Recently visited here for individual lashes and brow tint. The brow tint was a sure hit. The lashes were terrible I removed them the first day. I explained I wanted a very natural lash not very dense and I got the exact opposite. The lashes were thick and un appealing, so heavy they weighed my eyes down. I will go back for the brow tint because she did a good job and it actually lasted, but probably will not chance the lashes again. The lady ended up getting on the phone while doing my lashes and stayed on the phone even as I completed my visit and paid, she was still talking on the phone as she told me to take a picture of the instructions, very unprofessional. read more

I'm so glad that it didn't work out and I didn't trust them with the health of my brows especially after reading these reviews. I doubt they are professionals or properly licensed, and I got the impression they are kinda bothered/rude/annoyed when I went up to ask general questions. When I went to inquire about getting a Microblade touchup (Thank god I didn't trust them with something so health extensive ) the one lady that was working there rudely told me to make an appointment online and I told her I was aware of the online process but wanted to confirm by phone just in case before dropping money and paying in advance if they weren't available due to covid, but no one answers so I came in person . I hate doing in person handlings/calls if I don't have to, and prefer to do things virtually when I can. So I wouldn't have tried the coming in method to book if I could have booked online otherwise. And after reading the reviews its seems I was right to trust my instincts and not just pay in advance and book as they don't seem to check the website (or their phones apparently) and I would have wasted $100 as you can only book microblading with paying first for the service. But anyways, she kept trying to disregard me off and said just try calling and the Mircoblader wouldn't be back for 3 weeks anyways. I informed her that no one answers or returns my calls back when I've tried in the past but she was just like "I don't know you should just call" and she couldn't do anything or book me, as if she did not believe me when I said I tried calling already. In the end I just left disgusted, they dont seem very organized and were dismissive/condescending. This was back around Feb I have yet to receive any call backs and it is now around the end of April . I just remembered this incident and wanted to make sure others were aware by writing a review, and I also wanted to read up to see if anyone else had bad experiences. This was a horrible experience. My daughter had lash extention put on and they were terrible. They were put on with wig glue, I later found out, they were not formed to the shape of her eye and You could see her natural eyelashes under them. Also she left glue all over her eyelids. Called them within 10 minutes of seeing them and only received a voinc mail with no return call. VERY EXPENSIVE to have all of this fixed.. stay away from this place. read more

This year, I decided to treat myself to something I've always wanted - LASH EXTENSIONS. I booked an appointment for 10am on Saturday, November 4th for my first pair of lash extensions (Natural, estimated 90 minutes). The booking confirmation asked that I arrive 15 minutes earlier or they could refuse my appointment - typical of most places (because of paperwork). They had good ratings and even better prices, so I decided to give them a shot. 9:45am - No one was there and the sign was not lit. Called the number listed on Google and the lady who picked up said the store doesn't open until 10am. No worries - maybe they didn't need me to come in earlier because I'd be the first appointment. So I decided to wait outside. 9:50am - A car pulls up next to me to wait too. 10:00am - Someone arrives to open the door and let us in. As soon as I walk in the woman looks at us and says, "Who was first?" The lady who arrived afterwards pointed at me. The tech asked what I was there for (weird because I made an appointment). "I have a 10 am appointment online for Eyelash Extensions," I said. She looks at the other woman and says, "What about you?" "I just came in for individual lashes". I was directed to sit on the chair while she did the other woman's lashes. "Don't worry, let me do this since it'll only take 15 minutes." Well, okay... that makes sense... (Not realizing the other woman was a walk-in) 10:15am- After checking out the other woman, she walks to me and asks what I'm looking for. I said that I wanted something natural, but that adds volume and length because my lashes are short and straight. She assured me that "she's the professional" and not to worry at all. *I wasn't expecting first-class service, but she didn't wash her hands before approaching me (only hand sanitizer). And also didn't clean my lashes before the service. This also wasn't an intimate or private experience as I was out in the open. Everything seems fine, until people started coming in. SHE STOPPED FOUR TIMES DURING MY APPOINTMENT TO SERVICE WALK-INS. Assuring them that my service had only 20 more minutes (what?) 1. Individual Lashes 2. Eyebrow Threading 3. Arm Wax 4. Lash Consultation I should have asked why my service was only taking 20 minutes, but figured that she was probably just really good at her job. She was the only worker at the shop and the entire lash extension appointment lasted for maybe 30 minutes total - while she also serviced the walk-in customers. 10:45ish - I was holding up a battery-operated fan to my eyes while she serviced the last few customers. When she came back, my eyelids were glued shut. She said it was because I was "new" that my eyes weren't used to the glue... She fixed this by slowly pulling my eyelids open from the sides working her way in. It became so painful that she used scissors to cut the lashes apart so that my eyes would open. 11am- She shows me my lashes, and compliments that I look like a different person. They were far from professional. Instead of fusing them with my individual lashes, she glued chunks of lashes to my eyelids. While they MAY have looked fine from afar, they looked like plastic, taped needles on my eyelid. I don't know anything about lashes, so I left telling myself that maybe I didn't do enough research into the procedure to know right from wrong. I realize she didn't give me any aftercare advice on cleaning my lashes. --- It's Tuesday night now (11/10). The lashes became painful, and after trying to curl them, because they were glued against my straight eyelashes I gave up. I noticed a few of the lashes had already detached from the "root" of my eyelids and were hanging on to the lash. I began ripping them off of my eyelids. This is where I could really tell that there were 5-6 lash clumps (not separated) glued to my eyelids. 10/10 would NOT recommend for lash extensions. Total waste of $85. read more

DO NOT trust this place to go anywhere near your eyes. They tried to do a lash lift (which i have had done before beautifully elsewhere) and it didn't work so they tried again - still didn't work. I was there for 2 hours for something that should have been 30 minutes. Both times blue got in my eyes and burned like hell. They offered a complementary tint which for some reason after all of this I agreed to. Other places have special pads to put under your eyes so the tint doesn't get everywhere. Not here though- plain scotch tape! Predictably, the tint also got in my eyes. I called out for them to take it off several times. Long story short- ended in tears of pure pain and got a full refund. NOT a good experience. If you are considering any lash treatment, look elsewhere. read more

What an wonderful experience this was for my daughter and I. We had eyebrows done(micro blading). Both turned out amazing. The time, detail and professional attitude was wonderful to see. The owner is so sweet and kind, listening to what you want and offers insight. Recommend this lovely place to everyone. If you can't be happy with this service and outcome , I don't think you can be happy anywhere. Much luck on all your spas and future openings. We will see you again soon read more

The ladies are very rude, first of all. She acted as if I were bothering her, even though I was on time for my appointment; she knew I was coming. She glued the eyelashes to my eyelid. I told her I could barely open my eyes due to the clumps of dried glue and she told me the glue would come off of my eyelids in a few days. Most of my real eyelashes ending up falling out too. I would never go to the place again. I tell everyone how terrible they are. read more

OMG the worst service ever today. I've come before with no problem but today a different tech did my lashes and brows and when I asked her to out more lashes on my left lashes because the right was obviously thicker she refused told me that she could remove them and I can come back tomorrow when another tech was available. By far the worst experience at a threading place . The lady who works on Monday evening is terrible ( beware! ). I introduce myself and what I wanted for an eyebrow threading . I explained in tedious detail that I would like a thick, non-arched and very natural looking eyebrow . I also showed her several pictures of exactly what I wanted . I also explained I have spent numerous months growing them out and just want a very simple clean up ...... and what does she do ....??? She literally makes my eyebrows thinner and the left eyebrow with a high arch . She obviously either didn't listen or she purposely decided to do what she wanted. I went in and had the lashes painfully removed(mostly, because I still have a few lashes and glue residue left on my eyelids and under-eye). The lash remover burned and smelled and felt like I was having rubbing alcohol, rubbed in my eyes. I was briefly introduced to a woman who had called me and gave a time to come in for I assumed her to remove the lashes. Unfortunately, to make matters worse I waited 30mintues with my son in pain in the only two guest seat open, while people just walking in and got service. The same woman who had called me after I sent the email first thing that morning after the lashes were applied barely acknowledged me; then she started doing a woman who was waiting's eyebrows. I also wasn't even told I was being refunded my money. I stood waiting while three women spoke amongst themselves, and I just stood waiting. One of the women walked in the back came back out and gave me money; then she took my name and number just before we left. I don't know what exactly you can do for me because, I feel very apprehensive to receive treatment of any kind from you salon. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASHES. I repeat... I had been getting eyelash extensions for a few months and moved to Bham and found a girl who didn't do them quite as thick as I wanted but mainly I just had a really bad reaction from either her lashes or glue and it was far from my house so... I was calling around and called the Eye Lash and Brow Spa. I explained my situation and explained I like a volume lash, medium or so length (not too long bc I wear glasses a lot, maybe a 13-15 mm af most) with d curl. The woman said they had d curl and to come in at 3 the next day and we would see what lashes were best. First off, it was soon obvious is that "medium" length is completely subjective to all these "beauticians." The inconsistency drives me nuts. But I get there and they have no lashes with D curl first of all. So anyways let me skip to the actual applications. The woman doing it was an older Indian woman, consulting the other lady (they were they only two people who were there) very frequently (IOW woman A didn't know what she was doing and was asking woman B lots of questions in a language that I didn't know). They didn't prime my lashes, which I find many in the business don't. But whatever, idk if that even makes a difference, I just like to believe it does. So she's working on my eyes for like 35 minsans tells me to look..: and I look at them in the mirror and they are horrid. But I did not realize the gravity of the horridness until later. So Immediately I notice one side is like pointed down and it's very noticeable and they are clumpy with no volume at all. They would have looked better without any extensions on them at all. So I ask the woman twice if these are the "volume"'lashes, but she never answers. Then I tell her one side is pointing down on one eye. I think she tried to correct it or something bc I got back down on the chair. Then she tells me to look again and it looks the exact same. So she proceeds to tell me to sit up and then look in the mirror. Then when I say it still looks off on the one side of this eye (aside from both eyes' whole entire product not being anything what I was used to) she tells me to look in the big mirror and goes on some speal about how next time it'll be better when the remainder of my old lashes (from the last place) fall out. Which mind you, those lashes from the last place were nearly perfect when they were finished just I had a weird reaction to the glue and it was really far from my house so I wanted to try something closer. Anyways, so I touch the eyelashes and they are completely stiff from the base to the end. I can also see like where there were some that looked like they were glued on the lid above my lash line, and it was uneven. Like I had on eyeliner in blobs oh my top lids. So by the end of the night I realize how stiff they are, so much to the point they are sharp. Like poking my eye lids if I blinked too hard. And they were so heavy and uncomfortable. What this woman has done was clustered like 15 individual single lashes and glued them to like 2-5 of my natural lashes as one giant lash coated with glue, tangling a batch of my natural lashes in the midst. Huge chunks of matted lash hairs were glued to my eye lid, tangling a chunk of my natural lashes inside. I didn't even wait 6 hours to get them wet. I scrubbed and scrubbed, used oil and removed them myself. Bc I couldn't bear to go in public with that mess when my natural lashes looked way better then these (before I ever got extensions). In the process of removing them I realized just how horribly done this was. There is no way in hell this woman was trained to do eye lashes. And the final product made that obvious but it was so much worse than I thought. When I started removing them, and seeing the matted lashes entangled with my real lashes and the amount of real lashes these ripped out and would have ripped out had I let them fall out naturally made me sick to my stomach. There's no way I would have been able to let them fall out naturally bc the amount of my natural lashes that were tangled would have made them dangle on til the end. They glued groups of single lashes were so heavy, stiff and sharp from the glue there is no way sleeping with them on wouldn't have either injured my eye or lead to infection. It was so irritated. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASHES. It will waste your money, and ruin your eyelashes and be insanely uncomfortable and painful. I have so little lashes left I probably won't even be able to go get the kind of extensions I'm used to for a few months bc my natural eyelashes got so ruined from these. I am devastated and my eye lids are so swollen. I cannot stress enough how unprofessionally these were applied. read more

I booked an appointment online about a month ago. When I tried to get to the appointment, neither I nor my GPS could find the spa. I called several times asking for directions. Unfortunately, this place deems it unnecessary to employ a receptionist to talk to customers. I left messages after a listening to an automated recording, asking for directions. To this day, my messages were never returned. I eventually gave up driving in circles and searching for the spa, so I missed my appointment. What a terrible way to do business! I could not have been more disappointed with this place. read more

I had an awful experience here. I called at 2 (my appt was at 3) to let them know I could come at 2:30 if they had an opening and she told me to come early. I sat there from 2:30-3 because they were working on another client (no problem). Then the lady comes over and asks what I need done. I scheduled an appointment online, but could tell that the lady working there had no idea about any appointment. It was for lash tinting and the lady told me she knew how to do it but had never done it before, did I want her to TRY on mine. Of course, I don't want anyone trying anything for the first time that close to my eyes. She told me to come back tomorrow and the owner would be there who knew how to do it....needless to say I will not be driving another 30 minutes round trip to go back. read more

I feel guilty writing this review because I could tell the ladies really wanted more business, but I had an awful experience here. I scheduled an appointment online, but could tell that the two ladies working there had no idea about any appointment. I sat down in the chair to have my eyebrows waxed, and the lady kept calling me a "cute baby." I'm 20 years old so naturally this made me a bit uncomfortable. She waxed my eyebrows, but told me I had "little brown hairs" that were too difficult for her to remove. Isn't that the whole point of getting your eyebrows waxed? I paid $12, she begged me to come back, and I got in my car only to look in the mirror and realize that the only thing that had changed about my eyebrows is that they were now extremely red and sensitive. No hairs had been removed at all. It was overall just a really uncomfortable experience. read more

AWESOME LASH AND BROW SPA! I had the pleasure of visiting Lash and Brow Spa for the first time recently. I needed to get great eyelashes to enhance my natural look and at a reasonable price. Boy was I pleased! I found Lash and Brow Spa to be easy to find (it's on the side end of the shopping center complex and has LARGE signage), clean and welcoming. The owner, Shama greeted me warmly, and proceeded to make a recommendation for the type of eyelash look that would look best on me. Then she quickly went to work, applying individual eyelashes efficiently so that my completed look was simply stunning. Once again, my eyes had become a dramatic and beautiful feature, and I was extremely satisfied with the end result. Shama also enhanced my eyebrows, which really completed my look in a way I didn't even know was possible! I am so excited to have found a clean, exceptional, yet reasonably priced salon that offers exactly what I needed. I will be back to visit this wonderful place. read more
