Arriving at Neeta's Spa, I was pleasantly surprised at how big and spacious it is. It was very clean and she greeted me right away. Getting the lash extensions only took about an hour and Neeta did a good job of listening to the type of look I wanted as well as recommending what would look best for my eye shape. It was neither painful nor uncomfortable. My eyes were poppin' due to these extensions! They looked so good and now I'm addicted and make a point to go get refills every three weeks! I ended up waiting 25 more minutes and I did not know how much longer I had to wait so I just left. I think I would have waited longer if someone had texted back giving me a time frame of when I can go in or if I didn't have to wait in my car in an empty parking lot. It was only after I left Jezrell texted me back and apologized. This was only my first time so I don't know if they are always like this. It might have just been my luck. But if this happen quite often I don't think it's fair to charge the customer a late fee for being only 5 minutes late. When sending payment for services, I accidentally sent it to her business account on Venmo which she claimed to be "fraudulent and frozen". Totally my fault for sending it to the wrong account,I admit that. However, as we are pulling up the the church to walk down the aisle..Kim calls the BRIDE to complain that she hadn't received payment from me. I explained I sent it to her wrong account. She was extremely rude and not to mention that this probably wasn't the time or place as we were about to walk down the aisle. Long story short..i sent her the payment to her PayPal. However, Venmo charged me for the transaction that was sent to Kim's "fraudulent" account.. I've been trying to get in contact with her SINCE JUNE 7th to help me fight this dispute with Venmo. It would take Kim less than 10 min to help me out BUT since she already got PAID the only response I've received from her in the last 3 months was "SORRY IM BUSY". I was able to make a same day appointment by texting her and she was available for when I needed. She also had a lot of other availability on future dates. You can schedule online as well. I arrived and within 30 minutes, i was done and the brows were under control and framing my face just as they should. Incredible value, and a chill area to shape everything back up.
