Her hair was perfection, each strand of hair was in its place and the cut was so flattering as well as her color. I asked for the referral. I called Ela and scheduled 2 appointments for myself and my daughter. Last time I had a haircut this good was 17 years ago when I lived in NYC. Coincidentally, turned out we both lived in the same neighborhood and Ela knows my former stylist. She has the same training and background, we had a lot in common and our conversation was fun. . It's been 3 days since my haircut and I received so many compliments. My husband NEVER says anything about how I look, EVER!but he actually complimented my new look this time and that alone says a lot. I am very pleased and scheduled my color appointment soon. I plan on scheduling a facial and few other pampering treatments soon. Thank you!

As someone whose been to Bombshell before, I expected to have a decent experience during my last visit. Paulette, the stylist I worked with before, installed my quickweave incorrectly and poorly and this became apparent when about 2 days after installation, the tracks were no longer glued and falling down. I had to sew them in just to make the hair last for an engagement I had. Once I removed the quick weave a few weeks later, the amount of glue left in my hair was unbelievable. Glue was all over my roots and as a result of their negligence, I lost hair equivalent to the size of of softball and now have a BALD SPOT in the middle of my head. See photos for proof. I reached out to bombshell multiple times via phone and email (that was never responded to) only for them to start screening my call and ignoring them. I even had my mother call so they would not recognize the number and they picked up immediately then proceeded to blame it on a "busy phone line". The last time I spoke with someone about the install was about a week ago when I sent them video proof of the bald spot and thinning and I was told the salon owner would call me when she was not with a client. As you could probably guess, no one reached out and instead, they have been watching my IG stories. I could not make this up if I tried. Long story short, Bombshell does terrible business and this is why as a black woman, it's never easy to support another black business. Thick ( beastly) growing in different directions , total chaos. I was so scared to go to anyone in fear of them getting more messed up. I like my eyebrows on the thick side and everyone loves to give me skinny eyebrows so I was also fearful of that. I also liked the idea of Fefe coming to my apartment as I was honestly afraid of judgements you often find in salons. Fefe came to my apartment on time equipped with her own tools. Totally cool and laid back, we discussed my goals with my brows , she gave her opinion and went to work! She shaped them and then threaded , in the end o had some sexy ass eyebrows!!!
