I originally booked my brow appointment for July 4th. A few days beforehand, the salon contacted me to let me know they would be closed that day and asked to move my appointment to July 3rd instead. I agreedeven though the change was initiated by the business. Then the day before my rescheduled appointment, they messaged saying my brow artist had a family emergency and that I would be seeing a different artist instead. I didn't see the message until the following morning and therefore never confirmed the change. At that point my appointment had already been changed once because the salon was closing on the original date and now the artist was changing again. Rather than proceed with an appointment that had changed multiple times due to circumstances outside of my control, I decided to cancel. I understand the salon's response will likely be that my appointment date and time remained the same, that they notified me of the artist change and that I canceled within their same day cancellation window. They also explained that their policy allows for a 100% same day cancellation fee and that they only charged me 50% as a courtesy. I don't dispute that they have a cancellation policy. My issue is with how it was applied in this situation. This wasn't a typical last minute cancellation where everything remained as originally booked. The business had already rescheduled my appointment once because they were closing and then changed my artist less than 24 hours before the appointment. I never confirmed that I was comfortable with that change before being charged. Emergencies happen and I don't fault my original brow artist for having a family emergency. My disappointment is with the decision to enforce a cancellation fee despite the multiple changes initiated by the business. In my opinion greater flexibility would have been the fairer approach. I disputed the charge with my bank and chose not to rebook. While I can't speak to the quality of their brow services, I can only review my own experience as a customer and unfortunately it left me disappointed with how the situation was handled. read more

Had a horrible experience - would also recommend not booking with Kayleen. I asked for a subtle look as it was my first experience with brow lamination, and the next day after not touching them/following instructions, woke up to red/light-colored brows that I needed to fill in: the opposite of "subtle". I was willing to give her another chance, but unfortunately for my next appointment I had to do a last minute cancellation due to last minute change in my work schedule. They were completely non-understanding and insisted on charging me the full price of the appointment. They showed absolutely no willingness to compromise for what was going on in my schedule, and just made it all about getting their $$$. Will never be booking with this place again! Also - a word of caution about all the 5* reviews - after my first appointment I was offered a discount on my next booking if I left a 5* review and specifically mentioned the brow tech by name. What a great place ! I wish I found this place sooner :) my precious lash tech recently quit on me and I was in need of finding someone asap! The girl who does my blowouts recommended this location and told me about some girls to ask for. I was fortunate enough to find an appointment on such short nice and I saw Emmalee. She was absolutely great! One thing I wrap ally loved was how focused and concentrated she was on my lashes. I could tell she was taking her time and wanted to make sure my lashes were exactly what I wanted. My appointment took about a hour and a half since I needed a fill and I also had lashes on from another tech. Emmalee made my first experience here so relaxing and I think I may have fall asleep at one point :) it's only day 2, but my lashes are great and so natural! I love that they add a little extra, but their not overbearing ! I already booked my next 2 appointments :) read more

I have never had eye lashes extensions or brow lamination.. I was nervous. I don't like darkness surrounding my eyes because I have small eyes but they customized my lashes to how I would feel comfortable/ like them. And not only did they do that but they also explained how to care for them the best way possible. Savannah and Clarissa have both done my lashes and I recommend either.. you can't make a mistake between one of the other. Clarissa did my brow lamination and tint with wax. my appointment was canceled, although I visited Savannah several times. I visit Tampa quite rarely, since I do not often visit, the Savannah decided not to take me anymore. this disgusting attitude towards customers. I visited Savannah for the last time in the spring of 2021, but she lies and writes that supposedly more than a year ago. after writing a review, Savanna offered to make eyelashes for free to me and asked me to delete this review. this is funny. also a few days after that, $ 57 was stolen from my card and I had to block the card.
