I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

I promptly contacted the spa, and they agreed to redo my nails at no extra cost (photos of our messages attached). However, during my return visit, my nail technician seemed visibly upset, leading to a sloppy and unclean job. Despite the poor service, I still decided to leave a tip. To my surprise, as I left, the employees chased me down, insisting I pay an additional $15 for "cat eyes," a term I have NEVER heard (despite getting my nails done MULTIPLE times at this and other locations), and $5 for the "design" (which was essentially the same as the chrome design I had initially asked for). From my perspective, I received the same nails with only a different color powder. Though promised no extra charges, I ended up paying $20 in addition to the tip. I could have accepted a $5 additional payment just for the "design," but being charged over $65 for a bad visit and another $20 for ANOTHER bad visit is just so bizarre to me. The commitment to not charge me was not upheld, and I paid for such poor services. Overall, I'm upset by the decline in service and quality at this establishment and I do not recommend anyone visit. There are other nail salons nearby that value quality and respect. I will not be returning.
