I don't usually take the time to write reviews, especially for places I've genuinely enjoyed visiting. I loved coming here and always appreciated working with Rihanna. However, after they recently installed a new system, I started receiving an unusual amount of text messages, sometimes two per day, since March. With my appointment coming up this week, I simply wanted to make them aware that something might be off with the system. Instead of a constructive response, I was met with arguments and harsh replies, presumably from the owner or an assistant. When I mentioned that maybe I should consider canceling my appointment, they took it upon themselves to cancel it without further discussion. The entire exchange was unprofessional, curt, and certainly not how I would expect a loyal, monthly client who tips generously to be treated. Their response was essentially, "We'll solve the problem by canceling your appointment." That's not a solution.it's a poor attempt at damage control. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on that experience. What they didn't expect was that I'd be able to find another salon just around the corner, with amazing reviews and no issues booking an appointment within minutes. To whoever is managing the phone or client communication: I suggest putting the phone down, taking a breath, and thinking carefully before responding in such a dismissive and unprofessional manner. She recommended 11mm, because of having short lashes. It feels like a was getting a massage instead of eyelashes extension. The huge recliner chair felt like an old friend hugged me. Ramona is amazing! I was worried when I moved to Charleston that I wouldn't be able to find a lash place that was half as good as what I was used to in Atlanta but I did on the first try! She really listened to what I wanted and what I was used to with my old lash technician. Located in a shopping complex off Houston Northcutt and Colman. It's very unassuming from the outside but the decor and feel are very luxurious on the inside. Complete with soothing spa music, recliner and comfy pillows and blankets. Well,.... apparently this business is more concerned about charging a cancellation fee if you wake up sick, rather than being concerned about their staff and their loyal client. Completely absurd... I owned a hair salon in California for many years and would NEVER in 1 million years charge a client for them canceling the morning of their appointment for being sick... Rather than being apologetic and understanding they were greedy and rude... Run for the hills !!! read more

This place is amazing! Every visit i have had everyone working there is so kind and genuine and it is over all an extremely clean and cute environment. I've been going to see Leslie for the past few months and she is absolutely amazing! Great at her job, plays great music and so easy to talk to. If I have a certain way I want my lashes done she does them exactly how I ask for. I highly recommend this place, I have just gotten my lashes done here but I will for sure be getting other services done here in the future. read more

My lashes looked amazing when I left, seriously amazing. But over the next few days they started falling off in mass. I woke up the morning after with lashes all over my face and the pillowcase. I had my lashes done at Lash Crush at Mt. Pleasant. They did an excellent job. I had them done just before the pandemic started! Was for my birthday! They lasted almost 6 weeks! A very nice young lady, Seelesse, did them for me. She was excellent. Took her time and was very methodical. The salon is lovely. Has a modern vibe. Tastefully done. Very clean. Great big recliners. Private rooms with soothing music. Nice atmosphere. I recommend it highly. I'll be going back. read more

It really puts a sour taste in my mouth when businesses 'encourage' you to tip cash or electronically. But this business was the icing on the cake. They actually had printed out, laminated photos, of the lash techs Venmo accounts and QR code's. I didn't even see an option to tip on the screen or the receipt, but I was told that the 'QR code is right here, if you pull up your app, it's easy to scan' and when I asked when businesses started doing this, I was told 'the owner just wanted to make it easier accessible for our clients' and if I had any further questions, she could get the owner to answer them. read more

I love this place! My lashes have never looked better and they are so very professional! Romana takes time and care in the lashes she applies. She makes sure your lashes are clean and wants to make sure that you are happy. I told her today, after seeing what the other person at another salon I went to did with my lashes and what Romana did, her work is perfect! My lashes always look just perfect. I was not impressed with this place. The lady who did my lashes wasn't very nice and never explained the procedure. I wish she would've let me know where we were in the process, as it was very uncomfortable to sit there for an hour with your eyes constantly closed. One of my lashes looks great and the other looks terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place going forward and wish I could get my money back. It wasn't worth it. read more
