3-20-2026 new owners have taken a friendly store and driven it into the ground. New manager Kevin, owners son, harasses female customers, treats them like they are idiots. Understand that it applies to employees as well. He is rude to customers. He has been heard to say that he doesn't care if mail is delivered to mailboxes on time. He makes mailbox customers stand in line for packages with delivery customers. Likes to try charging mailbox customers for names on the mailboxes when they are already in their computers system. April was a peach stood at the counter not helping me at all. So I stepped away to try and figure it out on my own. When I tried to do it through the drop off site at the UPS then she walked over and told me that I wasn't able to do the Fabletics return over there. This is after waiting at her desk or station for five minutes. She could've helped me in the beginning when I told her I had one TikTok and one Fabletics. She then walked over and said well I can help you. I just never done a TikTok or Fabletics return before my hands are up in the Air.. what can you do, April? read more

Ownership, customer service, organization all need to improve. The last straw was witnessing the owner weaponizing the police against two young black kids. Threatening them with the police for simply fun raising didn't sit right with me. The first issue was having a package returned because a suite number wasn't included. The owner had an attitude and didn't give me much context or explanation as to why at first. He just said "This is your package now" mind you I would go into this store shipping multiple times a week and sometimes multiple times a day. Spending $1000s a month for my business purposes. I at least expect half decent customer service. It struck me as "It's your problem, and I don't care how you feel" Many of the staff that were great at their job have left and the ones that are there don't seem happy to be there most days. Many of them can be very helpful and great at what they do but after witnessing multiple displays of smug, rude, leadership from management I've decided to drive to the location on the other side of town because 301 traffic sounds more appealing than funding a business that doesn't care about customer/employees AND threaten young kids with police officers. read more

Unfortunately, the new ownership in the last couple months is unfriendly and leave a tom to be desired. Having used this store for a box and packages for 15+ years, I can see the huge difference. We avoid the store altogether at this point and likely will move all our services in the next few months. Customer Service is Atrocious! read more

This is our go to UPS store, especially for Amazon returns. It is not far from us so a zip to get to! Recently hubby sold a guitar. He had to purchase a box for it and send it to Alaska. Ouch, postage is ridiculous!! That is everywhere, not just UPS. Anyhow, the service was excellent! No issues at all. Not much else to say unless you go on a rant about how bad it is here. So nice to finally walk into one of these and not have a huge line out the door with grumpy male employees. There were 3 nice very busy women behind the counter who greeted me. I got gouged today. I had an urgent package to be delivered. It wasn't heavy. It wasn't big. I paid over five bucks for one of their bubble envelopes. Half of the package was folded over so I didn't even use all of it. They told me my cost would be 14 dollars, but surprise!!! It ended up being over 20 and it's going to take 5 days to arrive! I was in a pinch and felt really taken advantage of. The service was lousy too. I got cut in like. The UPS Store employee was looking at her phone with multiple customers waiting. I have gone to this UPS store many many times in the past and have always had a great experience, everyone seems to want to do their job and beyond but Mr. Patell has no interest in solving minor issues and helping the customer. I was simply trying to ship back a package as a return to Amazon which I had done many times before and the second he saw my return package was not sealed he immediately had a problem and so I showed him my return label with the bar code on my cell phone as I have done many times before and apparently he had an issue with me not printing it out in advance. I have gone in there many times and the person behind the counter always scans my phone with no problem but Mr. Patell because he's the owner he prefers to save a cent or two on paper and tape instead of making his customers happy. Mr. Patell is trying to charge for what is already prepaid by Amazon by making you feel as if you are doing something wrong and the only way to fix it that s by buying a piece of tape for $2.50 and also charging for printing the bar code label which is already prepaid by Amazon. I will never return to this store. And I hope corporate does something with this guy because he is a liability to UPS. The reason I say that is because I had a stroke three years ago that almost took my life and so I was easily confused by what he was telling me about something that I've done there many other times, I start to not make sense and another customer next to me starts laughing. The whole situation could have gotten out of control if it were someone else, just because Mr. Patell wants to save a penny or two. He should be ashamed, especially with everything going on today. We should be helping each other not beating each other down, especially if you're the owner of that particular franchise. You should be setting an example to your employees. I left the store without being able to ship the package back to Amazon. I don't need a response from Mr. Patell making excuses, what he did was completely unacceptable. This store has disgraceful customer service. My husband made a 2:30pm appointment online and pre-paid to have his fingerprints taken at this store digitally for legal identity verification he requires. He arrives on time, early even, and still will not accommodate his appointment because 'they are running behind schedule'...meaning they are inefficient which should not be pushed to over to my husband as an inconvenience for him. My husband drove nearly 30 minutes to this pre scheduled and confirmed appointment. Although they did not close for another 30 minutes the owner refused to render service he prepaid for and pre scheduled through their website! The owner should be ashamed of himself for running his business this way. read more

Small business owner here that would gladly pay for a variety of services if they were actually available. After several negative experiences over the years I attempted to do business with this location again today. I inquired about starting a PO box/package receiving service. Sandra/Chandra? was rude as can be. "How can I NOT help you" was the typical tone of the phone call. She gave me a list of what they cannot do, instead of offering any answers, solutions or prices. When I further inquired what receiving packages would cost if I were to go on their "wait list" I was placed on hold. AKA... hung up on. This store has continued to be a total fail in every possible way for years now. Im all for safety but point of sale clerks used covid as a catch all reason to be lazy since 2019. They have had carte blanche to turn people away and grind this business to a halt. Anyone in the area will remember this location keeping customers in a line outside in the heat around the block for two years straight. Fast forward to present day and the line is always out of the door, service is slow, slow slow. Any simple, quick customer needs like a scan, fax, or notary (all of which I could use on the fly) are still being gatekept. Its time to form a separate line for unprepared customers that need emotional support blankets and 3 hours of coddling to pack a box, and get back to doing business shipping and receiving in some sort of way that real customers would consider using this store than jumping through fire lit hoops to avoid it instead. Had to mail a computer back to my employer via UPS. Walked in. There was only 1 person ahead of me. Service was quick, staff was friendly. They scanned the package and said I was good to go. The box was still opened as I didn't have tape but they took care of it. Thanks UPS. read more

I am new to yelp so I am just opening up my mind to the fact that all the businesses I deal with everyday affect me & my experience could possibly help others, especially if they are new to the area & just want feedback before making decisions (big or small). I go into this UPS store almost everyday to pick up mail for my office. The staff is polite, courteous & helpful. They have even carried my packages out to my car for me a couple of times. Sometimes when they see me pull up they have my packages waiting for me to sign my package receipts. It cost a little more than having a regular PO Box but totally worth it as they have many more conveniences (I can even have my packages delivered there knowing they will be safe until I am able to pick them up) They have convenient hours & with the PO Box rental you are assigned a key with access to your mailbox & printer/copiers 24/7. They make my life easier so I have to give them a 5. The whole staff is awesome. read more
