I really wanted to like this place due to the positive reviews but had a really horrible experience. My appt was at 9AM at the mall (before the mall opens) but I was not given instructions on how to get inside. I called multiple times and the phone was never picked up. At around 9:10, Sophia texted me instructions on how to go through an employee entrance to get inside. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I do not get lash extensions often and am only getting them for a trip but she did not talk through what I wanted them to look like or explain the different types, she just sat me back and said let's get started. The whole 2 hours, she sang pop songs really loudly, did not speak to me, did not wear her mask and chewed gum right above my face. She was blowing gum bubbles as she did my lashes. We are in a pandemic and I felt extremely uncomfortable with her blowing bubbles directly above my face. In normal times that is not even sanitary! Not to mention, she would pause and text in between working on me. I felt frustrated and uncomfortable the entire two hours. I gave 2 stars rather than 1 because my eyelashes look good overall and I feel that she placed them well. However, throughout the course of a single day I have already lost about 10 lashes on each eye and I am worried they will not last for my trip. I will definitely not go back, am extremely disappointed in the experience, and would caution anybody about coming here. If all of my eyelashes fall out in a week, I would find it highly doubtful that I could even call and get in contact with the owner or anybody working there as they never seem to answer the phone. read more
