I cannot say enough good about my experience. I came in super nervous because I had eyelash extensions applied by another place that had me jacked up. I mean seriously, they looked like baby doll lashes, there was so much glue my eyes hurt. The lashes were hard & crusty, they obstructed my vision. I mean jacked all the way up. The glue they used had to be hair glue. It burned like fire & had a chemical smell. So I knew I may not even have any lashes left after these got removed. Well, let me tell you, my anxiety was so high Tina had to give me several breaks as she was removing this mess. She was so kind, patient & understanding with me. She showed me the damage the other place had caused to my lashes. Which meant I couldn't do what I had originally wanted with the new lashes. However, once she put the new set on I was very pleased. They look amazing! I know with time I'll be able to reach my desired set, and my lashes will grow back in healthy. I trust Tina & see that she truly is an artist. Cause what she had to work with, well she's an artist!!! Her professionalism & gentle compassionate spirit relaxed me and put my fears to rest. This is an investment into myself that I'm super glad I made. I'll never go anywhere else. I assumed that the other place was reputable because they was recommended to me by coworkers, I should've done better research. Now I know & like I said, I'll never go anywhere else. It's been just a few days since I have gotten my eyelash extensions from Lash Out and I absolutely love them. I naturally have ginger-colored eyelashes and now I haven't had to wear mascara once. I was looking for a lash that wouldn't be too long or dramatic so I'd be able to go without makeup and still have a natural look, Tina achieved it perfectly. She takes her time to actually look at your lashes and see what best fits. She really knows what she is doing and for the price (185$ without tip) I'd definitely recommend Lash Out. Tina also gives you a take-home care bag for your lashes so you can make sure they stay healthy and beautiful. Along with that if you ever have any questions, she knows the answers. I am very pleased with my new set of lashes. After going without extensions for a few years, I tried Lash Out because this new studio is conveniently located, and my daughter also wanted to get them for the first time. I'm extremely pleased that 6 days in, I seem to have lost only a couple lashes. This is after several workouts including hot yoga! The adhesive must be working great, and they are more comfortable than what I remember from other studios a few years back. The owner/operator is very friendly and has a gorgeous little suite. You will feel relaxed and pampered. She also took the time to show me how to care for my lashes and sent us home with cleaner and brushes. Tina is fabulous!!!!! My lash extensions look so natural & beautiful. I no longer have a need for mascara, not only saving money but also my time! My lashes last for 3 weeks & are very easy to care for. My appointments never take longer than 1 hour & Tina is always ready for me when I arrive. Her studio is serene & you can even take a nap while she works on your lashes if you want to. I also have no problems scheduling appointments that are conducive to my schedule. Danielle (Dani) did my eyelashes before a two week trip out of the country. I didn't bring mascara with me and yet all of my pictures look amazing. I came back after 3 weeks for my lash fill in, and my lashes still looked amazing! If it wasn't a few days before Thanksgiving, I would have waited longer - that's how long they last. Dani is so sweet and easy to talk to. She does an absolutely wonderful job and takes her time, making sure that you look at the lashes afterwards and are totally satisfied. As for the facility itself, it's super clean, all of the tools and equipment are new and sterile for each client. The rooms are private and so comfy with brand new fold down beds to relax (que soothing spa music)! 10/10 would recommend. read more

I've been going to Lisa, who works at the Mason Lash Out location and i am hooked! Lisa takes her time, remembers details of my life, and makes me feel like I am important and not just another customer. Her lash work is also amazing!! She makes it so easy to switch up the style of my lashes and nails it every time. The quality of the lashes are amazing, leaving them soft and perfectly curled even until my monthly fill-in. It's also super easy booking your next appointment with her, and always sends you a reminder the day before! I received permanent eyeliner yesterday and she was wonderful. Thought about it for years, but assumed was painful! Not with Tina! Was actually relaxed and she would not be satisfied until I was! This is hands down the best place I have ever been! The salon is so clean and relaxing. Tina provides a one on one treatment, making you feel like your her #1 client. OMG!!! I just have to say that I had an amazing experience at lash out!! my lashes are fuller longer and beautiful I've had them on for about 3 weeks now and its the same as the day got them!!! her space was very pleasant and professional..it was very clean and sterilized.my favorite part of the whole experience was the fresh linens and it was comfortable.
