Anyway...I've been getting my lashes done by Kassandra for a few months now. Having lived in lots of different places, I can confidently say that Kassandra is literally the greatest of all time. She takes her time with every single lash. Her work is meticulous and clean. The true difference though lays in her attention to detail. She will not stop until her standards are met, and let me tell you, those are pretty high. She's also done my brows and she makes my sad wispy ones look pretty damn good. The space itself is gorgeous, modern and clean. Parking is kind of weird, just drive over the curb! *Update* Everyone that performed advanced services is gone now. They didn't even have the courtesy to reschedule my appt when my person left. Fortunately, she reached out to me and took care of me at her new location. They also never honored their "leave a review and get a discount" promo and sold me expired eyelash sealer. Shadyyyy. Back in February, I booked this studio due to the 5 star rating on Facebook and how "cheap" it was. It was easy to book and I excited. Come the day of my appointment, I wasn't sure if the place was correct so I called and no one picked up. I figured the place was it after a few minutes and it was. I walked in, filled out paperwork and she started numbing my brows. Once the time was up, she started doing my brows (which I loved when i got done). After the Microblading, the tech never told me about the bleeding and much aftercare..just gave ointment and that was it. Few days after I got done with my Microblading, my pigment COMPLETELY WENT AWAY. I asked many people, and they said that it wasn't normal at all. I started to get in contact with my tech, but she told me it was all normal and not to worry. I went to another tech and she said that the tech didn't go deep enough into my skin for the pigment to stay.. When I reached to my tech to tell her about it and tell her that I wanted a refund, she posted a Facebook post about aftercare and bleeding (mind you that she never told me much aftercare and didn't tell me that bleeding would affect my pigment the way it did), when she made the Facebook post, I felt attacked because it was directed towards me! I started with comments on the post to tell my story, and the tech had deleted my comments, blocked me on their Facebook page, and blocked me on their personal page. I can't review the page, otherwise I would. I don't recommend this place to anyone at all. The tech also creeps on your personal page to see if you have made any posts regarding experience and questions, to see if anything is normal. About photos: First- right when I got the brows done. Second- a few days after getting them done. Third- showing I can't comment or like anything (I'm blocked from the page). Fourth- post that was directed towards me (more than likely), and where I felt attacked. Fifth- showing that I'm blocked by the techs personal page.. I hope this helps anyone looking for a Microblading tech! -Edit: None of my Facebook friends knows of any skin condition I might have. I haven't been checked for a skin condition either. I've been told numerous times that the pigment shouldn't have come off like that within a week, and was told by another tech that the original tech didn't go deep enough into my skin to hold pigment.
