I post on my neighborhood page seeing if someone accidentally got it, but instead I get responses from MULTIPLE people saying their package was also missing. same issue. I ordered Hungry Root and have been waiting for several days to receive my food delivery. On the day of I waited until 9 pm to finally get a "failure in delivery" message. Tried calling customer support and nothing. This is ridiculous. I purposefully postponed grocery shopping for this delivery and now have no food. I moved on a military installation over the summer. You need a military ID to enter through the gate or be sponsored in but UPS & FedEx are allowed through to make deliveries. Lasership drivers use their own personal car with no company name on it. They wear a red shirt as part of their uniform and I was told that they cannot make door to door delivery on base. Five of my orders sent through Lasership were returned back to the sender without any notifications. They did not respond to any of my inquiries that I'd made through their website and it was really hard getting through their corporate number. It's taken me a couple more deliveries to figure out that I have to call the local Lasership facility to confirm when the delivery person will be outside the visitor center so I can pick up my package. The representative that I spoke to was really helpful in explaining the situation and the delivery person was nice & friendly when I got my package. I can handle this arrangement since I can't control which shipping company my orders get sent through. Yesterday, I picked up my order and the bag looked like someone had torn a hole through it & it was taped back up. The size of the hole was big enough for them to remove its contents and look through it. Apparently, the person liked what I had ordered because they took the most expensive item in the bag. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund on that missing item. I realize that it could have accidentally fallen out but the way the hole looks & being that it was the most expensive item that was missing, it's very likely that it was intentional. The package was from Victoria's Secret & it arrived at the facility on Feb 14th before I picked it up on the 17th. read more

HORRENDOUS Service. I hate to even give 1 star!! Why would Amazon use this company? My package was guaranteed to be here 2 days ago. I've called Lasership SEVERAL times. Each time I'm put on long holds. The first day I was told, "We can't make it today. We'll try to make it there tomorrow." The attitude I got was they could really care less. Well, tomorrow has come and gone. When I called yesterday, I was told my package was not put on the truck. "They would try to get it here tomorrow." This is day 3. I'm on my 2nd phone call to Lasership. I'm presently on hold for the 3rd time today. This morning I was told my delivery would be here in about 45 minutes. That was 4 hours ago. I can NOT believe this. I was just told AGAIN that they would be here in 45 minutes. Amazon....WHY would you put your customers through this? Not the quality of service I'm used to when I order from Amazon. PS: After posting this review, I received an email from Lasership saying they would assist me. I spoke to Robert at Lasership. Tracking info has not been updated since the 10th. I have sent multiple emails to customer service. They handled the shipping of a JCPenney order. It was never delivered. Nobody even came by the house. I have cameras. They said it was not their problem and to contact the seller about it. After being notified by Amazon that Laser Ship would be delivering my package, I immediately googled them because I have never heard of LaserShip. The negative reviews that I read gave me an instant "oh crap" feeling. Reading the delivery issues, I called the LaserShip Tampa location to see if I could pick up my package instead of having it delivered. The customer service rep was very friendly and indicated the package hadn't yet arrived in their facility, but he would call the moment it arrived. I was in the area on Sat and called their facility to see if package had arrived and the Customer Service agent was able to quickly locate my information (read my cell phone number back to me that I hadn't given to him) and tell me thepackage hadn't quite made it to Tampa yet. I told him that my address is a half (1/2) and that at times UPS had a issue with delivery as they just throw my package on the screened in porch of the house' address (I live in a converted garage behind the house), which the renters have told me I am not welcomed to step in and retrieve. The CSR assured me that he had it all in the notes, and there would not be a problem with the delivery on Monday, the schduled delivery day. Sunday mid morning while reading my paper I heard a thud, went to the door, and saw my package laying at the door with the driver going out the fence. A day early AND he came through the fence to deliver. Now that is four star worthy! The only reason LaserShip did not receive the 5 stars was that the driver didn't ring the bell, or knock to let me know the package was there.
