I had her change a couple minor things for my wedding makeup and she did a great job understanding what I wanted. She's also so skilled at doing natural makeup, which can be difficult to find for bridal makeup. All of my bridesmaids, mom, and mom-in-law were very happy with their results as well, and the makeup lasted all day despite it being an outside wedding on a hot day. After a lot of of review reading, Suneeta seemed like someone worth taking a risk for. She did not disappoint. Straight to the point and cleaned up my eyebrows perfectly. She did not ruin any existing shape or arch and worked with me to help move towards my eyebrow goals. I did not get them tinted, but may consider it next time. Definitely worth a shot. This review is not for the owner- rather one particular worker. I have been coming to URS Threading for many years and have visited all of their locations. This is the first time I've felt the need to leave a negative review for this location (my 5th time here). I arrived at around 6:40 p.m. (the salon closes at 7:00 p.m.). A broad-built Indian woman at the front desk said she would do my threading. I asked her to start with my upper lip, and it was noticeably painful from the beginning, though I didn't say anything. What really concerned me was that she brought the thread inside my nostril while threading my upper lip. I immediately winced in pain. In all the years I've been getting threaded, this has never happened before. It felt very unprofessional and made me question her experience. She has no communication skills at all. The people who have helped me previously in this location were all nice. I told her what had happened and left immediately without completing the service. Based on my experience, I would not trust her with threading. Very unprofessional and unapologetic.
