They were totally gone didn't even last me a day. I am a very passive person by nature and I do not like confrontation or conflict in any way, but I was treated so poorly here. I am used to being treated with respect and kindness, so I was taken aback at some of the coldness I received. I wish I could erase it. I hate leaving bad reviews. But hopefully this will prevent a similar experience for someone else. I came in for a touch-up/revision, but I guess that warrants second-class treatment. I felt incredibly bad about needing to come back so I was waiting for a chance to speak with the tech so I could apologize & that I intended to tip her generously. The lady at the front desk seemed really nice at first, I wish I had gotten her name but she had gauges. She seemed confident in herself and her position, that she blurted out a few insensitive comments that were very hurtful to me. I felt so belittled and disrespected after only being kind and respectful towards her. I was waiting eagerly for my appointment but after I felt tears welling up inside my eyes & knowing I wouldn't be able to hold them back through my appointment, I had to leave. First of all, I have no complaints about the employees or technicians. They seemed knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would like to speak to the lash lift service. For one, it's expensive. You could get your head of hair done for the same price, which takes twice as long. So, I have average lashes. I had the lift done and followed the guidance provided (do not get wet, no hot steamy showers, no mascara, etc) and I didn't see much difference... maybe a couple curled up a little more. Maybe if I had longer lashes, perhaps this might have worked better...? However, my friend has also had the the lash lift done there and she definitely has longer, more full lashes than I do and I had to tell her, I didn't see a difference. Sadly. I felt like I had literally thrown away over $100. I am regretful because I should have just gotten the extensions, despite having the lash lift done believing this would be a more natural path to better lashes. Bottom line: If you don't already have long, great lashes, I wouldn't recommended the lash lift, it's disappointing. Go with the extensions if that's something you're willing to commit to. read more

The girls are amazing ! My lash girls are Savannah and Morgan... I will never switch ! I love them. They are great to talk to, work fast, and create beautiful looks time after time. And most important, THEY LAST LONG. I have never ever been disappointed with my lashes from them. I'm young and can't afford it really, but they always talk me through finding the best look for the best price. Which I appreciate so much. I will say that without their help I was hesitant about prices.... it's very expensive. I get it but other lash places I used to go to didn't charge near that much. I only switched because I moved. There's a lot of weird charges you don't realize, like adding anything other then classic will be 20$+. The membership situation is also very confusing and I really don't like it but it does end up saving $. Non member prices are horrible but that has nothing to do with the actual experience of getting them done, which is always a good one. Another con is they will call a million times to schedule your next fill and ask a million questions which I really don't like. But all around a really good place. I go here very often and I am thankful for every employee! Their goal is definitely to make money (isn't every business tho? They advertise 120$ for two fills but that's only for the minimalist style. It's 20$ extra to do hybrid or volume (per visit) + additional $ for a master artist... then tip.... It took 3x for me to get what I was looking for. I literally cut them and wore strip lashes after first appt. AND after working a full day I have to wait 20+ min for a scheduled appt... frustrating.... Each time I come back I'm hoping to be wowed and win over.... time #4 and still not impressed. read more

The service is phenomenal and the pricing makes eyelash extensions affordable. My lashes always look fantastic, the retention is great and Malaika is just so lovely, we chat away for hours. I had my second lash done. It was very expensive I paid about 250 to have my lashes done just because I wasn't a member, i did not even ask for 6D lashes i just want volume but I guess there was a miscommunication with the tech. After 48 hours when I started washing my face my eyes were burning, I kept it and let it go for days but it's been almost a week and nothings changed, matter of fact, my eyes were burning every-time i got teary or whenever my eyes are wet. I never had this issue from my previous lash place called Lashtouch and I've been consistent doing my lashes for two years and never in those years have I had any irritation or burning from lash extensions. I don't mind paying for lashes as long as it's quality this is definitely not worth 250, with the pain and the lash tech having long nails doing my lashes. I would have signed up for membership if my second try was a good experience. I just can't have this pain whenever I get my lashes done. read more

I have been coming for a year and I have experience the good, bad, and ugly. I would consider this studio the Super Cuts of lash services. It's quick and fairly affordable for lash extensions. They get you to drink the kool aid by offering membership packages. I bought the most expensive one for $119 a month for two refills. I still paid $25 each time for volume lashes. Then this last two times I spent an additional $10 for a "master stylist". Their master stylist was nothing special. At the end of the service she asked me if my lashes felt stuck and I pointed to the outer corner and she pulled off 3 or 4 extensions before sending me out the door. Ummm...what? I just paid for those. Since being a regular customer, I have seen a very high turn over with stylist which usually points to one thing...poor management. The own of this salon is extremely unprofessional as she greets the clients with a "Hi Gurly!" It's very awkward and off putting especially since someone is spending so much on your business every month. I have purchased all of their products which are subpar at best. They sell the same eye masks on Amazon for a fraction of the price, their lash coating will make the lashes stick together and you will have gunk on your lashes for a month. The eyeliner dries out and the lash wash is glorified water. A tiny amount of baby soap and water in a foam pump will do you. Time to find a new place! read more

I lost 75 percent of the lashes in less than 24 hours. Truly avoid this place if u r visiting Destin. The girls r gossipy and practicing are very unconventional. My mask was lowered for the Stylist to place the lashes on more tape on my cheek bones. Not to mention a mist of water is sprayed onto the lashes immediately after she done and then I was asked not to wash my face for 24 hours. read more

First of all, Jade was great. She explained the process and what she was doing at every step. My eyes watered, probably because of my lower lashes being taped down..she was worried about my inner lashes staying put and told me if I lost any to call and schedule a touch up and it would b complimentary. When I did call they told me it would be 59.. and it had been more than 72 hours so I would b charged then tried to sell me a membership. Sorry, but lashes not even lasting 3 days is unacceptable. If I knew the 72 hour thing I would have called the day after I had gotten my lashes...what happened to customer service and quality of service??? Not happy. read more

I wish I could bring myself to give a higher rating for this place, but for me there were quite a few turnoffs. Don't get me wrong, the product itself seems to be ok (more on that in a minute), as was the Technician who applied mine. What I don't really appreciate about this place and is pretty off putting for me is its overall MEMBERSHIP concept and all the rigmarole that comes with it (think Massage Envy). That's how they get you. There are two distinct pricing schedules, one for Members, and a higher-priced one for non-members. Neither is cheap. Additionally, if you'd like the more lush and substantial lash look, like the ones you see in their ads and pictures (3D and 6D lashes, the latter which I never knew was a thing), member or not it's considered an add-on service and is going to cost you considerably more, every time you go in and get them. The standard lashes that you get, which they tout as lightweight, really are because they're much like your own natural lashes, just longer. The idea here is that you will purchase a Membership, choosing whether you want to come in for a lash fill once or twice a month. You're then expected to put a credit/debit card on file with them, which will be *automatically* charged on a monthly basis. And if you ever book an appointment and are discourteous enough to no-show/no-call, your credit card will be billed for your missed appointment. That part's not too shocking, since it's becoming the norm in the beauty industry. Upon arriving for your first visit there's some basic paperwork to fill out, along with a host of I-won't-sue-you-or-hold-you-liable-if-things-go-badly statements you'll have to acknowledge by initialing. Of course they have a ton of optional products they'd like for you to buy (special cleanser for your new lashes, even a mascara-like product... huh?), and the home care instructions are a bit over the top and high maintenance, IMO (cleanse your lashes twice a day, also incorporate Amazing Lash products x, y and z during your morning, mid-day and evening regimens). This could really be a decent franchise if it didn't operate on the membership premise, try to nickel and dime you, and have such a "gotcha" feel. Whatever you do, if you're considering checking it out, ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS beforehand to make sure you understand what you're getting into. read more

I came for lash extensions and, as a first timer, I was a bit cautious because I didn't know much about the whole process. I didn't really know what I wanted and I was going based off of picture I had seen online. Everyone there was super patient in answering my questions and made me feel really comfortable. They listened to what I wanted and guided me instead of blindly telling what they were going to do. I had Olivia and she was suuuuper informative and answering everyone of my silly questions. Mary Francis, the owner, is amazing. Beautiful inside and out. Arieka is the best! I signed up for the membership thinking this is what I wanted long term. Which by the way is a great concept! It is a little expensive though, you only get one free fill with the almost $70 a month. The membership is very complicated to understand and can get confusing. After my 2nd fill I made an appointment for a mini fill for 2 weeks. The owner is who actually made that appointment for me. About 3 days before my appointment I get a phone call from them apologizing and telling me it was after my 2 weeks and that I have to pay the full price for a regular fill. Pretty unprofessional and felt ripped off. After that I decided this was not fun and not worth it. So I canceled, apparently not quick enough and they charged my account for the next month which does me no good since I already removed the lashes and won't need a new full set. Employees are friendly. It just may need time to adjust since it is still new but it also needs a more clear website and they need to explain everything better before signing up. A lot of hidden rules. read more

The staff is friendly, professional, go through aftercare instructions thoroughly, and make you feel very welcome. Their techniques and styles look great on everyone, and I've tried their natural, cute, and sexy styles and they've all looked awesome. If you take care of them, they last a good while. Also, their membership is something to highly consider if you are someone who enjoys always having a nice set of extensions on, and in the long run will save you a lot of $$$. I hate to write negative reviews but here is my experience. I have never had lash extensions before. I was looking for a natural look so I did not have to put mascara on in the morning. I usually go with a mostly natural face (i.e. little makeup). I explained to my stylist that I wanted a natural look and that because of my job I was not allowed to have big fake looking lashes. I had no idea what length to get so she recommended a length and I went with her recommendation. After two hours of work she was done and I had huge long lashes. Way too long for them to be acceptable for my work. At first I asked if she could trim them because they were too long and she said they don't do that and that I would just have to get shorter ones next time. I was too timid to complain to the front desk so I paid and left. After getting home and looking at them more it was solidified by my husband that they were not appropriate for work. Note: If I had been looking for dramatic lashes they would have been great. The stylist did a great job with the lashes she put on, they were just not the style I wanted/needed. I then called the studio back to give them feedback that when someone asks for natural looking lashes a size 12 is not the right fit and I told them I was going to have to cut them for them to be acceptable for work the next day. The front desk clerk quickly apologized and put her manager on who asked me to come back later so they could try to fix them and explained that the length I got is what they recommend for all new customers (i.e I got what they tell their stylists to put on everyone not what I asked for) I returned later in the day and the desk clerk recommended shorter lashes, which I was willing to try, but the stylist said it was going to take another 2 hours (2 hours which I did not have) so I asked her to just take them off. An hour later later my lashes were removed. The manager at the front desk told me as I was leaving "Well normally we ask people to wait 24 hours because they aren't used to the look and it is shocking at first". I explained to her that for my job I was not permitted to have lashes that long and that they did not look natural. She did not offer me a refund and to be honest I did not push it. So in the end I was out $100/3 hours of my time and had no lashes to show for it. Advice for the studio: have pictures of examples of each of the lengths you offer as well as styles. Educate your stylists to ask more questions to make sure they truly understand what your customer wants. Advice for customers: be painstakingly specific about what you want. read more
