I contacted these guys after calling literally every other delivery service in Cleveland and Akron, and they said they could. They gave me a price and two of their drivers showed up with a cargo van to pick it up within an hour after I called. The drivers were professional and knowledgeable and used a strap to make sure my pallet wouldn't move and started driving. They delivered it extremely quickly within like 11-12 hours and my client was extremely satisfied we could get this delivered to them in time (thank you for that the client is now one that buys from us all the time). This is the worst customer service and company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business…read morewith. They were scheduled to deliver my appliances Wednesday and they did, all but the fridge. When the delivery truck driver informed me they forgot the fridge he also stated that they were running late and just did not have time to look. No big deal, it happens. When I asked him if they could deliver it Saturday so I did not have to miss any work he said that would not be a problem given the fact that it was a major mess up on their end. As soon as he left I called the office and the receptionist (worst customer service in my life) informed me that she would notate my account but that it should not be a problem. Friday rolls around and I call six times to confirm and get no response back. Saturday comes around (I held off going to see family I have not seen in a very long time to ensure I get my fridge) and I call right at 7. Same lady answers the phone and I ask if I'm scheduled for delivery. She proceeds to tell me that not only am I not scheduled but that they don't deliver in my area on those day. When I told her I was promised multiple times she proceeds to place me on hold to walk out and talk to the warehouse manager. When she comes back on the phone she basically tells me in a round about way that I am shit out of luck and have to wait until Monday. This is the one thing holding me up from living in my first home. I live in bfe and can't afford to not have a fridge. At that point I lost it, if you know me you know I am very patient and understanding. When I demanded to speak to a manger she tried first telling me there was no manager on duty. Which was a lie given the fact she just went and talked to one. When I called her out on her lie she proceeds to state "he is running the warehouse and does not talk to customers". If you are running a company properly as a manager then the warehouse should be running without you for five minutes, but that's besides the point. I then ask if we can come pick it up today. At which point she tells me I only have until 1:30. Remember the family? My fiancé is right in the middle of driving to Modesto to see them and get the rest of our belongings to drop off in Placerville. There is no way we would make it in time. Worst customer service in the world. I've never felt so disrespected.
