5 star service all the way! This evening I had the pleasure of being pampered by Jessica. I was super excited to have the owner of the spa work on me. JMarie Skin Studio is located in Prospect, South end of Longmont. Very easy to find and lots of parking outside of location. When I arrived and walked in the door, the spa smelt amazing! They have essential oil candles burning and defusers running and it was so pleasant and welcoming! The lobby is very clean and organized. With COVID the staff collected my name, number and temperature and then had me fill out the once a year new client paperwork. It was about 5 electronic pages and completed quickly. My appointment started and Jessica was very informative about what I would be experiencing. I felt comfortable and heard. My lovely boyfriend arranged for me to have the Hydrofacial (medical facial) with dermaplaning, UV light treatment and an Immune Boost IV!!! This is the tip-top package of the facial experience. My man is a keeper, that's for sure! During the process Jessica took the time to explain what she would be doing next and each step was so satisfying! This amazing experience also included a hand paraffin wax treatment! All in all, I have made a follow-up appointment for an aromafacial and a FREE CONSULTATION with Charlotte about laser treatment that is highly recommended for my skin type. Thank you, Jessica! Jessica does such a great job! I'm very picky about who works on my skin, so prior to finding JMarie I went to 3 other salons in Longmont and I had a problem with all 3 from unprofessional to bad results to lack of cleanliness. I was totally up for paying a little more since JMarie was the only one I could find that I actually liked. So far, I haven't been able to find another salon in Northern Colorado that even compares. I first went in before my wedding in 2019 and complained of pitting/scarring in my skin and acne. She developed a plan for two sessions of microneedling with stem cells, botox a month out, then an O2 facial, dermaplanning, and lash lift & tint 1 week out. The microneedling did wonders for my face, I only wish I had done it sooner. The pitting is way less noticeable and more shallow, I've had it over 10 years so it was a huge difference in my skin. I also texted her the products I was using at home and she told me which ones to stop using (super helpful and didn't push her products on me since she knew I was on a budget). I did botox yesterday, it hasn't set in yet but she totally listened to what I wanted and when she suggested I do some around my eyes and I was hesitant, she didn't push it anymore. Microneedling & botox weren't uncomfortable, she's super gentle and a great listener. Her website is super easy to book on, and her staff are always nice and professional when I go in. Both her locations are very clean, very welcoming & set up wonderfully. I've invested a lot of money in microneedling, hydrafacials, O2 Facials, dermaplanning, lash lift & tint, botox & (upcoming) lip blushing, vampire facial & antioxidant facials. Every SINGLE treatment is so worth it and the results are amazing. I use some of her products at home too and they are amazing. I don't trust anyone with my skin (including doctors) as much as I trust Jessica and her team. Since I've started going, my mother has become a regular for skincare and my husband for laser hair removal. They are just as happy as I am! read more

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by Jessica, the owner. I was scheduled for a 9:30 appointment but Jessica didn't show up or call the office to explain why she wasn't there. The receptionist said she didn't know why Jessica wasn't there, and advised that she had tried repeatedly to reach Jessica by phone to find out why she was a no show, but the receptionist had been unable to reach her. I was put in a room and waited for 30 minutes with no word! Finally, at 10:00 (now 30 minutes late) the receptionist came into the room to tell me Jessica had just pulled into the parking lot, but unfortunately -- rather than coming inside -- Jessica was sitting in her car chatting on her cell phone. I already had been waiting over 30 minutes and could not believe Jessica ( the business owner) had so little disregard for the value of my time that she would roll in 30 minutes late and then sit in the parking lot while talking on her cell! I decided that was the final straw and I left, leaving the message that Jessica just lost a client. Evidently, Jessica was unconcerned as she failed to followup with me for days to explain or apologize ... and didn't contact me until I posted a negative review on her FB page (which she promptly removed). When Jessica did call, what she said was that no one should have given me an appointment at 9:30 am as she typically starts her appointments at 10:00! Really? So she still did not take responsibility for what occurred, which is a huge red flag. There are too many other providers to choose from, which I'd rather do than go back to someone who could care less about a client like me who, by the way, has been giving Jessica business for years! Guess she just doesn't need the business any more. read more

Lauren is the most incredible lash artist ever! I had a bad experience with lashes in the past, but her care & appreciation for her talent & expertise is mind blowing! I recently moved to Boulder and my skin is suffering from the dryness. I had an excellent experience with two services today. I had a hydra facial with Charlotte first, and my skin is very refreshed and glowing. Then I received Botox around my eyes and forehead with Jessica. The procedure was quick and as painless as possible. The space is lovely and tranquil with plenty of parking in the very new and cute Prospect section of Longmont. I live in Boulder and it was a quick drive and I enjoyed the free parking and easy access to shopping in Longmont. Jessica and her partner Ray have ties to the military and first-responder communities and give a 10% discount to both (I saved over $70 today). I am new to the area and have found my new medspa. I will return soon for more treatments and feel assured that they will take my skin to the next level. read more

I am so thankful that I found this skin studio! The staff is so kind and Jessica has a true heart of gold! I went in for a consult for injectables a few weeks ago and she was so kind. She listened to any concerns or questions I had (I've never had fillers or a Botox before so I was a little nervous) and made me feel so comfortable I scheduled an appointment for fillers in December! Today, I received a hydra facial from Charlotte and it was amazing! My skin has never glowed or felt healthier like it does now. Charlotte is extremely personable and made me feel beautiful in my own skin. I've been struggling with acne and it's put a damper on my confidence and just made me feel disgusted. Charlotte truly helped me feel at ease and comfortable. She was very thorough, and explained what she was doing before she did it. Thank you for making me feel beautiful again. Everything about my service here was wonderful. I had a Sports Recovery IV to help me power through packing and moving. It's so hard on the body! Ray listened and asked questions to make sure I was choosing what was most supportive for me. It was obvious that he really cares, is incredibly passionate and educated when it comes to IV Nutritional Therapy. Pretty sure he's the nicest human I've encountered in a long while. Danielle Drake is a seriously talented massage therapist. I had horrible knots in my shoulders from lifting (weights and toddlers). The whole experience was amazing. I felt like I got the right amount of clinical healing and relaxation. When she was finished I felt so much stress and pain relief. It's been almost a month now since I got my first Botox injectables from Jessica. I am truly happy with my results. She did an awesome job. She was really good at explaining everything beforehand. I immediately felt comfortable around her. Her spa is beautiful, great decor, and relaxing, her music playlist in the background was great. The procedure itself was really quick, it does hurt a little bit, but really it's seconds, it's done before you know it so totally tolerable. Jessica was gentle and seemed very experienced. I had no bruising or swelling or any other issues post Botox. It took about a week for me to see the results, and now after almost a month I am loving my results. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and they listen very well to your concerns. The atmosphere is inviting and very clean.
