamed for going somewhere to get it fixed. UNREAL. I sent you videos and pictures on May 27 2023. The day prior I requested my medical records-- I was IGNORED for both. This was within days of the incident. This charge is being disputed with my credit card company. Also, the laser equipment for hair removal and IPL do NOT produce results. I am currently using a Rx work for my age spots and melasma with much better results. So see a dermatologist for that, it's a lot more cost effective. I'be been to other places that have way more effective laser equipment. During one of the appts the laser tech said she was very thourough and always would always do two rounds to get better results. But last appt she did one quick pass around the face and appeared to be in a quick rush to be done with me. The only service that worked well for me at Myspa was the facial peel. I did a total of 3 rounds of Coolsculpting... Again, waste of money. Lastly, the Botox treatment I received here gave me horrible results. Two estheticians at different locations noticed that instead of my eyebrows lifting, the Botox caused my eyelids to droop. So I never went back there for Botox. I really wanted to like this place, the location is so convenient. I've spent a couple of thousand$ there, which I highly regret. I feel duped. Lesson learned! Do not let the same thing happen to you. Trust me when I say, go elsewhere.
