This time Aiza called me and confirmed again that the box will be picked up between 3 to 4 pm. I waited and even canceled my appointment this time and AGAIN, no pick up happened and the driver or person whose supposed to pick up the box, did not call or text to let me know that he's coming or not. I decided to just drive to the next nearest one which was this location - but the parking situation here is really difficult to navigate. It's situated on a street that's surrounded by a lot of one way streets - plus one side of the parking lot is totally blocked off, so that was unfortunate. Once I walked in I noticed the for returns was incredibly long - I guess everyone was here trying to do the same thing and make returns after the holidays. Eventually after 20 minutes or so of waiting a few more people jumped behind the return line to help out, and it moved a bit faster.
