This time, she said "you should've said something earlier, so I could've filled in the spot, but you just sat there" That was a trigger for me as it reminded me of last year when she said that same thing after I explained my situation. Actually made me tear up. What happened to compassion? I drive all the way from palm beach because i love to see my sisters excel, and both ladies there do a great job. (I'm not looking for friends either in case you read this) I've even seen a LHHP actress there before. And Tianna was sooooo nice and bubbly to her, then when I was next, just a dry personality. OK. I get it. I'm no celebrity, but listen, as a nurse, & adjunct professor, I NEVER make any of my patients or students feel less than. Doesn't matter what kind of insurance or background they have. I treat my homeless patients just as well as my wealthy patients. A little compassion goes a long way. I will NO longer be supporting this business and i guarantee she cares zero. Another worker assisted me and did a wonderful job in the end oh and she drilled my big toe messy so the layer she did can't be fixed which is why the man had to do it from scratch because she said she couldn't do my nails because she could not match the previous powder although I said she could just paint it a regular color instead of giving me a French tip
