Once I sat down, she continuously said she wasn't sure if she could do the style I wanted and that she can just "take them all off" if I didn't like it. This already made me feel unsure about it and she later told me I could come to get a free touch up. This was a nice offer until she texted me the next night trying to reschedule that too.
