I'm certain it was to no fault of the artist but due to my acne medication that I apply daily. At the conclusion of the service I was offered aloe for my skin which was greatly. The procedure itself wasn't bad, it took about 2 hours and Dina does everything she can to make sure you are comfortable. As she is measuring things out she checks with you throughout to make sure you're happy with the shape, which is great to have the option to give feedback however I didn't have to because what she traces out was exactly what I was looking for. They were completely non-understanding and insisted on charging me the full price of the appointment. They showed absolutely no willingness to compromise for what was going on in my schedule, and just made it all about getting their $$$. Will never be booking with this place again! The place was easy to get to and there is plenty of parking as well. When I walked inside, it was literally the cutest shop I have ever seen. Very modern and clean. I met with Danielle to get started and she was very nice to work with. She cared about what I liked and don't like when it came to my eyebrows. The process took about an hour and I felt very relaxed the whole time. My eyebrows came out absolutely beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. This costed me about $150 but with tip about $180 out the door, which is so worth it to have amazing brows! I will definitely be back. I then grew them out, went for my second time and the owners right hand lady was in there and she did a great job and then I went today and there were two ladies I've never seen before, and the lady completely butchered my eyebrows one is thinner than the other one is shorter than the other, and she tried to say at the end of when I got out of the chair that one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other, which that's not the case one of my eyebrows is longer than the other, but you can barely tell and the owner would always just leaves a little bit of extra hair on the end. I'm so upset my birthday is next week. My eyebrows looks terrible.
