I rarely order online items. Mainly due to the fact that I hate shipping procedures and having to track and I for some reason have a high expectation that delivery services should be on schedule and deliveries should be as scheduled. But with lasership this isn't a unreasonable expectation. As well as there willingness to go out of their own way to accommodate customers such as myself. I had called the office in Lexington to check and see if my package had arrived at their office. Me being the very impatient person I am. I asked if it were okay to pick up my package after work. Which was not a problem at all except that I got off work at 5:30 and their office closed at 5pm. So me thinking that I'd have to learn some patience and just wait on the package to be delivered the following day. I was told by the lady working at the second location off of liberty rd that she would make sure that a worker was their till 6 so that I could pick up my package. And when I arrived at roughly 5:45pm it was her that had personally styled herself to hand deliver my package to me after work. I thought that was very nice and sincere for her to do knowing that she definitely didn't have to take an extra hour of her time after work to accommodate my impatient needs. Never recommend. Their drivers lie about deliveries they deliver to the wrong houses they come to my house and leave my packages on the street. They also forged signatures No, I would not recommend them. I have been delivered other customers packages and they have never picked them up to re-deliver when I notified. You have to jump through hoops to try to get to talk to someone in the chat do not use this service if at all possible I actually hate this service so much. Lasership has been taken over by OnTrac and has SCREWED their delivery drivers over by cutting their pay in half and firing their drivers for any reason to get them out to make people take even lower pay. They're a terrible company and don't care about their drivers who struggling now, with paying for their own gas and having to pay HIGH car insurance and cutting their pay in half and if you deliver more than one package to a house or business you only get paid for one package ONLY and the rest you deliver them for FREE! The worst shipping company I have ever experienced. They claimed to have delivered my package to my business on a Sunday. The business is not open on Sundays. The retailer reshipped it using Lasership and they once again tried to deliver it on a Sunday. It is impossible to contact Lasership and they are horrible. Absolutely dreadful company. Shipping times are absurdly long while tracking information is inaccurate and largely useless. My most recent package has been, "out for delivery" for three consecutive days now. Yesterday and the day before, the order has been marked as, "delivery attempted" even though there was clearly no effort made to deliver anything. If you try to contact them, their phone number just takes you to an automated answering service that warns you about how long the hold times are but never actually gives you the option to speak with anyone. If you're patient enough to continue to navigate the useless menus, it will eventually automatically end the call. In short, steer clear of this company if at all possible. read more

Every single package I am expecting via LaserShip is delayed because delivery drivers cannot seem to grasp that "private property" doesn't apply to EXPECTED deliveries. Reaching a human is impossible. Sending a response with delivery instructions foes absolutely no good. I would give zero stars if I could. They were responsible for delivering a package to me. It was a hoodie. They threw it in the ditch of a major highway. Someone else found it and brought it to me.
