Unfortunately this was after COVID and perhaps having to wear a mask made things a little more complicated but I left with 2 different eyebrows . I actually had family members tell me they were quite uneven . The shape was not at all complimentary which upset me because I'd grown them in for quite awhile . The session just seemed kind of rushed and she seemed uncomfortable and also told me that my fiancé who'd accompanied me this time could not do so again . This would not be a problem for me since he never really comes with me to these appointments but I found her explanation a little odd since the areas are for the most part separated . I also felt her discomfort in a sense which caused me to be uncomfortable . The main problem though is that my eyebrows were just so different . I know that she and another business I'd been to said eyebrows are siblings not twins but they had no discernible shape .I actually left feeling unattractive after I took a better look at them which is not the way you want to feel after a beauty appointment . Even though she did offer to fix them after I contacted her I was just uncomfortable and didn't trust that if I went back there'd be too much removed and that I'd have to wait a long time again before they could even be fixed . I also paid quite a bit for them expecting better; close to $30 with a tip and just felt very unhappy .I'd looked at pictures on her instagram & based on those felt she'd be able to shape them nicely but felt disappointed.
