Their site states a 14-day lead time for delivery. I thought it might be delayed because of Xmas so no big deal. After 20 days I did not get an update even after I emailed them. Apparently there was a glitch on their site that charged me the wrong price. I called to complain and Marshall tried to offer me the rails for around $750. No thank you! I would not have left a bad review because of the glitch and if they updated my order but if I did not call them they probably would have kept my $443 and never shipped off my rails! They also delayed me from ordering elsewhere for over 20 days because I was waiting for my order from them.
