I booked eyebrow threading for the first time here with Jezrell. Before the appointment I received an email saying to be on time (understandable) and that I could be charged late fee of 15$ if I'm 5 minutes late. The email also said to text/call Jezrell once arrived outside the building because all doors are locked. I arrived ten minutes early and texted Jezrell but she didn't answer. I figured she was busy with another client especially since I was early so I waited. I called 5 minutes after my appointment but again no answer. I ended up waiting 25 more minutes and I did not know how much longer I had to wait so I just left. I think I would have waited longer if someone had texted back giving me a time frame of when I can go in or if I didn't have to wait in my car in an empty parking lot. It was only after I left Jezrell texted me back and apologized. This was only my first time so I don't know if they are always like this. It might have just been my luck. But if this happen quite often I don't think it's fair to charge the customer a late fee for being only 5 minutes late. I do appreciate that Jezrell texted me back afterwards, apologized and offered to reschedule. But I'm going to try other places first before coming back to this one. read more

Completely unprofessional. The first time she forgot she she even booked me and wouldn't give a refund... so I went after she rescheduled. She did good work. Now for the touch ups included in the price I payed back in March she has canceled rescheduled and canceled my appt numerous times. The day of and even 45 minutes before my appointment. read more

Beautiful threading with very little pain! Jazrell takes her time and threads super clean without leaving them bare. I also love how she cares about your eyebrows without pushing products. Everything she recommends can be picked up from a drug store without the salon mark-up. Jezrell is such a sweetheart and is very talented at eyebrow threading!! She and I discussed my goals for my eyebrows (I'm trying to grow mine out to have a more full, natural shape) during a brief consultation at the beginning of my appointment. She let me know her plan, advised me on how to optimize my brow growth, and then did such a great job with my brows. Her threading technique is essentially pain-free (and I have pretty sensitive skin), and she's very detail-oriented. This place is very unprofessional. Had to make an appointment 2 months in advance. They rescheduled my appointment 25 minutes before appointment time when I was already in the parking lot. But if I wanted to reschedule it would have to be 2 hours in advance or a fine. And they did it 20 minutes before?! Not a fan and had a terrible first impression. Will never try to come back. I got a Brazilian wax, not my first but arguably the least painful! Jezreel was excellent very quick and efficient! I will be back!

The threading is very beautiful and not rushed at all. She takes her time and listens to your needs and concerns. However if you want consistency this is not the place to go! The lack of professionalism and the customer service here is terrible. I have had my appointments cancelled on me several times at the last minute, the day of, or even a few hours before my actual scheduled appointment (without even offering to help me reschedule). Of course when asked to reschedule either you get no response or you are asked to reschedule through the website again for a cancellation that is not the customers fault! read more

Well, I'd like to tell you that i'm happy with my service but I never received it. I paid, in full, on March 11. Was scheduled on March 30. When I arrived, after waiting 1.5 hours for her to finish her other client, she informed me that she had FORGOTTEN I had an appointment. We rescheduled for April 6, on that day she informed me that she had taken too many clients and couldn't get to me. We again rescheduled AGAIN for April 13. ON THAT DAY, she informed me that she had no numbing cream and couldn't get to me. Starting to see a pattern here? She then informed me that she couldn't immediately reschedule because she was fully booked and I lost all my patience. I asked for a refund twice and got no answer. She has my money but I don't have the service I paid for. She does beautiful work but what good is beautiful work if you never get it?! Very unprofessional! Very disorganized! Take my advice and go elsewhere, where you...might...i don't know...ACTUALLY RECEIVE THE SERVICE. read more

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Would not recommend ANYONE to come here! I went to micro blade my eye brows. First off, while the procedure was taking place the numbing cream stopped working and she did not reapply it- I was in lots of pain. And she was playing on her phone!!!!! Then the outcome, Oh My- My eye brows look like a child took an ink pen to them and scribbled and then forgot some spots! I'm embarrassed to even go into work. She rushed me out of her office bc we were an hour behind on her "trying" to fix my eye brows and she had another customer waiting. I then asked for my refund that she denied me and I now have to pay someone else to fix what she has messed up! And while asking for this refund and complaining to her, she thought i was another customer that she obviously had been having issues with and was telling me to fill in my eye brows when i had just got them done and instructions at every eye brow place says DO NOT touch them for 7 to 10 days after. This is very upsetting! Ladies this is your face, please take this review into much consideration and research other places, I'd hate for anyone else to have this awful experience! read more
