Let me first start this review saying I work in the hospitality industry. So if I value anything in this world it is amazing service as it is my job to provide such. LISA LASH QUEEN - Lisa is my lash tech and I have NEVER had a negative experience with her. I work in a hot, sweaty environment a lot of the time and I was unsure about having false lashes. But as long as you follow the guidelines I'm happy to say they LAST! ATMOSPHERE - Walking into the shop Lisa always greets me with a smile and is prepared and ready. The appointment times are PRECISE and I've never had to wait. If you don't like laying flat she will give you a pillow to make you comfortable and the bed is always very clean. I went to her twice already!! My first appointment was the day before my bday and they were amazing. I love glam and dramatic and they were perfect. For context, I got the mix luxury lashes which a mix between classic and volume. The retention on the lashes are awesome so you get a bang for your buck. I really didn't need to go for the fill but I did and that was 3 weeks after getting a full set. Lisa is the person I booked with and she is very nice. She is laid back and chill. Let me start off by saying that I've gotten lash extensions in the past and over the last 2 years and never have my lashes looked so good. I've gone to Lisa for about 2-3 Times now and when we first met I kind of gave her an idea of what I wanted and boom, she made it come to life. I could not stop staring at my eyes. I have been going to Veronica for my eyelash needs for 2 years plus and I have to say that she has perfected her craft in artistry of eyelashing. Not only did she explain to me how to take care of my permanent eyelashes to last longer but she also gave me good info on the "what if's" if I don't take care of them properly. BEST place ever! I have been going here for +10 years and the quality is amazing! My lashes last 3-4 weeks, they are very clean, professional and kind. Please note that your lashes will last longer with proper maintenance. Lisa gives you all the information you need for your lashes to last. Also, if you sweat a lot or have natural oily skin, lashes may not last AS long - which has nothing to do with the lash tech. This is the one stop beauty bar! I do my lashes, brows and lips with the bad ass Lisa! I've been coming here for almost 2 years every 2 weeks. I like doing my lashes and eyebrows every two weeks.
