So I made the poor mistake of going elsewhere for my lash extensions and boy did I pay the price! My lashes were clumpy, I experienced excessive shedding, irritation and my REAL lashes were destroyed. Thankfully, I came back to Lash Dolls Miami and Lisa took great care of me! She meticulously and carefully removed the other persons lashes and put on lightweight lash extensions appropriate for my face and lashes. Not only is the customer service incredible here but their knowledge and pride in their craft is what truly sets them apart. Both Lisa and Veronica will not put lash extensions that will be too much for your real lashes to handle. Their glue is non irritating, lashes are lightweight and I love their attention to detail. WORST LASH EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! Do not go here. Staff isn't trained!!!!!! My lashes fell out a DAY after they got done and the service itself took over 2 hours for a luxury full set. By day 4 all my lashes were gone and the owner refused to give me a refund or a different lash artist to fix it. Owner said herself "this is not suppose to happen" but refused to fix her employees work when clearly that employee doesn't know what they are doing. The owner Lisa has no idea what customer service is. She is totally fake and does not care at all about her clients, only their money! She is rude and has a horrible attitude. Which is a shame because the other girls in her shop seem really nice. I booked a fill appointment and informed her that I may need extra time since most of the lashes that SHE had applied the previous time had fallen out. She told me that she didn't have enough time to complete the appointment and could only work on me for the allotted amount. So basically she would have left the job half done and had me looking crazy. I asked if I could see someone else at the shop and she told me that I would have to pay her as well as the other person! WTF?!? Why would I have to pay for two appointments for one service when it wasn't my fault. I asked her if she could start the work and someone else finish it up and she said they don't do that. I asked if I could come in later and she said she was all booked up. I literally tried everything to remedy the situation and she just didn't care. In fact her answer to me was you shouldn't have booked an appointment if you didn't read the disclaimer. I had already paid the deposit which I was now going to have to eat of no fault of my own, but to add insult to injury she went and charged me additional money for what I can only assume is missing the appointment without my permission. The appointment she said she couldn't finish. So I was supposed to do what? Drive 30 minutes each way to have a service not finished? She is insane and a thief! Seriously? They are receiving one star because Its required to post a review. I went to their location to remove my lashes ($30) and for a new full set ($175) and for a wax and tint for my eyebrows ($35). They also charged me to book the appointment. I paid $50 to book it, this did go towards the total. So, together that is a total of $240. Spending this amount of money you would think It would be of good quality. Hilda did a terrible job on removing my lashes. There were still lash extensions stuck on my actual lashes. After, she still went ahead and put a new set. While she was doing my lashes they had me wearing a shower cap. Never in the five years of doing my lash extensions have I ever been asked to wear a shower cap. After she finished my lash extensions she decided to do my eyebrows. WHY would they do my eyebrows after doing my lashes? The wax went all over the extensions. Common sense, this was going to happen. Then again, I assumed she knew what she was doing. So, after she was finished I decided to use the restroom. I used this time to really look at the work. My eyebrows were too thick. I had told her exactly what I wanted and she still managed to ruin them. The lash extensions were going all over the place. There were some going left and others going right. Not only were they all going different directions but there were open spaces in between my lashes. When I came out, I told Hilda I did not like them and she just tried to convince me that brushing them out would make them look better. LOL That was a joke. The owner then came out and explained to me that I would have to pay for it but I could come in another day to have her do them. I told her that I would not be coming at all. I asked her to remove them. The owner said I still had to pay 50% of it because she had to pay Hilda for her work. LOL Customer service is horrible and so is their work. read more
