Bebe Lash is not my regular studio, but I go there when my girl is unavailable or out of town. I have gone to Ashley before and she has done a good job. When I arrived for my appointment, Ashley was not there. Another lady named Helen said she was going to do my lashes and was covering for Ashley. At that point, I really didn't have any choice because I'm traveling and I didn't have another time to try to book the appointment so I went ahead and let Helen do my lashes. I did express that I wasn't fully comfortable, but I really just didn't have a choice at that point. She was very sweet and tried her best but burned one of my eyes very badly. We had to flush it out and put drops and then I was OK. She also at one point pulled one of my lashes out of my eye, and I physically winced and gasped. I was nervous the whole time, especially after that. I actually liked the way the lashes came out so I tried to just accept it and feel better, but they were falling off rapidly by the time I got home. Many fell off last night and this morning. I'm going on a trip so hopefully enough will stay that I don't have sparse spots or look crazy. If Ashley was not able to make my appointment, the least they could've done was let me know beforehand so I could've made a decision to either go there or not. Putting me in a position to go with a tech I didn't know who has zero reviews on their yelp was not fair and I won't be returning to Bebe lash.

Somehow out of nowhere, developed an allergy to lash glue and no matter what I tried, my eyes would get red and peely and itchy and I'd lose like half my lashes every time I tried to wear lashes. Sugar Bunny was highly recommended to me for their special technique and products they use for people with my issue. I was skeptical since nothing has worked for me before, but gave it a go. Scheduling with independent lash technicians became difficult for me because of scheduling conflict. They're open everyday. I usually see Tiana, but everyone who's done my lashes when she's unavailable is great! The longevity of the lashes is also great! I've been to a couple of techs and when I read that they used a special glue, I was surprised because I had never heard of it. When we started, she got frustrated and told me that my eye kept twitching. I told her it was because I felt a burning sensation and also felt like the tape was poking my eye. She offered the sensitive glue which i agreed to but I feel like she got really upset based on her tone. She asked me if I had drunk coffee, which I had. In the past, it never became an issue so serious. She kept claiming, in a slightly rude tone, that I felt burning because my eye kept twitching, but she never tried to fully tape my eye shut. The entire time, I felt burning and discomfort in my left eye, and every time she moved my lashes around, it hurt. I have never had that happen before, so I was really scared that it might lead to an infection or something. This morning, I woke up with the bottom of my eye red and my eyes still feeling a bit irritated. Right now, I regret getting them done there, and I'm hoping it's not something serious like an infection.

Bella had me sipping on a cup of chamomile tea as she waved her wand through my hair, telling me about my scalp's condition. My scalp treatment followed and she talked me through each step as she went along, which I really appreciated. She has such a soothing voice and is generally a lovely person. Booking took a little effort since I came through Groupon, but once I texted Yvonne (phone number on the website) and she called me back right away, we were able to book a date. my sister bought me this head spa groupon as a birthday gift and i really enjoyed my experience…read morehere. i enjoyed it so much that i decided to buy the same groupon for my mom for mother's day. unfortunately, she had a completely different experience. she initially called to make an appointment and the merchant said that they are not accepting groupons at this time. so i contacted groupon to cancel and receive a refund and they said that they cannot process a refund, but they will contact the merchant for clarification. later, groupon reached out again and said that the merchant confirmed that they are in fact actively accepting groupons. confused, my mom contacted the spa again to make an appointment and she successfully made one. upon arrival to her appointment, nobody was there. my mom said that she called them, and they said that they "forgot" about the appointment and that they can reschedule for later that day. my mom was upset about the situation and so she decided to wait for another day to reschedule. when she was finally ready to reschedule, she tried calling and texting multiple different times to schedule and nobody was answering. at this point, my mom was upset and she just doesn't really feel comfortable doing business there anymore and so she said that i should just request a refund. when i tried contacting groupon again explaining the entire situation, they were incredibly dismissive, were not taking any accountability, and kept repeating that the merchant is actively accepting groupon, even though this is clearly not the case. they were unable to give me a refund, and only offered my money in "groupon bucks", which i don't even feel comfortable using because this is clearly not a reliable platform. i just wanted to warn anybody out there to please use caution when using groupon, and definitely contact the business before buying the groupon because you just never know. additionally, groupon will not help you at all and will force you to use their unreliable platform because they refuse to give refunds even if a situation is completely out of the customer's hands.
