I would not have left a bad review because of the glitch and if they updated my order but if I did not call them they probably would have kept my $443 and never shipped off my rails! They also delayed me from ordering elsewhere for over 20 days because I was waiting for my order from them. The only reason why I didn't leave 1 star is because Marshall was apologetic and tried to offer me other options but at a price $69% higher than my original quote.
