I usually have my son with me which any mother knows is tough when you are trying to accomplish something. They are always so sweet to us both and totally understanding that he's just a baby and I can't drop him off anywhere in order to come in. They don't care if he's fussy or when he starts acting up and are always so professional and kind. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Even if I'm late trying to come in to my appointment time they will still squeeze me in with whoever is available and I have no complaints about any members of their staff. It's a little pricy but in comparison around town quite reasonable. And if you're a frequent customer, there are other offers for people in order to save money. You also don't have to pay it all up front, they can break it up into easier payments which is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my wax treatments.

I was getting more self-conscious about my white temples (I'm young, but did not get very good hair genes), and she colored them and made them look totally natural with the rest of my hair. She is extremely artistic and can get a sense for exactly what will work with each person, and she's great conversation every time while she does my hair. She also is an excellent business owner and knows how to find the right people who will make a terrific team. She gave me my total and while it seemed high I figured it was because I purchased the products that my esthetician recommended. Upon getting home I took a better look at my receipt and realized the receptionist charged me $20 instead of 20%.I had gone with a friend so I let her know what happened & she mentioned she was also charged $20 instead of 20%.Being that I heard multiple customers ask her to add a 20% tip while I awaited my service I decided to call the following Monday to let the manager know what happened to me and at least one other customer.I spoke to the front desk who said the manager wasn't available but would give me a call the following day.It has now been a week from my service and I never heard back from any staff member. As much as I liked my esthetician I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the administrative staff.

Tech named Wubanchi was not experienced in waxing. Did not know how to apply wax to skin, wax was too hot even after I mentioned it. Did not make me feel comfortable coming into appointment locked the door as I went in the room. After consultation on how I wanted my eyebrows waxed I stated only a clean up do not touch shape. Tech went ahead and started applying wax. She started with the mid section of the brows and applied wax from the top of the forehead down toward the bridge of my nose. She then did the top of my eyebrows and would apply a very long strip of wax and rip it off which is not how most techs apply the wax in sections and knowing how and in what direction to rip off the wax. This tech did not know in what direction to rip off wax. Oh and she also got wax on the rest of my eyebrows that she was trying not to remove so I have holes in my eyebrows too. The shape of my eyebrows was severely touched and I now have very very thing shapeless eyebrows that are not even the same shape. They do not match they look like thin lines and is not at all what I told her to do with my eyebrows. I was extremely disappointed with this tech given that this is a European Wax center how is supposed to hire knowledgeable technicians. I will now have to show up to my job which is customer facing by the way and have to look like a total weirdo with my eyebrows after this service. I have written a very negative review in Google and also left no tip to this tech because I felt incredibly deceived with this service I received. I have been a loyal customer to European wax center for over a year now and even went ahead and bought a wax pass because I thought the service was good. The day after my service, I was unexpectedly contacted by the manager and informed that I was banned from the establishment due to an "inappropriate conversation" with the esthetician. This notification was perplexing, as the conversation in question was initiated by the esthetician's small talk. During the service, Reagan asked about my weekend plans. When I initially mentioned that the plans were personal, she indicated that was acceptable. I then shared that my wife and I planned to visit The Scarlet Ranch, a known lifestyle club. As my wife and I are open about our lifestyle, I was willing to engage in general, surface-level discussion. Reagan continued to actively participate, asking multiple follow-up questions about the club's atmosphere, membership fees, types of events, and clientele. I was careful to keep my responses strictly professional and non-sexual, focusing on logistical and social aspects. At no point during this sustained conversation did the esthetician indicate that she felt uncomfortable or ask to change the subject. Therefore, receiving a call informing me I was banned--and being told by the manager that the conversation was "inappropriate to have while getting a male Brazilian"--was a significant surprise. It seems highly unprofessional to ban a paying customer without the service provider communicating any discomfort during the interaction. Feedback on Communication and Professionalism: For the management and staff: Professional protocol dictates that if a client's conversation makes a staff member uncomfortable, the staff member must clearly and politely redirect or end the topic of conversation. Customers cannot be expected to know a provider's boundaries, especially when the provider is actively engaging and asking follow-up questions. A simple, "I prefer to keep our conversation limited to the service," would have been sufficient and professional. This lack of professional communication has resulted in the loss of a repeat client and has created an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I urge management to review their policies on staff interaction and boundary setting. Recommendation for Male Clients: Due to this experience, I do not recommend this establishment for males seeking a Brazilian wax. While the technique was good, the overall lack of staff maturity and professionalism in handling client conversations is concerning. Prospective clients might consider alternatives like European Wax Center for a lower-cost option. I hope this feedback leads to better communication practices so that other clients do not feel targeted or confused in the future.

Then she was very gentle and professional with the procedure. She is a perfectionist and even when I thought it was good, she still saw a few flaws and made corrections. She is very friendly and her studio is exceptionally clean. Since then, I went back for touch ups (it is recommended to do it every 6 months) and she did just as great job as she did the first time. I strongly recommend her. She is worth it! PS. If you're considering microblading just know this that no one ever mentions. When you leave the place your eyebrows will look dark, thick and very scary. It's normal and will go back to what it's supposed to look within a week. It looks scary and I wasn't prepared for this lol Also, you can't get it wet for a week so if you're planning a vacation or an even, plan accordingly.
