You cannot get better customer service or quicker response time to the RARE issue you might experience. I have personally used them for email/web hosting, but as an IT consultant, I have also referred them out to nearly all of my clients for email/web hosting, and "cloud" computing. They are competitively priced, provide the BEST customer service you could dream of, and have INTEGRITY...a rare find in todays' business world. I can't speak highly enough of this company.

I…read morelived in the Orchid House in Tempe for two years, and Satellite Management Services held the contract for the DirecTV and Cable. I have never in my life been through a worse experience with a company. Having to deal with them is part of the reason I moved out of this building. This company is a mess. It was impossible to get someone to come fix issues with the cable or internet in a timely fassion. They are only open until 4pm every day, and closed Saturday and Sunday. So when I have an issue with my internet or cable on a Friday morning, and I don't get home from work until 5pm, I'm screwed for the entire weekend. I would leave voicemails and never receive a call back, they would try and bill me for every little thing even if it was their fault, just an all-around mess of a company. I moved out of this building 6 months ago, and I still receive a bill every single month from them for the internet service, which I canceled a month prior to moving out. Nobody there has a clue. I highly recommend Orchid House going in a different direction when this contract is up.

Come to find out, whoever they are looking for I have never heard of. Never met a Donald in my life. I have had this phone number for around five years so that shows how good of "investigators" they must be. When you call the number to ask any questions, since they left such a threatening automated message, they refuse to give you information until you answer their questions. I do not appreciate being harassed in this manner, especially over something that is their mistake and failure and has absolutely nothing to do with me. Avoid this business at all costs.
