All around everyone I interacted with was very very friendly! I only waited about 10 minutes for my waxing lady to finish up with her prior appointment. Once I was brought into the room, I was out in 15 minutes. Her name is Francheska, she was quick and has a great hand because it did not hurt at all. I chose to do this because I was going on a trip, and thought it would be nice to have my brows look ready to go at all times, especially when I would be in the beach/pool most of the time. Manuela who supposedly even teaches, sells herself as a professional eyebrow specialist. They're out to get your money. I paid $700 for a job that looks like $200. I will post photos of before getting my two lasers done and after which are the current brows from Miami Brow Bar. I've been doing my brows for over 25 years. My previous technician unfortunately moved so the need arose to find a new place. I found Miami Brow Bar on Instagram and saw she did a nice job. In discussing my situation with them, I was clear and provided the areas that needed repair and adjustments before making any appointment. They assured me that they could and would work with me. Although nervous, I decided to go ahead with the procedure. Once finished, Manuela, appeared nervous. She did a darker color than my actual hair color. She told me to wait until the retouch to adjust the color and shape. During the retouch it became clear she lacked experience and care. She made them worse. Since then I have sought different opinions on the work and all have returned the same verdict. "They ripped you off because the job is not correct " I hope this helps others not become victims of this incompetence and find another place.

The receptionist was not particularly friendly, but eventually agreed I could come back the next day, Sunday. When I returned, the overall vibe was a bit off. The receptionist and the new technician seemed cold, and it felt like there may have been some internal discussion about the situation. Nonetheless, the service was completed. Unfortunately, by today, Monday (7/14), the polish on one of my toenails has already chipped, which is frustrating so soon after the appointment. When I used to live in Miami Lakes and when I come to visit, I typically go to the other location by Veterans Park and see Magalys, and I've always had great experiences with her. They were unfortunately booked for the rest of the weekend. While I've had consistently positive experiences at their other location, this visit was disappointing by comparison.
