I wasn't impressed. They didn't ask what kind of pedicure I wanted so I assume I got the most basic one. If I would have been asked, I would have paid for a higher end pedicure but the fact that it was never even asked was surprising. I get pedicure every few weeks and this is the first place that didn't ask what type I wanted. The gentleman that did my nails wasn't very friendly or communicative. I didn't get any sort of massage with lotion and/or oil or anything-which is listed on the menu for the base pedicure. He went right over to another lady who needed her nails done and didn't let me know he was finished. It was very confusing. The colors on the menu aren't the same as what actually goes on your nails even though the numbers in the menu matched the bottle of gel being used. The website makes it look like a very luxe, high end place, but I don't feel like the service reflected that at all. Would not recommend and will not be returning. read more

The place looked like it had not been cleaned. The guy kept turning on my massage chair when i kept turning it off. Paint was not on the nails but instead on the cuticles and paint on toes takes 2+ hours to dry. Don't come here, not worth the money. read more

Got a dipped manicure and eyebrow wax here during their grand opening months. Prices were reasonable especially with the 20% discount. However, the place was kinda disorganized because I booked an appointment for a gel manicure with Jennifer and I told the lady when I walked in but she ignored it and recommended dipped manicure. Maybe because there is a language barrier. More than what I expected to spend but still happy with the results. Nails are still in good shape after a week. The quality of nails is poor and nail techs do not understand how to properly fit the plastic nails nor apply gel x. The nails did not hold 3 days and when returning to get the fixed they did not give me my original set and glued crap ass flower beads to the nails(because the stylist couldn't do my original design from 3 days ago) that ending up falling off before service was done. At the end of the day when requesting a refund and just waiting to go else where they didn't even return half of the original price and kept the tip. Then management proceeded to ask me to write my name in a book and write that I would never come back and complain about them again because they messed up my services.(At this point honestly call the police and get me professionally trespassed. EMBARRASSING) This business and their employees cannot take ownership or admit fault. This business is not customer oriented and half of the people there do not know how to do their job. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. Extremely disappointing. Especially since the set of gels were $120. Highly recommend the salon in corner star mall. Just embarrassing as a business and definitely will not ever be returning to any locations and be sure to share this information with anyone and everyone I know that considers this place. I only came in to get my toenails painted, that's it. Simple. The tech who painted my nails did such a rush job because he was very focused on getting back to his phone. The polish was so thick and goopy. When he was finished, he just hollered out sit there for 15 minutes and then he walked away. Also, He missed big sections of my nails and when I asked him to come back he huffed and puffed at me. Then because I had to contort my foot to get him to fix what he missed, part of the toe separator dug into the nail and then I had to call him back again and he literally yelled "oh man!!" at me and then he said very rudely " with regular polish, we don't recommend that you move". Then I told him "I had to move to show you all of the parts of my toenails how much paint how much is it to paint the toes that you missed. Then he asked me "have you ever been here before?" and my response was "yes and why do you ask?" and he just shook his head. He didn't apologize. He was just rude about it and then immediately went back to his phone between every instance. They charged me $18 to just paint my toenails, nothing else and I had to ask if there were fans to help with the drying and had to ask for those flip-flops from another one of the techs. I'm disappointed in my experience here for just a basic ask. I only came here because I needed last-minute help. I will continue to steer clear of these types of shops that employ people who don't really care about their customers or the service they provide. I think the girl that checked me out realized it was not a good service because when I left she said sorry. She had nothing to do with it... read more

Was looking to get a design not super complex and they did not have the skill to do anything more than basic French tip or a solid color. Then said it would be $80 for a full set with French tip. I have gotten the same set multiple times and have never paid a dollar over $65. Very overpriced, poor quality when it comes to the nails itself; they filed the acrylic so thin some nails broke after 2 days. The nail tech became aggressive with the filing after I confronted them about the pricing being wrong and not what was shown on their pricing menu. While sitting there I noticed the staff sitting in the chairs putting their bare feet in the same place customers would and nothing really looked wiped down or clean. Absolutely terrible!!! I would give zero stars if I could! I specifically asked for the best/most experience tech because I am getting my nails done for my engagement photos. I asked for an ombré nail but I wanted a nude/tan color. I asked if she could do it, she said yes. (Which in reality it doesn't matter what color, an ombré is an ombré). While getting them done I told her I didn't want them long, she said "oh no this not long" then she proceeded to cut them into coffin without even asking, but she had already starting cutting so I was like whatever. Then she speaks with someone else and said to me "it's going to be $75 that's okay?" I was like where is the extra $10 coming from?? Because I knew the ombré would be $65. She said "the coffin and the long nail" after she had just said they weren't long... I said oh no you can cut them shorter if that's the case. She laughed and said "ok I do it later" which she never did (but took the $5 off). Upon her "finishing" I said no ma'am this isn't an ombré (pictured) can you please make it an ombré... she rolled her eyes and said "it is an ombré, it's because the brown not pink." Excuse me? lol no! No matter what color it is, this is not an ombré! She insisted it was. So I asked if she would blend it more because it looks more like a messy French tip, than an ombré. She again did not like that. I had to pretty much talk her through how to "fix" it... which is aggravating because I'm paying YOU to do MY nails and I am NOT licensed, you are. Long story short, this (picture #2) is what I left the store with $70 later... which they look decent from far away, but up close still look absolutely terrible. If I pick my hand up to the light (which is what you usually do in engagement photos) you can see all the blemishes when the light comes through the bottom of the nail.
