jesse was amazing first time and after that I was forgotten and had trouble no one could get blonde right on Blonde ie without yellow without problems. Good first time, having trouble since then and top of the line expensive 300-400.00 for problems isnt good. Gave chances to fix over 4 visits and now have to look somewhere else. read more

So I just moved out state and I wanted to go get my hair styled and I wanted a new look so I went to a cupcake store and saw a salon and I put the phone number on my phone and I called I told her that I wanted colored so perhaps I wanted to do a color consultation but then I just scheduled with haircut and styled and we talk about my previous experience and she explained in depth what she will do .... My haircut and blow dry looks great so I book the appointment so the colored appointment happen I was nervous but her and her assistant was easy to talk to and they walk me through the process and Jessy was so honest and transparent and real and I trust her judgment so the colored came out beyond beautiful every time she turn me around I want to look in the mirror just because I was feeling my self so y'all I found the stylist Jessy is amazing and the team is so sweet and nice and the receptionist love her she is amazing I don't feel judge or anything when I come in there and the salon is clean up to date with the latest tools and products .... When I walk out I feel like a diva ‍ ... like I need to do something so I just go to Publix and whip my hair back and flip my hair in the fruit aisle lol ‍‍ read more

Love this salon. In resort towns, it's often hard to find a locally owned salon. Pure and Couture Salon offers quality hair care products such as Oribe and Moroccan Oil and has stylists that can do just about anything. My daughter and I've tried highlights, lowlights and baylage. Each experience at the salon has been a relaxing enjoyable visit with upbeat music and sip of champagne. Adrianne did my hair and I received many compliments on the style. This is the type of salon every woman wishes her town had. They great you by name, spoil you when there and give you great tips on keeping your hair in great shape, once you're back home. Ariana is my new go-to person! Having short hair and dense hair means you're just one snip away from having a bad haircut all too easily. I bookes an appointment having heard that everyone in the salon was worth a try! Literally. ALL. OF. THEM. ARE. AMAZING! I booked my appointment and got to see Ariana. When I came in, I let her take a look at my hair and then asked her what SHE would do with my hair. She analyzed and then explained, and WOAH! She totally read my mind on what I wanted done. She absolutely nailed my haircut too! Hard to tell but she snipped at the bottom to get dead ends and then added some cleverly placed layers! No experienced training, beautiful inside but beware buyer. They are not skilled for trendy cuts. Straight out of a cosmology course with unknown school. Its not paul mitchell school or aveda to name a few school. Check their credentials please, girl lied and said she been been cutting along time, and trained at an italian designer....maybe at a supercuts or walmart but she was this salon and you just never know now days what your gonna receive from desperate people looking for high dollar cuts and /or color but do not deliver the skill level. BEWARE. Dont go on looks of the building or the brand, it is over rated today. They are just filling in the booth rental to pay the bill. read more

Jackie at Pure and Couture is one of the best hair stylist and color artists I have ever been to. She listens in depth to what I want and helps guide me in the best direction for me. She is extremely knowledgable about color and she takes pride in her work. When I told her I wanted a sombre color done and as she began the process she was so excited to be doing what she loves. Literally, her face lit up with the biggest smile! I would trust her with any style I need done! In fact I am headed back to her this weekend for a formal hair style because I hear she is also one of the best there is for formal hair do's! The salon itself is wonderful too! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. You can tell it is like family there. It is always clean and stocked with wonderful product. I see a poor review on here that I can't believe would ever happen by Jackie or the salon. Some people only think of themselves or have unrealistic expectations and don't understand how a salon schedule really works. Blocking and stacking clients on a schedule is totally normal. It seems to me that would have been the case here and it was undeserving of a bad review. read more

I have had Dani do my hair twice. She did a very good job. However, she told me at the beginning that they use two ppl to make it go faster, so I was not expecting it to take 4 hours for a highlight. I decided to give her another try since she was only touching up her own work and doing a trim. Again it took 4 hours. Online it says the stylists take 2 hours and 30 minutes for a full highlight and a cut, so it shouldn't take longer than that. That was why I brought my two year old son with me, so I was very annoyed that he had to sit in the salon for 4 hours. Dani had double booked highlights during both my appointments. I feel like this is disrespectful, especially when customers pay as much as they do at the salon. read more

I'm a 17yr local and I have been going to Pure & Couture for years for the best cuts, color, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, spray-tans and now massage, facials and spa treatments. I have two teen daughters so we have also used them for make-up and up-do's for dances and special occasions. What I love about this salon is the amount of time and importance that the owner, Adrianne, puts into continuing education for her staff. They are always updating both products and techniques to stay current and ahead of the trends. I love hearing how they have opportunities to go to other cities and learn from world renowned stylists and educators in their industry. The girls in there are so sweet and talented. I love that they really LISTEN to me when I'm describing what I'm wanting from my cut or color. These ladies build relationships with you. Also, I should mention, I've been married a whole lotta' years and am not a bride....but I have seen some brides/bridal parties walk out of there looking absolutely stunning! They can do it all. Literally do not go here and if you do, try your best to not have the hairstylist Megan. I spent near 200 to do a simple hair dye color and not only was the complete opposite of the picture that she wanted and asked me to show her, she messed it up because she had her friend do half of it because they had plans after work. After the owner fixed my hair, it completely washed out the next couple of days because they didn't use real dye, just a gloss. Ladies and gentlemen, save your money, time, and hair healthiness and literally never come here. read more

For some reason, my remarks about this salon were "Not recommended". Yet, I feel the public has a right to know that the stylist, Megan, does a horrible job at coloring. I went in for blue peek-a-boo highlights and ended up looking like a clown. After a total cost of $240, I then had to spend more money at a different salon to fix the mess she had made. My recommendation is don't book an appointment with Megan at this salon for any service. If you do, prepare to spend more money to undo the damage. read more

At first was super excited about booking an appointment here. I was quickly contacted by Jackie and scheduled an appointment there for an afternoon. I was excited about how quickly she had contacted me and was impressed with her portfolio. Fast forward to the appointment day I walked in 10 minutes early and wasn't greeted so I stood by the counter until someone acknowledged me. I told someone that I had an appointment with jackie who was busy putting foils into someones hair. I was greeted by a glare and an offer for a drink and was asked to sit down. I sat down and was a little concerned about being double booked (still had a lot of foils to go, wash out, and a cut left on the girl) But decided I would at least talk to Jackie and see if she wanted me to reschedule. I waited for another 15 min (now 25 minutes in the salon) with no interaction from jackie. Had she simply said that she was busy and she was sorry I would have gladly waited. However after two new employees asked me if I had an appointment and then confirmed with jackie, and still no acknowledgment from Jackie, I had to walk out. I got a text about 5 minutes later saying "Im Sorry that i was 13 mins behind schedule for your 145 appt, sometimes it happens, people show up a bit late or have more hair. I hope you have a good day" No acknowledgment and no wanting to reschedule or want me to come back. Safe to say I won't be back. read more
