Their staff are friendly and experienced, which has been extremely helpful as the last 2 years I've been rehabbing my polyneuropathy (nerve damage that makes hands and feet super sensitive). I explained my needs to the staff and they keep notes in my file to remember my requests. They can be as gentle as you need, and you still get a thorough mani/pedi. Today I had to go to a sleep study so I couldn't have oil or lotion, and I still was able to have a wonderfully relaxing experience due to the accommodating nature of this lovely family business. The vibe is relaxed, salon is clean, and the employees have a true gift for helping customers choose the perfect color/type of service.The prices are fair and many payment options are available. It is best to call for an appointment even if you are looking for same-day service, as they are very busy certain days of the week. Their waxing services are also excellent, straight eyebrows like mine are difficult to shape, but they have always done an amazing job. I had a great experience here! This nail salon came highly recommended by so many of my coworkers that I just had to check it out! It was very spacious, clean & comfortable and they had a lot of colors to chose from. I got SNS powder nails, coffin shaped with a manicure. There is an up charge for the shaping and the manicure portion, but that is pretty standard at most of the local nail salons in this area. Ally was my nail technician and she did an amazing job at giving me exactly what I asked for. She took her time and I did not feel rushed at all even though they were extremely busy. I made an appointment ahead of time (highly recommended) and I was taken right back and started immediately. Came in for pedicures with my mom and sister on a late morning weekday. They were able to get all three of us in right away! Very clean inside with two rows of pedicure chairs. Decor inside was nicely done...neutral colors and relaxing atmosphere. Technicians were friendly enough...didn't talk at all during pedicure, except to ask which pedicure we wanted from their menu. We all picked the $25 pedicure, can't remember the exact name. Very nice and clean restroom (only one). Located in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking available. Would recommend. read more

I made an appointment, but waited a while for someone to even ask me what I needed. Once I was greeted, there was lots going on up front, several girls sort of scrambling to take on ladies without appointments, They even seemed to not be able to help one set of girls and so they left. Finally, a girl came to tell me to wash my hands and take a seat. I needed a gel soak off and regular mani. The entire appointment took an hour and 45 mins!!! She seemed like she wasn't really familiar with a soak off, or the product wasn't great and not working well. It took a good 35 mins to just get my gel off! After that, she switched places with another lady who finished me off, but told me the pigment of polish I picked would take longer to dry? It was a neutral color. I asked if there was a fan I could dry under... she seriously said, "they don't have fans here". So I sat there after 1.5 hours already and flapped my hands until they were dry. I drive 35 miles to treat myself to 2 sisters nail bar. WHY? because no other nail salon compares. Not only is the salon always pristine, cute, and clean, they do the HIGHEST QUALITY work in regards to the SNS manicures and pedicures I have received. It was a crazy weekend for 2 Sisters, it was spring break and their chairs were full with people waiting for various versions of mani's and pedi's. My kind and generous sister had set up appointments for various family members including me, and I was excited to have a pedi for the first time in many months. I had no idea who would work on my feet, but it turned out to be John; and I'm so glad it was! Just as important as polish to me is the foot massage. John worked on my feet for awhile and I felt my muscles loosening up. Also, the massage relaxed my whole body, and when my manicure started I felt so relaxed and happy, plus the polish applications were spot on. The nail techs are awful and ruined my nails and tried to blame it on the fact that I had my nails done by an actual good nail place Haute spot! I am definitely reporting them to the better business bureau because this is ridiculous. I have never paid 70 dollars for something and got 15 dollars worth of work. The manager was completely rude and not caring of how unsatisfied I was and the only thing she could offer me was to sand them down! If you know what you are doing shouldn't she have sand them down from the beginning! This is the worse nail job I have ever have in history. If your nail tech knew that because I had nails done by another place and it would not look right or presentable with her filling my nails she shouldn't have completed the job or told me! Walk-ins are NOT welcome! Very rude personal. I arrived today around 5.30 pm. And the receptionist proceed to tell me I have to wait 30 min because they are finishing with the 5pm appointments. So I decide to seat and wait, in the meantime 5 people arrived after me and they were greet so nicely and grateful and were seated right away (3 of them have an appointment for 6 pm. The other 2 didn't). I ask one of the girls if they still having time for me and with an actitud she told me she is going to ask and she never came back. I didn't felt welcome at all!!! I used to know the owners since the have the saloon in midway on post rd. That was the only reason I went over there. What a disappointment!! I left the place at 7:00pm and will never coming back. Pros: I just moved to the area and decided to check this place out. - With a booked appointment, I was attended to promptly. - Staff was friendly but my nail tech was a little too talkative for my taste. - I was impressed with their attentiveness to my concerns which was a welcome relief from most Vietnamese nail techs I've experienced in the past who are typically inpatient and pretend to not understand simple basic English. - price wise, the refill + gel polish is decently priced at $35. Cons: the place is untidy!!! No ambience whatsoever just a wham bam done type of feel. - the nail tech Trisha was nice but EXTREMELY CARELESS WITH VERY POOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL. The irony of being in such a detail oriented line of business and only topping half my nail with the base gel coat. When I brought it to her attention she whined a bit. She also didn't fully file out my old polish - which was colour red!! So again I had to point that out because I was gonna use a light nail polish. I shouldn't have had to ask her to completely file the old polish out so that was annoying. - I'm not sure why the quality of either the polish or top coat is so poor, my nail tips changed colour a couple hours after I got home! I'm actually really upset about this (it happened earlier today). I'm contemplating going back in to make a complaint but honestly I shouldn't have to worry about my gel polish deteriorating less than 2 hours after I'd just gotten them done!! Based on this alone, I CANNOT give 2 sisters more than 2 stars, and I'm being generous. read more

My experience here was just okay. I live in Canton and normally go to a place there I love but it is nothing fancy. I was taking my friend out for her birthday so I was trying to find someplace nice and maybe a little more pampering. All the reviews on yelp were 5 star and the place looked really cute from the pictures so I thought I would try it. I spent $156 after tip on 2 mani/pedis and the experience was just okay. The girl who did my pedicure cut my nails so short I could barely enjoy the rest of my pedicure because my toes were so uncomfortable. The scrub, mask and massage included were nothing special just a prepackaged item they grabbed from a box and slapped on. The massage chairs weren't even very comfortable. The only saving grace was the did do a good job on the polish on my toes and gel on my nails so for that I am giving them 3 stars. Very unlikely I would go back. read more

The place gets really busy, so I recommend to call the day before (if possible) to book your appointment.
