I started coming here after my lash lady of 10 years retired and moved out of country. I went to lessa Daniel's about 5, 6 times. 3 of which she was late about 15mins. While she was away on vacation I got a fill with srous phoung, wasn't all that friendly. I couple days after my filled about half my lashes fell out. No joke. I contacted leesa and she was sorry to hear off this and said she can give a deal on a fill. I made the appt, which was 8 days after my initial fill. I asked what my deal was on the day off and it was the sane price as a normal fill but 30mins SHORTER? I canceled and as policy was charged 50%. I paid 113 for 1st fill and tip, plus they wanted 75 more tip also?? After 8 days 188 total plus tip. Sounds like not I good deal. Won't be back. read more

Prior to the appointment I was told it would take roughly 3 hours but I believe we got done within under 2 hours! She has so many stories to tell and inspiring wisdom to share, the time goes too quickly!! I even stayed an extra hour afterwards just to chat with her! She is skilled at listening and implementing requests, and she is also excellent at taking the lead and coming up with solutions to more vague requests on the fly. She is super personable and kind, and makes the experience fun. I've been going to lash me boutique for many years now and I have to say their professionalism is top notch and their service is superb. I see Srous for my lashes and she always creates great length and fullness with my hybrid style lashes. I've seen the other ladies as well and they all equally do an amazing job. Working in the medical field I am very particular about hygiene and this shop takes the proper time to sterilize and sanitize their equipment to create a clean and hygienic experience for all. Booked over 2 months in advance. Followed all confirmation prompts. Was very excited because I booked as close to my due date for baby as possible for newborn family photos. Arranged baby sitting for my toddler the day of appointment. Received an automated text that my app was canceled for no reason. There was no personal call, apology or discount offer for the future. Which feels pretty unfair because if I were to cancel the day of, I would be expected to pay 50% of the service still. I tried reaching out to understand why it was canceled but was ignored. Then I found out from the friend who reccommended this place to me that the owner Chattana is known to cancel on multiple clients. Surprised Lash Me Boutique is still in business. I always go here weekly for my appointment with leesa! I love my lashes, and she does it really quick! The atmosphere of this place is top notch, the ladies are very friendly, nice, always smiling, and helpful. They will try to accommodate you to the best they can! The location is fairly decent, yes they share parking with the other buildings, no it's not in the ghetto, if you think this is ghetto then u must be from Beverly Hills lmfao.! But the point is, this place is a hidden gem. U get ur money's worth.
