To be sure, I spent 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM sitting in a chair just inside our front door reading a good book. With my barky dog at my side. When no DHL truck appeared by 3:30 PM, I checked my emails to see a L IE that DHL had "attempted" delivery AT 12:45 PM. Now, I am told, I must be home all tomorrow to get delivery. DHL has done this to me before and once left a largish box out by our country mailbox, about 200 yards from the house, falsely claiming that I had signed for it. I found it months later when the snow melted. "F" rating with the BBB, and DHL is not that good. Lies as a business plan.

I contacted these guys after calling literally every other delivery service in Cleveland and Akron, and they said they could. They gave me a price and two of their drivers showed up with a cargo van to pick it up within an hour after I called. The drivers were professional and knowledgeable and used a strap to make sure my pallet wouldn't move and started driving. They delivered it extremely quickly within like 11-12 hours and my client was extremely satisfied we could get this delivered to them in time (thank you for that the client is now one that buys from us all the time). Their customer service rep (Donna) was helpful and courteous, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their delivery service again.

They work very quickly and efficiently, so I've always been in and out in a matter of minutes! The last few large shipments I've made have been significantly cheaper to ship via FedEx than UPS, so lately brown hasn't been receiving my business.
