Alexus, the owner, is the OG of lashes. Extremely knowledgeable and just an all around awesome person. She trains her lash artists well. So far, I've used Alexis and Marissa who both rock. At my previous places, the lash artists were good but I had to go back religiously every two weeks. If i waited longer than two weeks, they charged me more. Unless I'm having a really bad allergy week, my lashes hold up for 3 weeks with Alexis or Marissa! Also, they listen to what I want!!!! Booking is a breeze, if you message them on IG, they answer you right away, and they are super accommodating. What more can you ask for? I have only experimented with the hybrid lashes so far but I can't wait to try out the looks they post on IG! I can't wait to try them for my next special occasion. Their pricing is transparent, and incredibly competitive. They are located in an unassuming building complex, but inside they are very clean, knowledgeable, and professional. I purchased laser hair removal for my underarms and Brazilian and they were so patient and thorough. Their laser is stronger than you can purchase for at home use, therefore it is more painful- the feeling is similar to a rubber band snap. However, it requires immensely less treatments because of its strength. The entire laser if process took around 10 minutes for both areas total and they use ice to cool the area which is a god send! I will absolutely be returning for the remainder of my laser treatments.

I got a pedicure along with the full set, and it felt like they were rushing to get me out of there. The nails were lumpy and uneven, there was acrylic sticking out into my skin, it was messy and not what I wanted. After my trip, I came back for a take off and regular manicure. I had Taylor. She was nice. She cut my cuticles without asking. I would've said yes anyway, but she nicked me multiple times. She rushed through my manicure, I didn't get gel and she didn't let each layer dry before adding another. When I left, my nails were dry on the outside but the polish was not dry all the way through. I ended up removing it with acetone as soon as I got home, because it was squishy and messy. Along with that, there is still acrylic on my nails, even though I paid to get it removed properly.
