All the customer horror stories are true. Every. single. last. one. of. them. I ordered two items online from the e-tailer Beauty.com late Friday night, July 31, 2015. By the next afternoon, Saturday, August 1, 2015, I'd received a shipping notice. For the next 24 hours, the tracking number could not be found on LaserShip's website, which, OK, is somewhat par for the course for internet tracking numbers. By Monday morning, at 7:32AM, my items were officially out for delivery according to LaserShip's website. Afternoon comes and goes, and my package is still out for delivery. Late afternoon finishes, then evening, then late evening. Around 10:05PM on the expected day of delivery, I saw the tracking status updated from "Out for Delivery to Customer" to a blatant lie: "No one a delivery location" - yes, typos and all. That merely goes to show you just how professional and responsible this supposed shipping company is, eh? By the next morning, August 4, 2015, a whole host of additional lies, and a correction to the original typo, was added to the tracking history, including the status "Loaded onto vehicle" twice, once at 7:32AM (umm, I thought the package was originally "Out for Delivery to Customer" at 7:32AM - all this frenzied doctoring of the original tracking history the following morning sure seems fishy to me, what say you?) and then again at 9:55PM, just before the alleged delivery attempt that supposedly took place at 9:59PM. First of all, who loads a package onto a van/truck for delivery at 9:55PM (yes, PM)? Second of all, the apartment building was chock full of people. They could have rung my bell, they could have rung the bell in the adjacent unit, hell, they could have rung all the bells in the building, multiple times even. Play "Jingle Bells" using the bell if they want. Either way, they would instantly have discovered that, lo and behold, people were indeed present in that building at 10PM to accept the package (oh my gosh! SORRY - I meant 9:59PM! a whole minute before 10PM) on a Monday. Hello, highly incompetent, inefficient and irresponsible LaserShip delivery guys and gals and powers-that-be - this is very early August we're dealing with here. It's NOT even the height of the Christmas shopping season. Wow. Imagine if it actually were - I shudder to think what the unfortunate and anxiety-inducing possibilities would be. Customers probably wouldn't see their orders delivered by LaserShip till the following January! So, in conclusion, how do I rate LaserShip's delivery abilities and level of service? Zero stars, F-, 0% out of 100%, all the negative ratings, scores and points I could possibly give this particular shipping company. Like many have declared before me, I just cannot fathom how this genuine mess of a shipping company remains in existence and is still doing business with SO MANY UNSATISFIED AND IRATE CUSTOMERS that have been subjected to undue stress and nail-biting anxiety. By the way, I never got my items. I demanded an immediate refund the evening that the stuff was scanned as "Out for Delivery to Customer." My stuff remains in limbo in the hands of LaserShip. Lasership? More like Lasershit! I've been the unfortunate recipient of packages "delivered" by these drooling rejects from a circus sideshow three times now. Know why "delivered" was in scare quotes in the last sentence? Because NOT ONE of the THREE packages arrived as promised! The first one, from Amazon, was carrying something I needed the next day - hence, 1-day shipping. I stayed home the entire day, and since I wasn't hearing a buzzer, I refreshed the delivery status page occasionally. Finally, it was marked delivered at 7 PM - and I was a bit confused. Nobody rang, and our outside door is kept locked. I went outside, and nothing! I called Lasershit the next morning (since they weren't open at 7), and they assured me that their (almost certainly glue-sniffing) "delivery" person tried my (working) bell, and since there was no answer, simple left the package outside on the stoop! When I pointed out that this was impossible (I would have heard the buzzer, and probably heard someone on the stoop as well), they told me it had been delivered, and hung up on me. I had to go through Amazon to get a refund, which took some sorting out because Amazon had it marked as "delivered". I hope the "delivery" person enjoyed their free present. The second scenario was pretty much the same as the first, but through Jet. It was marked as delivered with no buzz on my doorbell, and then they claimed that it had been left on my stoop. Once again, the mongoloid manning the phone just hung up on me when I protested. The only reason I didn't go there in person to incinerate everybody working for Lasershit with a death ray was that I didn't have a death ray. If I ordered one online, it would probably just get stolen by Lasershit "delivery" mutants. The third case followed similarly to the first two, except that bizarrely, these losers apparently located the package about 5 days later and it showed up... ON MY FRONT STOOP. In BROOKLYN! Luckily I found it, and I had already been refunded by Amazon (but I called them, and they said that I could keep it for the inconvenience. Amazon gets high marks in everything except their choice of toad-licking "delivery" crackheads). So I guess that Lasershit did me a solid by delivering my package at all, and getting me a refund - pity it arrived too late to debut it at the dinner party for which I ordered it. TLDR: Lasershit is terrible. Like really, really terrible. They hire terrible, awful human beings for everything from "delivering" (usually stealing) packages to "relating to" (hanging up on) customers. Honestly, the entire operation is one big crime against humanity and should probably be firebombed off the face of the planet for the improvement of the gene pool and, quite possibly, world peace. read more

An infuriatingly dismissive attitude that left me feeling more like a nuisance than a victim of their deplorable conduct. They half-heartedly promised an investigation, but it seemed more like an attempt to pacify an irate customer than a genuine effort to make things right. To add insult to injury, the delivery person's forgery remained unchecked and unpunished, as if they were condoning such unethical behavior. This was not an isolated incident; it was a pattern of abuse that jeopardized the trust between customers and their shipping carriers. My trust in LaserShip has been shattered beyond repair. Their disregard for customer well-being and the perpetuation of fraudulent practices paint a portrait of a company devoid of integrity. Who can trust a shipping carrier that not only fails to deliver packages but also resorts to forgery to cover their tracks? In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience advise anyone to utilize LaserShip's services. My experiences with their incompetence, theft, and signature forgery have been nothing short of a nightmare. Save yourself the torment and seek out a reputable and ethical shipping carrier that values its customers and places integrity at the forefront. I thought no place could ever be worse than the post office. I got 1 day shipping on something from Amazon, like all the others here complaining, and I happened to not be home when they delivered my package. They left it in the lobby of my apartment building in a low income area with no doorman and over 100 occupants. I called Lasership and they said their policy is that the driver can leave packages in the lobby when no one is home.... ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? This is one of the most retarded things I've ever heard. You might as well leave it on the street corner with a sign that says take me. I called Amazon, they sent me a replacement package and despite the lady promising me they wouldn't send it through Lasership, they did. As soon as I saw this I called them and asked them to relay the message not to leave the package anywhere except for in my hands. They said okay. I get home and no notification. 2 hours after being home I get a notification that they tried to deliver. Um NOPE. When anyone want to be buzzed in in my apartment the call go to my phone. They did not attempt to buzz me and did not knock on my door. How am I supposed to get this package if there is no note giving me a place I can pick it up and when you come to "deliver" you don't try to buzz in the building or even knock on my door. I though that's what delivery is. I've spent hours on the phone with lasership and amazon to try and get a simple freaking package. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company has got to be a scam. I'm convinced these truck drivers are dumping packages off in lobbies while their friends are around the corner waiting to take them as soon as it's dropped off. I hate this company so much, I hope you go out of business and have a class action lawsuit. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau. read more

There is a LaserShip delivery crew that delivers amazon packages in my NYC neighborhood and the sorting center is somewhere in northern NJ. The crew is very disruptive and almost menacing to the neighborhood. 1. They are very loud ( outside my first floor window) while other deliver services such as UPS and Fedex are very professional and respectful unlike laserShip. 2. They sort there Amazon packages in the middle of the driving lanes of the street which is unprofessional and dangerous and they block the fire hydrant with dozens of packages( if there was an emergency it would provide an unnecessary obstacle to the fire department. 3.They frequently block in cars with the amazon packages dozens at a time which is rude and unlawful, and I told them "if you block my car in with your packages 1 more time when I need my car I am just going to run them over. 4. This morning an elder woman(neighbor of mine) was walking her dog on the side walk and one of the lasership guys was surfing down the side walk on hand truck like a skateboard and literally almost hit the ladies dog by centimeters...not feet or inches ..centimeters. 5. When this delivery crew is confronted about there behavior they respond in a very rude almost threatining kind of way. 6. They ring the doorbells and when one doorbell answers they deliver the package and leave the rest in the middle of the first floor hallways without even verifying that the other recipients are even home...thus packages get stolen frequently....in these cases the packages should be delivered to the package room in the main office on the block. 7. Message to laserShip...Take care of this problem today otherwise the matter will be escalated. read more

This company is an absolute nightmare. More often than not, packages being delivered by Lasership mysteriously never make it to our apartment. Most recently, Lasership had lost a package of ours for a 48 hour period. We received a phone call from the Lasership delivery man, who was finally at our apartment building to deliver the delayed package. We asked him to ring the buzzer and bring the package up. Instead, he opened the first of the two doors to our apartment building and threw the package on the floor. Yes, threw. (We witnessed this from the video screen of our security system) While watching him throw our package was bad enough to merit a terrible review, I must point out that he didn't even bother to open the second door and leave the package in the lobby. USPS, Fedex, nor UPS will leave a package in that vestibule between the two doors, because it is not considered a secure space. (Once before, we asked a Lasership delivery person to bring a package up and he argued with us, and then also threw it on the floor) If that wasn't bad enough, we have actually had a Lasership delivery person throw a package up onto our balcony from the street. Honestly. It wasn't a package for our apartment either, which really blew our minds. I couldn't imagine worse service from a delivery company. We have called and spoken with their customer service multiple times, to no avail. We have slowly but surely stopped using any company that ships with Lasership. Lemme tell you about lasership. In nyc, they are atrocious. I live in a large apartment building, and they come upstairs 1 out of 15 times maybe. If I'm lucky, they leave it at my apartment door. More often than not, they leave it by the building mailboxes in the lobby. The building has about 500 apartments, and 3 sets of mailboxes, and they drop packages at the closest mailboxes to the door, which isn't even the right address. About 1/2 the time, they don't bother delivering the items, and mark them delivered. They don't answer the phone when dispatch calls them to ask where the items are, or when they do answer, they say they delivered them. Even when I let them know I have cameras everywhere and have proof of no delivery, they still swear they delivered. A handful of times, I've seen the private owned cars or vans of lasership drivers pull up at the hydrant, and toss the package as close to the building door as possible. In NYC, are you kidding me? It's mind boggling. Basically, I get about 10-15% of packages shipped by lasership to my home address. Amazon fixes it each time, but now lasership has smartened up, and "signed" for the deliveries. Just means amazon can't do an immediate refund, they have to investigate which takes 72 hours. The last few times, lasership signed some weird character name. Amazon says they will investigate and have opened several claims which resort to nothing, as it's the only same or next day service in New York. read more

Worst delivery service ever!! Never deliver on time. Toss your packages at your house. Heard one story where they cracked someone's siding. Mark packages delivered when they weren't and even then, they're late!! Hate this company and have told Amazon that if they must use Lasership, I'll cancel my orders. My tracking # LX83378174 was supposed to come Monday 1/11. After waiting home all day no package and when I checked the tracking # it said "unable to deliver".. Checked today and saw it left a local distribution center in the morning. At 820pm I checked the tracking again and it said it was delivered at 801pm. I looked everyplace and there was no package. No surprise. I've found your service to be consistently unreliable and your drivers when they do deliver, just toss the packages in the general direction of the front door. Today, no package could be found when I looked 19 minutes after it was supposedly delivered. I have a video doorbell and there was no video of anyone coming up to my house. Do better. Hire better. Going forward I refuse to purchase anything if I know it's being shipped using Lasership. read more

I live in a large complex/development in Bklyn, 46 buildings, 5,881 apts. Our tenant org. /and on Nextdoor online has been in an uproar over this service. we are hoping to have Amazon stop using Lasership for our complex. LaserShip is a failure. The drivers take all of the packages and throw them in the lobby. 5,881 apts. If folks are stealing packages off porches in the suburbs, what is the logic behind leaving boxes of unsupervised "Amazon" packages in the lobby of a 20 story building. That amounts to having a contract with Amazon, but no ethics or regards for the end user. Lasership has "Residential E commerce/Custom Delivery Solutions/ on their website-as if. why do neighborhoods in marginalized neighborhoods have to suffer with this attitude, that projects "we just do not care about you/the goods you paid for", or even if you get them". Come into the building toss the packages, and think "Good Luck" with these!. I am a Prime customer. When I track my deliveries, and Lasership is the courier, I just cancel the order. So lets talk about a serious reason why lasership sucks. You take an order from Amazon, which has the customers' correct address. Then - if you are lasership - you go ahead and voluntarily ADD human error to the equation. Yes that's right - the labels are too small for drivers to read while driving apparently(?) because why else would they HAND WRITE the address in big black sharpie on the box. I don't know how this "company" is still in business, and I don't know why Amazon even associates with them. Today I was supposed to receive a package that I order via Amazon. I'm here waiting all day, and I receive a notification e-mail saying "Lasership wasn't able to enter your building to deliver your package". This is a blatant LIE, and this isn't the first time this has happened. I have a camera pointing at my front door, and nobody even attempted to deliver a package. Plus there is no gate, or security door that would stop a delivery so I don't know why they would have the nerve to put that as the reason why they couldn't deliver my package. They're too lazy, and unprofessional. They probably went home early, or are sleeping in their deliver truck and couldn't be bothered to deliver my package. They don't even deserve 1 star. Where is my package The delivery person claimed to have delivered my package on 12/21/23. at 10:27, I immediately went to check and there was no package. But there was no delivery man who entered the building between 10:00 and 11:00. Checked on cameras They do not provide any proof [ Visual Proof of Delivery ] that they delivered the package. Trying to contact customer service via phone is IMPOSSIBLE. It doesn't matter what time you call, they're always experiencing high call volume and NEVER answer. You send an e-mail, you get no reply. LaserShip was in possession of my Bath and Body Works package on July 23. They fraudulently marked it as delivered and never delivered me my package. They have this scheme of stealing packages, instructing you to contact the seller for a replacement/refund, all while keeping our packages and continuing to provide fraudulent service without being pressed for committing this crime. Until now. Because they have apparently stolen my package, I'm taking further steps. This company steals packages! I am not being dramatic or over exaggerating when I order from Amazon sometimes Amazon will use Lasership, even though I have requested multiple times that they stop using this company, to deliver my packages. I would say 30% of the time lasership delivers my packages. The other times the driver clearly forges my name that it has been delivered when it definitely has not been delivered. If this only happened once I would not make a big deal but it's been multiple times and Amazon keeps using this company. I have no choice and I do not know how to report them. There is NO customer service, the form I filled out on the website goes unanswered and the chat option is a Robot. I wish I could report them to some sort of authority because they are STEALING packages. read more
