This branch the nurse Rayah when injecting me with Botox, she caused me to have an infection. I went back and she said that I need to go to my regular doctor . That night because of the pain I went to the emergency room. She was unkind and unprofessional and the company was even worse. Please do not go to this branch. The treatment they provided for mr barely worked. I saw some improvement but I'm the end my issues of lip and chin is still there. I suggest shop around around and go see a professional doctor before going here. I am $1000 short and still have hair on the areas I wanted removed. I told the front and RN and all they told me was I should come back for maintenance. Still with a high amount No one has reached out to me. They care more getting money from me then actually helping me with my issue form what it seems at this point. I'm sure everyone has a better experience and different hormones but in this case laser away didn't help with mine. Maybe I'm blind, but I couldn't seem to find the pricing on the website without first giving them my phone number and email. I should've known better lol Within minutes I received an email from them, which is fine, and expected. But then I received a phone call AND a text after that. Shayna was the person assisting me to make my appointment and helping me understand more about the treatnent I was getting done. She explained everything so well and got me scheduled in. She scheduled me with Marcel to have my Juvaderm and Xeomim. The original appointment I had did have to get rescheduled, but they were able to reschedule me for 3 weeks after since they book up pretty fast. When I did go in for my appointment, I was greeted very well by Shayna and Boston at the front desk. Marcel, the nurse doing my treatments was also at the front desk. She kindly took me to the room where they would do my Juvaderm and Xeomin. She was so nice and made sure I understood what was being done and if I had any questions at all. Thankfully, I didn't really have questions because Shayna explained everything so well to me before going in. One thing I will say I appreciated Marcel's honesty because she did advise me that my lips would look super swollen right after the Juvaderm was injected, and that a lot of that was really just swelling and would go down. If I remember correctly, she injected 0.4 ml since I wanted just a slight little plump and see how it looked after healing. And I can honestly say I was so sad she was right because I look at my lips right now, and they did go down so much. I do have another appointment scheduled to have my lips looked at and add more Juvaderm if I'd like, and I definately WILL be wanting to use the rest of my syringe, haha.
