I have also had a UPS box for several years and attempted to have one at this store in the past and had the same kind of experience. I'm not sure what's going on in this place but I have to think it's management when so many of the employees seem so incredibly unhappy and are therefore terribly rude. I am literally driving all across town to go to a different location because I just can't deal with these folks. When one of the primary elements of this type of business is service, if not THE primary element, it kind of sucks when the service is so dismal.

Alana was really kind and helpful. I had a box to drop off and I had a letter that I needed to send. I wasn't sure what to do for the letter and she gave me immediate guidance on what to do. The store was really clean and organized; and I loved that they had a hand sanitizing station with available masks right by the front door. All COVID restrictions were followed to the letter. They are always patient and understanding. I am never in a hurry when I am shipping stuff, but do pay attention when they help people when I am waiting in line.
