I have had multiple issues with this delivery company. They claimed my package was delivered over a week ago and this morning it randomly showed up at my office doorstep before 8am. I place the office hours on the delivery instructions so they are aware. Yesterday they placed a package at the back loading dock where no one goes instead of at the front entrance where I stated it should be left. I have had multiple missed delivered packages and I have emailed customer service multiple times. I mainly receive these automated responses and never a real person. Calling doesn't help either. I was on hold to reach someone for 8min before I just hung up. I purposely stopped using two online companies because they use this delivery company and couldn't guarantee that my packages would get delivered by Fedex or UPS who they also use. I get times are different but Amazon, Fedex, USPS, and UPS still seem to get it right. Lasership has never been able to get things right. read more

First experience with Lasership. I ordered from Fanatics.com and they shipped through Lasership. Their tracking shows it was "received" in the Jacksonville branch on Nov 28. On Dec 5 I sent an email and was told Lasership lost my order. I called Fanatics and they reshaped "expedited" delivery through the same company. On Dec 6 Lasership again shows they received it in Jacksonville and on Dec 7 shows the package was lost. Two different people at Lasership "tried to help me". One never called back. The other said you aren't the only customer this is happening to. I said someone is getting paid to steal packages from customers and she said "it happens all the time." How about "Beyond awful"? During a pandemic when people are relying on home deliveries, LaserShip stands out as an example of how to fail at a simple job. Last month, one of their drivers threw my package at my front door from 6-10 feet away, as witnessed by someone who was opening the door at the time. Yesterday, their driver delivered my package to the wrong apartment, left a photo that was clearly not my apartment as "proof of delivery" and I guess whoever got my package liked it so much, they decided to keep it. Is zero an option? I get a weekly subscription box. It's supposed to be delivered by 8pm, it's almost always late. Today I got a notification that it was due to be delivered by 5:30pm then i got an updated that it was loaded onto a truck in alexandria at 9:46pm and delivered to my front door at 9:48pm (can anyone get anywhere in Alexandria in 2 mins even at 9pm?) the box showed up an hour later, 3 hours after it was due, and the it appeared that the delivery guy chucked it up my front stairs as a corner of the box was busted out. read more

Horrendous. Stated that the package was delivered at 7pm- it was not. Next day, box was left in direct sunlight (it was fresh produce by the way) without any type of notification or warning. The box itself was completely crushed and damaged, like it had been slammed down or thrown, and the contents were completely destroyed. I called customer service, waited on hold for an hour and a half, and was told that since it was perishable, they won't do anything to help and to contact the shipper. read more

Horrible company! I have been trying to get a package for a week. I have spent at least an hour or more on the phone and this last costumer service person I talked to was so RUDE! I live on a military base and the first time they tried to deliver they couldn't get on. I got no email, no call, no nothing. I checked the tracking because I figured it should be here by now. Only then did I see this update. So I called and spoke with someone who said they would add a note to my shipment for the driver to call me. Four more times they tried to get on base and deliver it and NEVER called. I just got off the phone after being on hold for half an hour and the sprinter service rep was SO RUDE! She said she called the branch and spoke with them and they will try again tomorrow and the driver knows to call... BS. I'll be amazed if I get a call tomorrow from the driver! read more

I had the same experience as many others . I ordered from Walmart baby wipes and I found out that LaserShip was going to deliver it. This is the worst service ever. They claimed the same thing that it was left at the front and nothing was there. The truck wasn't even in the apartment complex. I was looking for them and they weren't here. Lasership has a 40% fail rate in delivering to our house. FedEx, DHL, UPS all find it with no trouble. Here is my latest pain: Supposed to get a delivery last night. Shows as delivered to front door. Not at front door, not at mailbox, not anywhere. Called customer service. They call the regional office, who cannot find the driver. They call back ten minutes later and say the driver has misdelivered, but is going back out at that moment to pick up and deliver the package to me. I wait up until 11PM, the driver never shows. This morning, I call customer service again. They call regional, the regional office cannot locate the driver for an update. There is no new delivery estimate. I ask to speak to a supervisor. After being on hold for about 20 minutes, I finally speak to Chris. I'm polite. He's cold and not helpful. He's as useful as a bag of rocks. The only thing I can get out of him is "they are investigating". I ask for his last name, he doesn't see how that is "pertinent". So, no package, no update, no path to resolution. I'm going to do my best to get Amazon to drop this company: the incompetence and lack of commitment is astonishing. read more

Reading many of the previous reviews we all can agree LaserShip provides horrible service. I ordered a package via Amazon as a birthday gift and LaserShip was the company that was suppose deliver the item. I received a confirmation that item was at the front door and it was nowhere to be found. I called LaserShip and explained the problem. The customer service representative could careless about resolving the issue and explained it would take two business days. I asked if they could contact the driver (I'm in CA and the services they use here for one day/same delivery they can do that) said they couldn't and wouldn't do anything more. Didn't even bother to ask for my contact information which they didn't have until I asked. I paid an extra fee like we all do for a one day delivery Bottom line, I called Amazon who then called LaserShip spoke to another customer service representative who was just rude and could careless about the problem. Things happen like this. But to get poor customer service and treated rudely is unacceptable. If at all possible avoid LaserShip for any delivery needs. I wish Yelp allowed a zero - star rating. Because that is what Laser Ship deserves. They have had a package of mine since last Thursday, put it on a truck four separate times for delivery, and can't seem to deliver it the measly ten miles from their Chantilly location to my house. The kicker is that early this morning, my tracking status changed and said they left the package at the front door yesterday at Noon...except they didn't. Customer service has been largely useless, except for the representative who explained to me that there is one driver on my route and he has had a hard time completing his route. Obviously. I have asked Nespresso to stop shipping with them. I can't wait until they complete their "investigation" and get back to me, because I would love to see how they explain this. Of course, I doubt I will hear back from them at this point. Update: Laser Ship (Loser Ship) emailed me tonight and let me know they can't locate my tracking number in their system so they are unable to help. How not shocking. Fortunately Nespresso has assured me that any future orders will not be shipped via LoserShip and they are re - shipping my order via USPS. Update #2: I received another email from them this morning stating that they lost my package. At least I finally got a truthful answer...one week later. Update #3: The same day they notified me that they lost my package, they delivered it. Of course, the delivery was just as unprofessional as I would expect...in an unmarked sedan that appeared to be somebody's personal car, driven by somebody who was only identified as working for LS by the red vest he wore. I have never had a problem with Amazon Prime delivery until LaserShip was supposed to deliver my package. I was home during the time they reported delivery.....but there was no delivery. Amazon had to refund my order, and item I purchased is now out of stock. Avoid LaserShip. read more

This company is absolutely terrible. I ordered a Sony PS5 from Walmart on 12/17/20. The PS5 is almost impossible to find, and it was supposed to be a surprise gift for my girlfriend. Lasership tracking stated that the package was out for delivery on 1/4/21. By the end of the day, I hadn't received the package, and the tracking stated that there was a delay in the delivery. On 1/5/21, I called customer service to request the status of the package. The associate told me that the package should be delivered on 1/5/21, yet it never was, and the tracking was updated to say that the package was delivered and left at my front door on 1/4/21. The package was not delivered, which I would know because I was home all day and I have a doorbell camera that would have shown that the package was delivered. In fact, the doorbell camera showed that I received a delivery from UPS on 1/4/21 and not Lasership. I called customer service again on 1/6/21 to advise that the package was not delivered. The associate told me that there was an error and that the tracking shouldn't state that the package was delivered. (The associate further advised that the tracking would be updated to reflect that the package was never delivered, but it was never updated.) I advised the associate that I would like to pick up the package from the facility to avoid any further delivery issues. The associate stated that he would escalate my request, and I would receive a call from the facility to pick up the package. I never received the call. On 1/7/21, I called customer service again to request the status of my package, and to see if it was ready for pick up. The associate told me she would escalate my issue and that I should receive a call from the facility. This time, I did receive a call; however, the facility stated that the package was delivered. I advised that it never was delivered. The facility called the driver who claimed that he delivered the package and left it at the front door. The driver also claimed that, if the package wasn't there, it was stolen. This is a complete lie. As stated above, I was home all day the driver (and tracking) claimed it was delivered, and I have a doorbell camera that would have shown that the package was delivered or stolen. I told the associate at the facility this and she advised that she or the manager would call me back later that day to discuss the issue. The facility never called me back. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of diligence and care this company exhibited. On 1/8/21, I called customer service again to request when I could expect to receive a call from the manager. The associate advised that the only thing she could do was create a case number and for me to contact the seller to receive a refund. As everyone knows, the Sony PS5 is extremely limited and very difficult to order. A refund from Walmart won't rectify this issue because there are no other PS5's in stock. Therefore, I can no longer provide my girlfriend with a gift that I scoured the internet for. I will never recommend, nor will I ever use, Lasership. read more

Like many others, i received a tracking update saying my package was delivered yet no one had stopped by. Lasership either stole or mishandled the package. I have had several packages delivered by Lasership (via Amazon orders). The courier's vehicle is always unmarked and beat up and the driver is in street clothes. The most recent vehicle was an unmarked van, missing the entire front grill, no hubcaps, no paint. The package was probably worth more than the car. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Lasership did the shipping for this package and sent it to the wrong address! I got the confirmation from Amazon but when I checked the product was not there. It was a Ti 89 which is pretty expensive product at $135 and I was outraged that they did not spend the time to read my address correctly. They sent it 1.5 miles off. This is the first time that I have had a problem ordering with you guys. Luckily the resident at who received the package searched me online, found my number and contacted me about my package.This is the first time something like this has ever happened to me ordering online. This delivery company falsifies their tracking information to make it look like they deliver packages on time. I had a preordered item from Amazon that was supposed to have guaranteed delivery on the release date, September 30, by 8pm. It was shipped on time and everything seemed like it was going according to plan, but it was not to be. As of the morning of October 1st I still have not received my package. I complained to both Amazon and Lasership using the email feedback form, and within minutes the tracking info had updated to say that it was delivered at exactly 8pm last night - which is a complete LIE, because I was home all day and I was checking my doorstep every hour because I know from past experience that their delivery drivers don't always like to knock. In the past I also had them deliver my cat's kidney medication a day late; fortunately it seemed like they still kept it on ice overnight, but since he needed his medicine it was really inexcusable. I find it appalling that this company, which so many people have obviously had a lot of problems with, is able to profit off of something that they are obviously completely terrible at. They should not be in business at all, and it really disappoints me that Amazon continues to use them for shipments to Prime customers -- or any of their customers, really. They are just absolutely ridiculous. To any businesses considering Lasership, please, do not use them if you care about customer service at all. If you tell them to deliver an item to someone by a certain date or time, they won't care. Deadlines mean nothing to them. Your customers deserve better. read more

This company is scamming Amazon customers by marking items as delivered when they never were. We were waiting for an item that was critical for a repair and saw that Amazon had the items marked delivered. Apparently, the courier marked the items delivered and transmitted the information to Amazon when they were still in his car and he was on his way home for the weekend. This is fraud and Amazon should immediately terminate their contract with Lasership. Apparently this is regularly happening with customers. There are other ethical carriers that could pick up this work without resorting to fraud. read more

I am very frustrated with this company. They hire independent contractors, their drivers don't wear uniforms and just drive around with my orders in the trunk of their car. I've had expensive items 'lost'. When they do deliver I don't like some strange man without a uniform showing up at my home. Their website reflects their philosophy...the president of the company only talks about how its a cheap option for companies...not about their customer service commitment. I've contacted all the vendors who have used this company and told them my concerns. I also just went to the store this week to buy what I wanted...and it was great. Worst shipping company ever!!!! I am so frustrated with this company it's insane. I'm really never the person to complain either but when I order things on Black Friday and still haven't gotten them and can't even get an update about where my package is and why it hasn't been delivered yet then it's a total issue. Not only that but the items I ordered were for a birthday that already passes and I cant even repurchase these items because they are sold out!!!! I live in a condo with a call box. UPS and FedEx have codes to enter the building. LaserShip doesn't. Sometimes they deliver my packages inside the building, sometimes they leave them outside (where they can be stolen), and sometimes they doen't deliver them. Very unreliable.
