I set up a Yelp just so I can leave a review on how bad this delivery service is. I ordered multiple items from Amazon, and I only received two (which annoyingly were the two cheapest out of all 10 items). They said that all items were delivered but clearly that is a lie. I have been ordering a lot of things from Amazon since I moved to my new apartment and nothing has ever been robbed, so it is clear that the items were just not delivered. I then tried to ring their customer care but got no luck there either. How you can pride yourself as a company is a joke! I have lost quite a lot of money due to your inability to do the very thing you pride yourself on being able to do. Where have my packages gone?! I've noticed that every time when this company is used to make a delivery for Amazon, it fails to deliver anything on time. Most of the time, I'm home. If no stars were an option I'd go with that. This unfortunately is the preferred vendor for Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie & Free People. I could pay a couple hundred dollars for something just for them to throw it down like trash. In light of my recent experience, I've cancelled any items I had scheduled to receive from any of the above companies. I recently got 2 deliveries, one I received with a picture of my door, the other I did not where the picture was one of the lobby, not my door. Same company, same address, different proofs of delivery. In spite of the fact I have repeatedly instructed them NOT to leave my package in the lobby, those instructions are repeatedly ignored so I don't even understand the point of asking. I let this trash company know I didn't receive my package and of course no response, and now UO is refusing to refund my money because LS sent them a photo which could've literally been taken anywhere. This company deserves negative stars. They claimed that my package was delivered at 6:30 am. I was up at 6:30 and no delivery truck/car in sight. I could only contact them via text (no way to speak to a human being). They filed a fake claim and 4 days later I was told that my package was delivered. I'm still waiting for it. Adidas, who the package was from was absolutely of no help either. I am now out $100 for a pair of shoes. Horrible customer service and delivery workers who aren't truthful. read more

Update: This company was rated 1.17 stars by almost 2000 customers on another website, the worst possible rating. This is a carrier service used by a vendor. But this carrier is malfunctioning. This company handles local delivery (they take over after the package arrived in the tri-state areas). My package got delayed 3 times at their hand. so far and I still have no tracking info (where-about of my package). Any other local handler delivers my package within one day or two (worst case). My package arrived at my local warehouse 10 days ago (July 18th). LaserShip took over the local delivery. Today is July 28th, I have not received it yet. Extremely bad company. Horrible. Amazon packages constantly go missing and get delivered less than half the time. Of my last three orders they picked up from Amazon, only one was dispatched and received. The other two never had tracking updates. WHERE DO THEY GO? After I submitted an inquiry on one package, two days later, it was suddenly marked "Out for delivery" then marked as "Delivered" eight minutes later. It was absolutely not delivered. The false tracking update also meant I had to wait an additional day to get a refund from Amazon after waiting three days after the original Same-Day delivery I was supposed to receive. When some of these packages go missing I can't buy the same item for the same price, as they were used- like-new, and it ends up costing me money. I ordered an item for immediate pain management two weeks ago, as I didn't want to pay double at a pharmacy, and, of course it was never delivered. This company has cost me time, money, and literal pain. Of the packages that actually get dispatched, most of them are delivered to my neighbors, next door who have an address one letter off from mine (imagine that), but the numbers on our house are displayed extremely clearly for anyone making a deliberate effort, on an illuminated sign! Also, my address line after my name says this, exactly: TRY TOP BUZZER FIRST, and yet they leave them on my downstairs neighbor's grate, on the street level, instead of on our stairs, at the front door, without trying the buzzer, so anyone could walk by and take packages without any notification of delivery, before I even know it's there. They have been consistently terrible for the years I've lived here, showing no improvement. They should not be in business, or there should be some sort of legal scrutiny and criminal investigations because they're either constantly returning packages to Amazon or they're stealing them, and the couriers don't seem to have any motivation to ensure they've done their job, when proper delivery requires maybe thirty seconds, less than one minute of focused attention upon arrival. read more

Worst delivery company ever! Thanks to them, I've started shopping in-store again because when I place an online order and the company uses them for delivery, I don't receive my order. The company loses money because they have to issue refunds, and they lose customers. I hate that Lasership lies and say delivered, to some random person, and yet the customer has not received anything. I just got off the phone with TJ Maxx and told them to stop using Lasership. I'm not going to order online from them anymore because they do use them and I'm worried I won't receive my items. When TJ Maxx uses Fed Ex, UPS or USPS, there are no issues. They've started using Lasership, lo and behold, issues. And TJ Maxx was on top of it. They issued my refund, no questions asked. I use Amazon regularly. It is beyond my understanding why a company known for solid customer service continues to use a carrier that is wholly unreliable. Don't count on getting whatever you ordered if it's set to be delivered by Lasership, and it definitely won't be on time! I avoid having this company handle any packages like the plague - years ago I pleaded for Amazon to remove them as a company that could/would deliver to me after having multiple missing, undelivered, and damaged goods sent through Lasership. Most recently, I have had another terrible experience with them. They botched a one-day delivery and even said they delivered one of my packages to a neighbor who doesn't exist! In the meantime, I've received 2 other Amazon deliveries on time, and right to my apartment door! About a week later they updated the tracking status to delivered. And when did they deliver it? A week ago. Luckily I had screen shots. I called laser ship customer service line and they tell me they only have a five day window. Because it said it was delivered September 30th they can't do anything. No stars! I was to receive a package on 8/26/23 and Lasership tracking stated my item "was delivered" that day ( 8/26) at 5:36 pm. I was home at the time and no package was ever delivered and still has not arrived. This is the second time Lasership has not delivered a scheduled package. I'm not sure whether the drivers they use steal the items or whether they deliver them to a wrong address. I guess I should join the 1-star reviewers. I constantly order from ASOS, a fashion designer company. A few times my packages were delivered by LaserShip and rather fast! That was so refreshing, until the last time this company claimed my package was delivered. There was no package. To top it off, on the tracking page it says that a doorman signed for my package, named Felix Torres. The truth is, there is no doorman in my building! I called the LaserShip and spoke to the rep. He stated they would conduct a thorough investigation within 2 days. He then had the nerve to say that if the investigation did not turn up any results, I just should contact the seller. I asked, why should I contact the seller, if this is YOUR delivery error? I then asked, what do you expect the seller to do: give me money back, call you guys or is there a third option? I placed an order through Amazon on Saturday, December 11,2020. It was to be delivered on Sunday, December 12, 2020. The delivery was attempted at 9:42 pm. I was not notified that there was an issue and no one called me even though Laser Ship has my phone number. The delivery was attempted the next day, again not delivered. I found out that the address is incorrect so I called the company and gave them the correct address. They never updated the address and they keep attempting delivery never notifying me that there is an issue. Delivery is always late at night even though I asked to have the package delivered before 5:00 pm. The company keeps attempting delivery to the wrong address. When I called I was on hold for almost an hour, the connection is terrible and you can hardly understand the person. I contacted Amazon and complained about Laser Ship.
