Tje salon owner gave me an attitude and says she was with a client. I asked when she would be done because I was trying to make another appointment at that exact time. She told me my appointment once again with an attitude. a week later, I received a text from my stylist and was told I was no longer allowed back and my appointment was cancelled. that left a terrible taste in my mouth. especially because nothing had occurred except me calling. They did a brilliant job with all of our hair and makeup and they charged a fair price for all the care and work they put in. Before Oasis, I was getting ridiculous quotes by the thousands for hair-only or makeup-only services. In total (4 hairdos, 5 makeup, 3 false lashes) with deposits and trials included, they charged me significantly less for fantastic work. They listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions during the trial to guide me with the style/look I was going for. And the stylists working with me the day of were also extremely flexible and well-equipped when some of my bridal party/family asked for additional services/changes for hair and makeup the day of.
