Update: I got a reply right away after posting this review to contact them to discuss. Well I contacted them and I still have NOT heard back! It's been 3 weeks! I also did not include that the nurse did not seem to know what she was doing. She took forever to do the math. I thought to myself "really don't you do this all the time?" The nurse did not know how much more I would need and had to consult with another nurse. That should have been a huge red flag to run away as fast as I could. She also did not know pricing. LaserAway does not post pricing so it makes it seem like they tell different clients different pricing. For my laser needs I go to Prolase and all their pricing is posted and they have great deals. I've had great results. The treatment at LaserAway was a different hence why I came here. LaserAway Valencia: I was not happy with my treatment and the results. I called several times to discuss pricing. I was told one price over the phone (lower) then it was a different price in person. I had part of the treatment as a birthday gift so I wanted to get a full treatment. I stated that at the beginning. So the nurse did part of the treatment. Then I had to wait about 30 minutes and pay for the rest of the treatment which was way higher in price than when I called several times. I waited about 40 minutes for the rest of the treatment to be done. The nurse was like "I don't know why it keeps bleeding?"She said it may have been because of the wait time in between. Days later the treated area looked off. I read online that this was because it was done incorrectly. Luckily it is a temporary treatment but still I felt it was a waste of money. LaserAway had me do a survey a few days after. I indictated that I was not happy. They texted to ask why I rated the way I did. Then no one ever got back to me. No apology nothing! It's funny they called me several times to confirm my appointment and to try to sell me on more treatments but not to discuss what happened. I'll try Pasadena again. I had other treatments there and was happy. read more
