My interactions with Rubrows started with a Groupon. I purchased a Powder Brow. Because this was a Groupon, my expectations were mixed because it was a fairly decent discount for powder brow. But all I can " WOW" I was there for almost 3 hours and they treated me very well and done an excellent job. I could not be happier. Cindy was my nail tech and did an AMAZING job on my pedicure and French dip nails.
