According to their tracking, my package arrived at their Middleburg Hts location on June 6 at 3:18pm. It was scheduled for delivery on July1, didn't arrive. Their tracking said it was rescheduled for July2, didn't arrive. Tracking then said rescheduled for July 3. I checked tracking one more time to see if anything has changed again. Sure enough it said it was rescheduled for July 6. Within an hour after the reschedule email stating July 6 the package arrived damaged on July 3. Does anyone know what they're doing at UPS? I quit using UPS for deliveries many years ago because of these types of problems. Unfortunately Walmart still uses them. Now I have to go through a return/claim process which is another nightmare with UPS
