Oasis is great! I went to another place previously for laser hair removal and wasn't seeing the results I was looking for. After my first session with Oasis I could already tell a significant difference in my hair removal. The building is easy to find, they have plenty of parking, and the facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is awesome as well! I've seen Nicole several times and have always had a great experience. She's warm, welcoming, listens to your needs/problem areas and helps you get the best results. I wish I could leave no stars. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET CHEATED. I've been going to Oasis since I was 12 with my mom, and ever since Lindsay left everything has become nothing but TROUBLE. The new manager lied to my face in regards to how many laser treatments I have left since they opened up after the quarantine got lifted. They are just trying to make money because of the loss after Coronavirus began. I had just bought a new package of lower face last week, and they said I only had 3 treatments left on the phone, how is that work possible unless I wanted to burn my face off? My mom spoke to the new manager, and she was super unprofessional. She kept talking back to my mom telling my mom "I don't want to treat you so walk out and leave." She kept telling my mom not to argue or raise her voice like the manger is my mom's mom. When we showed them proof of receipts, they changed their statement in an instant because they got caught. We will definitely be reporting the business itself as well. Old management was much better and now it's turned into a scam. I can drop proof in an instant if they try to back track and lie. Just imagine buying a brand new package last week and then they tell you that you only have three treatments left. I was scheduled to come in last Friday 06/25/21 at 3:30 PM, for a CoolSculpting session I found on Groupon. Summers coming up, shirts are coming off, so why not, right? On the phone while making my appointment, I let the girl know that I'll be going on a trip next weekend, so I'll purchase their service (instead of refunding with Groupons 3 day policy) if she ensures that I can get the treatment done, before my trip. She says the consultation is quick (just to see if you have enough fat), we can do the treatment, and we'll be done in about an hour-and-a-half. PERFECT! wrong. The same girl (blonde hair) girl who scheduled my appointment, keeps trying to get me to refund the Groupon throughout our conversations. "Oh you want to do love handles? thats 2 sides. Why dont you refund the Groupon, and then lowest I can do is an additional $500 on top, to do your love handles?" "Oh you can ask them to refund you and you can come in next time and do both whatever side you'd like" like every option led to her giving up, suggesting i refund and reschedule lady. i told you. I WANT this done this week. She says i misunderstood (i dont know how, as it was literally the ONLY reason i purchased through them, instead of the other competitors) okay...whatever, lets say shes right. By now, its 3:50. they close at 5:00. I told her, "ill just go ahead and use the Groupon session and just do my abdomen". We have over an hour. the procedure apparently takes about 30 mins. PLENTY of time. She DEADASS, tells me, "well.. i would have to set up the cold sculpture machine...and that might take 20 minutes..." OKAY? sounds like we still have plenty of time?? i told her i dont mind waiting. she then has the audacity to tell me "well, to get it set up, its really a hassle...why dont you refund the Groupon, you can let them know you couldnt redeem the service, theyll refund you, and you can schedule for a future date?" are you fucking kidding me? i couldnt believe it. This girl didnt want to "inconvenience" herself, to set up the machine, and to provide the service shes employed there to do. i left. theres no way I was going to have her do the treatment on me. She would probably rushed it and fucked it up, or done it while being passive aggressive the entire time. for the store manager, go ahead and check your cameras to that date and time and explain to me why i left with over an hour still left at your center. Front desk girls were nice. Unfortunately my botox has completely worn off and it hasn't even been two months since I got it done. The technique the injector guy did was one I've never had before, and I've been getting Botox for years. I purchased a Groupon to try them out and was not treated any different than if I paid full price - and I think that is a huge deal at places like these. My Groupon was for a Medium area and I chose to get my under arms laser hair removal - this included 6 sessions. After my first session, my hair was almost completely gone. After my second session (4 weeks later) all of my hair was gone!!! I have continued to go to all of my appointments and can't wait to use them for other things! First off, The receptionists were very warm and inviting. I got a facial yesterday with Lindsay. I have had facials before but, when I explained what was going on with my face she actually gave me some really good feedback and was very knowledgeable! We started with an oxygen facial, but my skin was overly sensitive so she went another way and tailored the facial to what my skin needed at the time. I love that!! I understand why this place has three stars overall. It's the service. I've had several different technicians over the time of my laser hair removal. The first technician was great and took her time to consult me and slowly get every area. Sure, you want quick, however, you want thorough! You do not want to have patches of hair left unlasered or missed. Some of the other technicians have only taken 5 minutes and have left several patches untouched. It really depends on the technician, so you are getting varying degrees of quality. Finally, the front desk, you get different people there all the time and some of the girls are rude. Overall, there is mixed service. Some of the techs and girls are really friendly and nice and very understanding about rearranging appointments and one girl was very understanding about me being late and didn't charge me the fee. On the same token, I've been kept waiting on a machine that needed to warm up and been on hold for my appointment even if I was on time, so no late charges should ever be charged...it's a busy office..we have to understand each other! I purchased a laser hair removal package for several areas. After 6 sessions for each area, I still have to shave every few days. There is definitely much less hair growth, but for the amount of money paid, I am very disappointed in the results. I also had an IPL treatment at Oasis and it was worthless. I have had several IPL treatments at other spas and it always makes a huge difference on my dark patches. After my treatment at Oasis, there wasn't any difference at all. I now feel like if I am unhappy about something I can mention it to her and feel comfortable about it. I signed up for the monthly service. I have had ReFirm and laser hair removal so far. Both have given me great results. I adore the owner. She is so pleasant and friendly. As far as the cancellation policy, you are notified of it when you make the appointment. It is always disappointing to be charged, but you are told and if you don't agree with it ... then don't book. Another spa I go to has a $50 cancellation so the $25 really isn't that bad. read more

This place has terrible customer service. They charge $25 for a missed appointment unless you notify 24 hours in advanced. I work in surgery and my schedule is never set in stone. Doctor's offices dont even do that and trust me there time is more valuable than theirs. My apointment for underarm hair removal takes 10 minutes max and they want to charge $25 for missing that 10 minute appointment. I refuse to pay the late charges and will not be going back. The laser hair removal techs are poorly trained and often miss hair. I'm disapointed with the place all around. As a spa owner/ employee you should make your clients feel relaxed and top notch priority but instead I feel as if they could careless about my business and I'm rushed through every appointment. Went in last Friday for a chemical peel after doing months of research I settled with Oasis. Big mistake! While my esthetician, Rebecca, was so cool and sweet - she kept asking me was it burning or any tingling sensation was being felt during treatment. I told her no and she continued. She asked me about 3-4 times if it was burning or if I needed a fan but I was fine. It honestly didn't feel like anything was being done. Yet, since this was my first time, I didn't really know what to expect besides what I have seen on YouTube and from friends who have gone through the process. Rebecca told me I could use Cetaphil (the products I currently used) and even told me about some products in the lobby that would work. We were finished in about a hour, she told me what to expect and I left. There wasn't any type of upselling or meeting in the lobby to try and get me to buy the products. Aight, cool. Fast forward to today, it has been five days and I haven't had ANY peeling. None. Zilch. Nada. I called up there and spoke to a manager by the name of Iris. She was very straight forward and unapologetic. After I told her I wasn't sure that it was done correctly she began making excuses as to what I did wrong and that Cetaphil is a light moisturizer and some other stuff. I say all this to say that I think because it was a coupon, they didn't give me the treatment if I paid the full amount. Work on customer service. Purchased a Groupon for three microderm treatments. I've already been to two of them and both times, the aestheticans were awesome - very thorough and never pushy about product sales. Prior to the microderm, they'll give you a mini facial cleanse and perform extractions (if you want). For the microderm, they usually do two full swipes of the face and spend extra time on your problem areas. Afterwards, they give you a mini head & neck massage. Even though a microderm treatment could easily be completed in 15 min or less, the aestheticans spend a little extra time pampering you and making you feel relaxed, which is perfect in my book. read more

I've had at least 10+ treatments on my face (chin and sideburns) and I didn't get the results I was expecting but I did see some reduction of hair growth in certain areas...They kept reassuring me because of the pigment of my skin, I would need additional treatments to completely rid all of the hair growth. There were different technicians that treated me, they were nice BUT the front desk clerk, Iris was rude and inconsiderate!! I have African American skin and unfortunately on my last treatment MY FACE WAS BADLY BURNED ON BOTH SIDES OF MY FACE!!! I was given burn cream to use for a couple of days, fade cream to fade the hyper pigmentation from the burns and I had to wear tons of makeup to help cover up the burn marks in my face for several of weeks!!!!!! Very upset and embarrassed!!! I will not spend any additional money on unsatisfactory results (which can be due to the lack of knowledge about the different skin types) and poor customer service skills!! I had an IPL photofacial done and there were zero results. I've had several IPL photofacials done in the past, so I knew what to expect in terms of recovery. I think because I purchased a Groupon deal with them, they probably didn't do a "full price" treatment done. It's as though I didn't have anything done to my face. I've been going to Oasis since I got a Groupon for really cheap laser hair removal. That was well over year ago, and at this point I'm in there at least once a month. They keep running these awesome specials I just can't resist. The spa is really clean and quiet. Everyone who works there is very sweet, including the owner, and most of them know me by name now, which I really like. I've never had problems with schedule or rescheduling appointments. I've had laser treatments on my legs, underarms, and bikini area by many reputable companies, and can honestly say this was the worst experience I've had! Each time I had issues with terrible costumer service, poorly trained laser techs, and consistently-missed patches of hair that they refused to address. After the second botched treatment (and their refusal to fix it), I got my money back from Groupon (with no hassle!) I'd rather spend the extra money at Smooth Solutions or Ideal Image, where I can be sure the service I'm paying for will be performed correctly. read more

I LOVE this place! I have been coming for over a year, and I mostly do the laser hair removal. I have very dark hair and light, light skin, so I have had incredibly good results (plus, I waxed for many many years before I started the laser hair removal, and my hair was already very thin, which is also why I have had great results). Rebecca is my go-to girl. She is incredibly detail oriented and makes the sessions relaxing. She very friendly, and on the sales side of the business, she is awesome. I am usually very upfront and direct with my questions about the pricing and sales, and she'll let me know with an honest response when things are on sale and how many treatments I should buy at a time depending on my progress. I've also gotten a facial done by her, and she is GREAT! I highly recommend this place, and if you are going for laser, ask for Rebecca! PS-I know there are a lot of negative comments on YELP about the laser hair removal service. Don't be discouraged. Laser hair is very tricky, and your results will vary. Your skin pigment, the color and length and width of your hair is important and will play a HUGE factor on how well the laser works and how many treatments you need. Making sure you follow the rules/suggestion about sun exposure (which needs to be incredibly limited to none) and NOT REMOVING THE HAIR is vital. You also need to let your person know and be 100% honest about where and how often your hair grows. If you start doing laser on a place that usually doesn't grow hair, you may start growing hair! So be very honest and responsible. Finally, if you have sensitive skin, BE VERY CAREFUL AND UPFRONT!! They can let you know if the treatment is going to damage your skin and/or if it's even worth doing the treatments. read more

Love everything about this place! I was a little worried that since I found them on Groupon they were going to try and up sell me. That was not the case! I called to say I was going to be 5-10 minutes late (I was getting my upper lip done) once and they told me they would work me in since I was a small enough area. Everything went great! I did no show for an appointment and was told I could pay $25 or forfeit a treatment. I decided for the $25. I asked them about the review on the forfeited treatment (I was very concerned about this) and they told me they would only do that if they were told to forfeit it instead of paying the fee. Over all these ladies are so great! I decided to do full legs and it ended up being $499 for 6 and I haven't found that anywhere. Oasis is a clean and quiet spa. It's a nice atmosphere, and they are somewhat flexible when I am running late due to the distance from my job (Arlington). The only real complaint (if you want to call it that) is that the hours aren't very conducive to working full time. I cannot just "take off" work for a facial or laser appointment. Also the lack of ability to schedule online (you can email, but it sometimes can take days to respond). I bought a 6 treatment Brazilian & underarms... still have to shave, was going to do another two treatments or so to hopefully get the last of it, otherwise is great. My fiance got a Brazilian too, but for him it didn't work out so well... he says he could barely get the technicians to do the full treatment (they seemed squicked by working with male body parts and unable to treat the procedure as the medical/technical thing it should be). I did not have that problem as a female. All in all, I liked the service I received, I just can't get past the inconvenience of scheduling by phone when I'm a busy executive. read more
