I went to the Fort Walton location yesterday for a full-face threading and the technician suggested a sugar wax as it would be gentler on my skin. Wow was she wrong I have a rash on both sided on my face, she repeatedly went over the same areas multiple times and was very rough I would never go there again for any facial treatments. read more

I have slowly but surely been regrowing my over plucked brows for a year now and once or twice a month I will get my brows cleaned up. I went to get my brows threaded a couple days ago at this location. I didn't ask for anyone in particular and didn't think much of it because I had been here once before a few months back and had a decent experience. I asked for just a clean up and the lady was nice about it. Come to find out that she took off more than expected. I was really disappointed because I wasn't expecting any miraculous shaped brows but instead got two pencil lines. I mentioned that they were a little thin and nothing. I could have saved my money and just cleaned them up myself. Maybe I should have done a little more research and asked for a particular person but I don't think I will be returning to this place any time soon. read more

Either way, I love getting my eyebrows threaded by the wonderful ladies that own the store. They're so sweet. Besides threading eyebrows and sections of the face, they offer henna tattooing, sugar brig (warm sugar concoction that removes hair from your body like wax but without the heating element, it uses natural body heat), and cluster eyelash extension. Today, I wanted to get an eyelash lift because I am going on vacation soon. I've already had a bad experience in this business but it was 2 years ago so I thought maybe give it another shot. The lady who did my eyelash lift was incredibly sweet. When my lash lift was done, it looked nice. However, not even 10 minutes later, they start getting really curly and clumped together. When I get into my car is when I notice. I drive to another lash spot and they told me the person who did my lashes messed it up and if I don't get it fixed again, it will stay like that 6-8 weeks. She advised me to go back into the business and get my money back. I do as she says. As time goes by, my eyelashes get even worse. I asked if I could get a refund. The original lady who did my lashes went off for lunch. The lady who I was speaking to was extremely rude. She asked why would I want my money back if she can fix it. And I told her I did not want the company who messed up my lashes to fix it. Several phone calls were made to her manager and they said that it is against their policy to refund me my money back. At this point, I am really upset with how the customer service was. But there is nothing else I can do but let her fix it since she won't give me my money back. She then perms my lashes down and although they may not be clumpy and curly anymore, my eyelashes look like ant legs. I am extremely upset with how the company handled my situation. I now have to deal with my lashes like this for 6-8 weeks because they were treated twice. If there was an option to give this company 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend this place and I hope no one experiences what I went through. I'm convinced their eyelash lift product was maybe cheap or expired. I maybe would of felt better if the situation was handled in another way. Horrible company, with horrible customer service. read more

I love this place! I got a sugar Brazilian wax and eyebrow threading. They don't advertise their Brazilian but I'm glad I found a review on Yelp because I am very satisfied with my results. Very reasonably priced. It's been about 2 years since I've gotten a Brazilian, (shaved since then), and Dipali (or D) made me feel at ease and comfortable. She did a great job and also did amazing on my brows. My brows were left with a good balance of shape and thickness that I like. HECK! even my husband gave it a try! haha (by force of course. lol) -FACIAL: My friend came here for her facial and she loved it "after the red (extractions) went away, I noticed a big difference. my make up went on much smoother." -EYE LASh EXT: they offer strips and clustered. Short or medium. They use black glue and white glue. With care, they last for a week n half to 2 weeks. They offer 20% off for military ( eye brows only) **Con: The wait is long, only because there is only 2 people working here, they are high in demand, becuz they are the only threading place in town, but they are fast but careful with each client. Don't come here expecting to be in and out. you will have to wait at least 30mins, depending on how many people are in front of you. Have been coming here for years. Sat in a chair for nearly 20 minutes, though, this time waiting my turn. When I first sat down, there were several employees attending to customers. However, that number quickly dwindled to one employee. After patiently waiting, I was skipped over. When we arrived there were two people in the chairs and two people waiting but our wait was only about 15 minutes. I was scared at first but the ladies made me feel right at home. I've been going to the same woman in Orlando, where I recently moved from, for 6 years so I was very nervous to try somewhere new. I peeped the reviews and decided to give them a shot. I went in and one woman just pointed to a chair. I tried standing at the desk to explain to them that I was nervous just so that I could get some reassurance that they were in fact experts so the business claims and that I was in good hands. no. just got rushed to a chair. I then tried to explain my hesitation and nerves to the young woman who came over. She didn't even introduce herself she just started threading. I started talking to her anyway but she just shook her head up and down and wasn't even llistening. I told her the shape is perfect as I've been growing my shape for 6 years now. When she was done aggressively threading my eyebrow I looked at it and it was HALF GONE! I freaked out and told her that was way too thin and my natural eyebrows were NOT that thin! She said that she was just cleaning them up and that that was my natural line. I'm not even sure why but I let her do the other one and told her not to take anything off, just clean it up. they were already messed up now anyway so I wanted to see if she would be able to fix them at all. I told her I wanted tinting and she asked if I wanted henna or tint. I said I didn't know the difference and asked her to explain and she couldn't. again, should have stopped there but I really didn't think you could mess up any more. she seemed so confident. I even showed her pictures of what my brows look like on the daily and even a picture right after I got them done with my previous girl. she shook her head yes again and proceeded. she was basically dabbing this henna alllll over my face and then went back with a qtip and "corrected" any errors. she showed me my brows WITH the henna over them and I said "I guess, I can't tell because they always look different when they're dry and the henna comes off". we waited the 10-15 minutes and she took it off. They we're now TOO thick and completely uneven. Also way too close to each other and just a complete mess.Not to mention she got henna on my FOREHEAD and my eyelid so now it looks like I have a black eye on Ash Wednesday. awesome. Im upset, I'm new to the area and I am now googling how to do your own eyebrows at home with henna. Horrible experience. never again. read more
