The whole experience always felt like constant upselling from start to finish, from the front desk to the injector. It just wasn't enjoyable. My visit today was the complete opposite. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. When you walk in there's chilled champagne, orange juice for mimosas, and a lot of skincare products displayed. I'll admit I was a little nervous at first because I thought it might be another high-pressure environment. Instead, everyone was incredibly kind and relaxed. I told Kelly upfront that I had about $450-$500 to spend, and she didn't bat an eye or make me feel uncomfortable about having a budget. She treated my 11 lines and forehead wrinkles for $300, after the receptionist helped me apply a $65 coupon that she informed me about at check out. I was honestly expecting to only be able to afford my 11s like I used to at Blue, where just the forehead area would run around $550-$600 and crows feet were always extra. The difference here was huge. Kelly was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained what she was doing, listened to what I wanted, and never once pressured me to add anything or buy extra services or products. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I'm beyond impressed with the whole experience and so happy to be done with Blue Med Spa. After my procedure, I had to wait another 10 minutes while the administrator was talking on the phone. No apology. No explanation. She didn't even tell me about payment right away -- just completely unprofessional. Customer service here is terrible. No flexibility, no empathy, no respect for clients' time or money. I've honestly never experienced anything like this before and I will never come back.

I did a Forma facial and it was completely non invasive and not painful at all. We took before photos so I could really see the difference afterward, which I appreciated. They applied a gel to my face and used the Forma device to glide over the skin with gentle warmth. It felt relaxing and soothing, almost like a warm facial massage. Forma uses radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen and elastin production. It helps tighten and firm the skin, improve texture, and smooth fine lines over time. What I loved most is that there is no downtime and it is safe for all skin types. My skin felt tighter, lifted, and had the most amazing glow afterward. I looked through the app and showed the front desk, and she couldn't find them either, so I had to do it on an iPad there. Not a huge deal, but a glitch that made check-in less smooth. Another awkward, and poorly timed request, was after the doctor decided to do 3 biopsies. I signed a doc to agree to them, and the nurse told me I had to pay the deductible for them before they could proceed. I literally had to get off the table in my gown, and go get my credit card out of my purse so she could process it while I waited. Really, really weird that I couldn't take care of that upon exiting. And honestly, not the best use of a nurse's valuable time! Lastly, I was laying on the table in a paper gown, at times with different areas of my body exposed, and during a period when a 2nd nurse or technician was coming in and out, the door was left open 2 or 3 times while she performed her tasks. I was in the first room, so every patient who entered walked by my room, and there were men, women and children in the office. I almost said something, but I was embarrassed and just wanted it over with. I hope they pay a little more attention to the privacy and dignity of patients. My appointment was with Lisa, she did a good job of explaining the procedures and calmed my nerves. The Botox was quick and easy, no down time and no pain. Results were seen within a week and I'm highly satisfied with the results. Next was PRP. It was recommended I do 3 sessions to maximize the results. I was swollen the day after and bruised for about the next 5 days. I later learned I shouldn't have had been drinking the night before as it affects the bruising. So Here's a tip: DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL THE DAY BEFORE. By my second session, I made sure no alcohol the day before and I drank a lot of water to make sure I was hydrated. Lisa also recommended I take arnica pills starting a few days before. This definitely helped A LOT! my skin healed so much quicker, the swelling was less visible and the bruising lasted only a day or two. I followed the same steps for my third session and again it was a quick heal with very little bruising. After each session, I noticed a difference under my eyes. Specifically as to my skin texture and dark circles. The biggest and most noticeable difference was after the third session. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience!
