Overpriced and not worth it. I've given this place more than enough chances to win me over, and it's the same every time. I've been massaged by multiple masseuses here and every time I have been jipped of time. They don't give you the full amount of time that you pay for. I've mentioned it them multiple times as well, and they still jip me of time. If it was a 60$ massage, i wouldn't say anything. But for 200$ massage- you better give me every minute that I pay for. Also they don't massage hard. And they never ask "how the is the pressure". You have to awkwardly ask them to go harder. And if they do, they eventually go soft again. And they ask what areas can I work on for you, or what extra areas need more work- and i tell them and it's always BS lol. They are afraid to get close to your groin areas or breast areas, even when I give them permission. AND THE CONTRACT AT THE START ASKS "are you comfortable with them touching you in these areas" YES I AM COMFORTABLE... but are your masseuses comfortable ? Some masseuses are def better than others, and i haven't tried all of them so I can't speak for all of them. But a lot of them are not worth it. Mediocre experience overall. My mom is a professional massage therapist, and because of my scoliosis I've had many massages over the years at different spas, so I have a good sense of what a quality therapeutic massage should feel like. Unfortunately, this was not it. The massage itself was far from relaxing. I had to ask Maria multiple times to ease up because several techniques were genuinely painful rather than therapeutic. Instead of leaving relaxed, I left tense and uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the checkout process. This massage was a birthday gift from my friend and had already been fully paid for in advance. Despite that, I was initially told I owed the full balance. After clarifying that it had already been paid, I was then asked about gratuity, which my friend had also already authorized. The interaction became awkward enough that I ended up putting an additional charge on my own card just to get out of the situation. Any relaxation I might have felt was completely erased at checkout. Was brought here as a birthday surprise for a couples massage. We were warmly greeted and we filled out the usual questionnaire. Overall it was a nice experience and I would have given it 5 starts, but below is my honest feedback and if these things were fixed I would have given it 5 stars: I was lead to a women's locker / bathroom where I was given a bathrobe (a little too small for me- I found out later there were different sizes and could have requested a larger size). It was folded strangely in the locker and at first sight I wasn't sure if it was used. I secured my things and we were lead to a couples room. We lay on the tables and had an "80 minute" massage which they didn't realize (thought it for 60 mins) so after they checked , it was more like 70 minutes total. I'm usually quiet during my massage and would have liked my masseuse to ask for more feedback (harder/softer/ how does it feel?) My boyfriend was very happy with his masseuse. (Her name was Terry). I was confused at the end of mine when my masseuse applied cream all over my face and gently rubbed it in for quite a few minutes . Wasn't sure if I was getting a facial as well, never had that done before. Would have preferred she could have washed her hands and done a scalp massage instead. When done I went back to the locker room and took a shower in the oversized shower which had complimentary shampoo conditioner and body wash. They brought me a bath mat and a small towel. I would have liked a changing room as there was a small padded bench in the room but there were two other ladies in there so I changed in the toilet stall. I know space is limited but even another curtain just outside the shower area to separate it from the rest of the room would be nice for modesty reasons. Walking out they were very sweet and let me take photos to share. Physically I felt very relaxed and feeling good. We also spent a few minutes in the sauna with a cup of cold water they provided before showering. read more

I was searching for some where for my mom, sister, and I to have a relaxing girls day together. The spa offered a small group package which consisted of 2 services for each of us to choose from. The spa itself is very cute, provides a nice robe and slippers to change in to and overall looks very clean. We were able to use the sauna prior to our services which was great and they brought us some cold water to drink while we relaxed. They also have a long area where you can have tea, coffee, or water and some snacks. There's an outdoor space as well which looked nice but it was chilly out so we didn't get to indulge in that area. Now to the services, I chose a signature massage and a petit facial. The massage was great. Very relaxing and soothing and my masseuse really got into where my tension lies. He asked me prior to starting any areas of concern and we discussed how I've had sciatica and it is flaring up some now that I am 7 months postpartum. He found that tension and worked to try to loosen me up and alleviate the pain I have. It was great and I loved that part of my service. The facial is where the 1 star comes off. While the aesthetician was sweet and she did not try to up sell me on any services, which I appreciate, she let me just relax while she worked, she left my face with quite a few scars. My regular aesthetician that I see has never left marks on my face. This was disappointing. The scars aren't huge so you can't notice them too badly but they are 4 in total when there really should be none especially b/c she didn't do any extractions. I told her I have sensitive skin and it didn't seem as though she adjusted the services to fit the needs of my skin type. I came here for my birthday with my mom, I really enjoyed my time, there was a room where you can relax on couches before your treatment with tea, water, some energy bars, a nice view out onto a patio, several large soft chairs and the usual Buddha-inspired decor. I had "scrubbage" which was a warm salt scrub for 25 minutes followed by a shower and then a massage. I've found it is not terribly common to find this treatment in most spas but I'm a huge fan of full body exfoliation after my experience of Turkish baths . The room my massage therapist brought me to was large and clean, the massage table was comfortable, heated and they used nice-quality sheets. The scrub was amazing, after the shower my skin felt so much softer. The 50 minute massage was also very good, she had a great sense of flow and energy and listened to what I had asked her to focus on. Also she was very pleasant but didn't force me to talk .She didn't give her name so I can't give her a shout-out here. My only nit-pick was I thought the shower area could use an update as it wasn't as nice as some of the other spas, still used plastic sheets, no decor, and the towels were very tired. I'd definitely come back and would recommend to anyone looking for a good spa experience! read more

Technically 4.5 - and the points are taken off for decor, NOT therapists/services. I attended a baby sprinkle at this spa a few weeks ago and walked in not expecting too much. The initial decor is ok, not too fancy or luxe as you might see at some spas but more like a store filled with pampering goodies. The locker room and changing rooms are small and neat, but again, nothing impressive. But then you get into the treatment room ...still not gorgeous but the services are AMAZING. I booked a scrubbage treatment with 30 minutes of reflexology or neck/back tacked on. Scrubbage is 25 minutes of scrub with a 50 minute massage. I had the pleasure of having this treatment done by Elizabeth who is ridiculously talented beyond belief. She was able to loosen up knots and hit pressure points without my direction and gave an amazing scrub (mmm, lemony...love it). She has an amazing, positive vibe and brought my experience up to 5 star plus. She really used the extra 30 min to concentrate on areas which she felt I needed to bring the tension down - 2 hours went by in a flash. I am convinced that I will be back here soon and often. Also, there were 14 other people with me who booked all different services - I heard a lot of praises for Marina for facials and I can't say that everyone didn't look great. Everyone left happy and said they would be back. Overall, all of the estheticians and massage therapists got great reviews all around. Book right away - you won't regret it. Do not go here! I went in yesterday for an anti-aging facial. The aesthetician used a blade to exfoliate. I told her that my skin felt raw and was stinging but she insisted that this was normal. This morning I woke up with scabs all over my face and neck and red and purple bruising. The skin on my face feels like it is burning and I can not touch it. I so regret going there. Never again!! Save yourself the money (it's an expensive spa) and the pain and suffering that follows. I look like iI was beaten up! I hope my face heals from this mess!! read more

my skin looked flawless after a facial here. i chose the "the pore-fectionist" and it really cleared out any blackheads. my skin was as clear as glass and glowing for days afterwards. it didn't seem like it was the full 50 minutes it was supposed to be, but the results were phenomenal either way. i would have liked it if the esthetician explained what products she was using as she was using them, but she was talking a lot about her life. it was cool to connect with her, but i would have liked to know what she was using and why. i like to know ingredients and the effects a product will have. i would have purchased more if i actually knew what she was using and what it did for my skin. i had to chime in and ask questions about what some products were or what she was doing, and i wasn't getting very knowledgeable answers back. at the end of the facial, she rounded everything she used on my skin up at the cash register for me, but it was a weird way to go about selling a bunch of stuff. i didn't even bother with any of it because i didn't really have a clue what any of it was or why i needed it. i also booked a massage. unfortunately, that was very weak. the girl told me if i wanted to get the knots out, i'd have to book a longer massage.... but i had one booked for a healthy amount of time. she was very skinny and not that strong, but very sweet. it was okay. i told her my problem areas and felt she could have spent a longer time focusing on those areas instead, but it is what it is. the facial really made it all worth it because my skin was absolutely beautiful afterwards and i saw a huge difference. read more

They use Image Skincare products, which left my skin looking healthy with a nice glow. I recently visited this spa for the first time. They've done a good job creating a spa in a somewhat awkward space upstairs in a shopping center. As a result, the women's locker room is right off the lobby, so if someone opens the door to the locker room and you're standing too close to the door while changing, you're flashing everyone. The locker room is nothing special but it's fine. The sauna is in the entryway, so you have to walk back through the lobby to get to it. The relaxation area is nice, with a view of the patio, but it wasn't always quiet in there because you can hear everything that's going on in the lobby or hallway. And for a while, they must have been testing the fire alarm in the building, because I kept hearing an annoying noise. I assume that was an exceptional thing and outside the control of the spa staff! They had cold water in the relaxation area, but I didn't see any other beverages (like tea). I had a 100-minute massage, which was great- the therapist did a good job integrating Swedish and deep tissue. The massage included hot stones but the stones were only set on my back while she worked on the lower half of my body. The stones weren't actually integrated into the massage. It also includes aromatherapy, but I did not have my choice of aromas. I also had the 80-minute facial. Jamie did a good job with my micro planing and oxygen treatment and my face did indeed look much better after the facial. She did not try to sell me products (I hate when there is a push to make you buy products) but did offer helpful suggestions when I asked about products. I will be back for another facial! You might wonder why I gave four stars instead of five. I've been to many spas around the country and there are some little touches that make some spas truly exceptional - a hot towel around your neck while you're waiting for your appointment, the employee who takes you to the relaxation area offering to get you water, a free mini treatment as part of your larger treatment, or something else special that is done to make you feel like a valued customer. If Red Hots would up their game just a bit, it would be a five-star experience. All in all, it's a good place - it was clean, the robes were comfy, when I sent them email to make an appointment they called me immediately to schedule, and they were not pretentious. By the way, tipping is cash only, which is something I didn't realize. Fortunately I had enough cash with me to tip everyone. read more

My long overdue need for a day of pampering was met with the most lovely and welcoming staff, and one of the most amazing spa experiences I've ever had! I went with a good friend of mine and we were offered extra time to relax in the sauna and beautiful lounge before/after our services. The sauna is immaculate and soothing; the lounge is so chic and relaxing...nestled in a quiet space. Heather was absolutely incredible for my massage. She miraculously worked out all the awful tension in my neck and shoulders! Jamie was absolutely amazing for my facial. Im writing this review so that other people don't waste their money coming here. I was supposed to have a facial with Anita but I was running late because of bad traffic, the receptionist informed me that she can switch me to another aesthetician or I will be charged a fee. She claimed this was done as a favor but I wish I never took the favor. Also, life happens so unless you plan on leaving very early for your appointment I wouldn't even try to make it here during rush hour if you live far away. She also wanted to tell me other spas charge the full amount, well there are other spas that understand and won't charge a $1. I requested a deep cleansing facial and I initially asked for a light peel that I have done at other spas before. The aesthetician advised me against starting peels and to try cool sculpt as an add on which is more money than what I had asked for. She made this recommendation before even examining my face. While she cleansed my face she was getting soap everywhere in my mouth and then she placed a BURNING HOT towel on my face which I had to ask for her to remove because it was too hot. Her extractions were very painful and she concentrated primarily on my pores and when I pointed out something that I believed could have been extracted she said she thinks its just a mark. Well it was actually something that could be extracted cause I was able to do it myself after the facial. The sides of my face and forehead were not extracted at all. She applied so much pressure while extracting that after I left I looked in the mirror and saw two broken blood vessels right under the eye. I took her advice and tried the cool sculpt which is listed as $150 for 15 minutes on their website but mine was done in maybe 5 minutes and it did absolutely nothing for my face. This was by far the worst facial I have received. The aesthetician they paired me with is actually listed as a masseuse on their website but the receptionist assured me she does facials as well and happens to be a lead aesthetician there, if she's a lead aesthetician then I wouldn't dare to try anyone else in there, this person is not skilled at all and has no idea what they are doing. Save your money and time there are better places in that area. read more

This place is amazing. We used the common room to celebrate our bride to be. We were able to decorate, bring food and drinks. The whole experience from start to finish was awesome. Making arrangements for 12 girls was basically seamless. They accommodated each request. The therapists were fabulous. Not one complaint. All the girls came in raving about how amazing their service was. My therapist was Lisa. I'm convinced her hands are made of magic. She listened and took time in areas that needed more attention. If I could give Zero stars I would. I went a few months ago for a body scrub. Since I've been before, I was familiar with the spa. Myself and bf booked a couples appt. We were running a few minutes late and they used the time into the appt. which was fine and expected. The actual scrub was fine. But after we didn't get that customer service we got last time. If I had never been there before I would have never known they had a room to relax after with water and refreshments. It's like they didn't care after they were done. We were just left to find ourselves back to the locker room. That was whatever, the next day I notice my legs were so sore. The girl who performed the scrub, literally scrubbed my skin off. I had red marks all over my legs. I took pics and contacted the spa. The receptionist said she would talk to the manager and get back to me. Even after seeing the pics the manager didn't contact me directly. All they offered was a 10% discount for my next visit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I had blisters up and down my legs and that's all they offer? On top of that, talk about customer service where the manager can't even pick up the call and try to rectify the situation, adding insult to injury. I would never go back again. read more
