I have had five packages from people that have shipped me items, like Sam's Club, and eBay just disappear. They can't find my package, they have no idea where it's at, they are almost impossible to get on the phone or reach out twice. I would not even give them a star if it were possible. Most horrible experience I've ever had with a shipper. United States parcel service is hands-down 10 times better than FedEx. UPS is probably the best of all of them as far as parcels are concerned. There is absolutely no excuse for a package to be missing and have no explanation to where your package is. No phone call, no Email, just leave you out in the abyss wondering where your package is. When you called to ask where your package is, you will get a recording, when you use a online assistant, you get no answers other than they can't help you. Waste your money elsewhere. I will never ever ever ever ever ship a package with FedEx. And those of you that ship with FedEx keep in mind that your customers are the ones that are suffering, not you. I would much rather pay more and get my package than not receive it at all and get some subpar cheap alternative. Hope this helps you and your decision-making in the future. read more

April 17, 2026 Fed-X drivers refuse to drive on my asphalt driveway, they continually drive through the yard. This causing me to reseed and straw the area. The last visit they drove over the reflective marker at the end of my winged driveway. UPS, Amazon, Lowes drivers do not have this problem. I pull boats, trailers etc on this drive, without doing any damage. Are the drivers disrespectful, or just morons? read more

Better tracking information not delaying customer's packages gave me 5 different delivery dates daily for 5 days

delivery was scheduled for 8/14 never arrived, rescheduled for 8/15 and has been out for delivery all day. waited up till 11pm and still no package. Here it is 8/16 and still no package, now the Fedex website say will let you know when it starts moving. No this is not the first time this has happened. read more

Update. finally received my shipment of mostly dead fish. The box was beat to hell. Driver wouldn't let me refuse the shipment, because I opened the box... SMH , the box was already busted open and had been retapped. I couldn't leave zero stars, smh. overnight delivery of LIVE FISH was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, September 24 before 12:00 p.m. The driver was in my driveway at 1:00 for 5 minutes, then was leaving. when I stopped her she said my shipment wasn't on her truck, but will probably be on another truck later. I did a tracking later and it stated that I wasn't home, and the package would be delivered on Wednesday, September 25 before noon. so, At 12:12 p.m. I checked the tracking and now it is delayed because of "incorrect address" . How did the driver find me on Tuesday? Again, I was here all day and i talked to 1 of the drivers . the package is supposed to be delivered on Thursday, September 26 now, before 12:00 p.m. This is not overnight. The package is labeled "LIVE FISH" , smh. I bet they are all DEAD by now. Way to go FEDex. Hopefully someday you can get good employees that will actually do their job instead of just clicking buttons on a tablet. read more

Most of my friends with a fish tank call this place Ded-Ex for a reason. Last time I ordered coral they showed up 7 hours past expected delivery. My wife's IVF meds are now two hours past expected delivery and were thousands of dollars so it baffles me why the pharmacy used Fedex. I've had the same issue with FedEx in East ky where I'm from as well. FedEx is trash in this state period. Use UPS and get your package on time and safely. Wouldn't trust FedEx in KY with anything valuable that you want to arrive anywhere near on time. read more

I typically do not even write bad reviews but I am sick and tired of being jerked around by Fed-Ex. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to me yesterday; and I had to go out of town unexpectedly and was not able to be here. So when I got home, the Fed-Ex note was stuck to my door stating that they could be here today (Saturday). So I contacted Fed-Ex to verify and they said that if it is better for me, they can have it delivered at a location down the street so I can pick it up. I thought to myself, this is going to be great, I can just pick it up later yesterday. Well I contacted Fed-Ex again and stated that I needed to make sure that I got it today (Saturday) and they said that they contacted the driver and that the driver will take it to the Fed-Ex place in Walgreens (off of Leestown Road); because my package was so important to me. So then I called again today to find out what was going on. The guy on the phone stated that he couldn't give me any information about my package because their systems were conveniently down until 5:30p CST. So I contacted them about that time and spoke with a different guy on the phone and he said, and I quote "Fed-Ex is not even open on Saturday ma'am so you won't get it and you were misinformed." So, I had used Fed-Ex in the past and I have NEVER had so much of an issue with INCOMPETENT people!! Just do your job and tell your clients the TRUTH. So, I will NEVER use Fed-Ex again; because their customer service has sorely gone down the drain since the last time I used them (over 5 years ago). read more

I've found myself here for drop off and pickup several times. The biggest perk is that they are open until 8:45pm! My second favorite thing about this location, is that you can pull up right by the door... an automated sliding door. So, if your arms are full with a huge box that you're bringing in to be shipped, no tackling the door. Earlier this week, I found myself dropping off my old Mac... after I got the new one of course. I had a preprinted shipping label, so I knew it would be pain free (thanks to the IT peps at Yelp). I didn't have packing tape at home and I wanted to ship it out ASAP, so I assumed that they could tape it up for me. Low and behold, the nice gentleman behind the counter offered to tape it shut for me. My last observation, was when he told me to have a better night... I was having a good evening, but it can always be better, right? read more

I got a package delivered and live down a long driveway. The driver, from Lexington, KY, put it ON TOP of the ROUNDED mailbox. If a truck or a gust of wind had come along, it would have blown away and went In the road, been stolen, or whatever. I tried to call FedEx and they told me to call the shipper to have them put "special delivery instructions " on delivery. I guess COMMON SENSE doesn't apply anymore. They refused to help me. I have had nothing but a bad experience with FedEx lately. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house in Kentucky 3 weeks ago, that ended up in California because of a mistake on their part. It arrived a week later but said package was supposed to be a birthday present that was already over by the time I received it. Another delivery that I ordered was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday.. Fast forward to Tuesday of the following week and I still have not received it yet. WOW!!! Talk about great customer service, I had a missing package with $500 worth of makeup products that I sell. It had gotten delivered to the wrong house and after going to the FedEx location on Buck Ln the man working helped me out and the manager went out and find my package and personally called me to apologize and let me know my package was safe and he found it! I am totally dissatisfied with FedEx. I ordered 2 large, expense rugs and they were not delivered on the day they claimed. When I called FedEx customer service, they told me the rugs were delivered and that maybe I should ask my neighbors if they saw the rugs and maybe took them in their apartment. So basically, they want me to ask my neighbor's if they stole the rugs. Are you kidding me? Four days later the rugs turned up at a neighbors apartment at a completely different building which I had to load up in my car, myself, then unload them into my apartment myself. FedEx never offered a solution other than for me to file a claim with the Rug company. Such BS!!! I will never, ever have anything delivered from FedEx again!! read more

Horrible! Lazy and incompetent. Address for overnight delivery was correct and they didn't even make an attempt. I paid for 10 am delivery and they sent me a message at 7:30 pm that the address was wrong. I called fedex and nope, wasn't wrong. They didn't even make an attempt. Horrible. They don't care about customers. Do not use fedex ever!! I will be contacting the BBB as well. These people need to be fired if they can't do their job. It was this location that marked it incorrect. I called fedex and they said this location has my package and didn't deliver it even though the address is correct. I'm now delayed 6 months because of their incompetence. read more

If I could give this location less than one star I would. I am so completely frustrated. My 2 part package was scheduled for delivery last Thursday, then it changed to Friday. So I requested a hold at my nearest on-site Fedex location. That hold request wasn't available because the package was already on the vehicle and scheduled for delivery by 8pm on Friday. Around 6:30pm, I get a notification that it's headed back to the ship facility so I request a hold again, the automated system said the request went through but takes up to 24 hours to process. There was no update on my package again until 10pm. I called first thing Saturday and I was told that my package was now being sent to the on-site location that I had requested. It's 15 minutes from the ship center. Up until 7pm last night, the packages were on their way to said on-site location. Then it updated and said "delivery date is pending." At first, on Thursday, it was delayed due to bad weather. But why couldn't it reach my doorstep on Friday? Because UPS and Amazon delivered just fine. The roads have been clear since late Thursday evening. Nobody tried to actually deliver it then and nobody tried to deliver it 15 minutes away yesterday. So here I am, without the equipment I need for my new job starting tomorrow. I have talked to 6 customer service employees and each of them give me a different answer. There is no local number for the ship center and when I spoke with someone who said he's a customer service supervisor, his phone conveniently cut out after "I'm sorry, let me--" I'm sick of Fedex. They've never EVER delivered a package on time and when they do, it's at the wrong house yet we've lived in the same home for 20 years. Now this and it's my final straw. I HATE complaining but I'm at a loss. Fedex doesn't care. They never have for any of my packages or for me as a customer. Thousands of dollars of equipment, my family is home every day (thanks pandemic), and not even a single attempt to deliver or fix the issue. I. AM. FURIOUS. Do better. read more

Package was to be overnighted with delivery by 4:30pm. At 5:20pm while waiting at the front door for delivery received alert that package was not delivered due to business being closed. Driver lied as he never arrived. Called customer service was told delivery would be attempted again that evening. Later received a call that it would be next day. Supervisor said driver told them he knocked on door at 5:20pm. Again he lied. Supervisor called driver again this time he said he couldn't find the address. Address is on a major state highway with plenty of signage. It was a Friday obviously driver had something on his mind beside his job. Will never use Fedex again. read more
