The service started with a consultation of any concerns I might have and what shape and color I wanted my brows to be . From there my face was measured and marked to map where lines would be drawn. Then it was time to draw and fill in my brows , the process itself isn't painful just a bit uncomfortable comparable to plucking your brows . In total I'd say it took about 2 1/2 hours and I am pleased with the results . I left with instructions for aftercare and an ointment to put on my brows to help with the healing process. The best part of the whole experience is chatting with Lashawn , she'll make sure you leave feeling confident.

My lashes always look so full and beautiful and custom to my Asian eye shape and preference. They are soft and feel natural and last much longer through other places. I can shower, get facials, swim in pools and beaches with them lasting through easily up to 3-4 weeks. I get fills every 2-3 weeks just to keep them full all months long. She is also great about taking care of my natural lashes so between fills or wanting new full sets I have plenty of healthy lashes to renew! She moved out to Southwest Bakersfield into her own studio at Sola Salon Studios. It's a cute location with other private studios and so you have privacy and are able to fully relax as Chelsea makes you beautiful without interruption or rush. She takes her time and is so professional and sweet. She is fairly priced especially for the work you get. By appointments only right now and she always makes sure you get time for your fills to keep looking beautiful for months. I will keep coming to Chelsea as long as I live in Bakersfield. She takes her time and treats you royally so you never feel rushed. Additionally, it's cost-effective. Kelly acknowledged the asymmetry, and she and her husband proceeded to laser off the top of one brow to even it out. After healing, my mom returned asking for guidance on next steps. At that point, Kelly admitted that too much had been lasered off--and even said that if she were to redo the brows, she never would have removed that area in the first place. It is incredibly concerning that a decision they "felt so strongly about" at the time is now being walked back only after the damage is done. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a clear path forward, Kelly told my mom they would "never agree" on shape and dismissed her concerns entirely. Both she and her husband took zero accountability for a mistake they performed. To make matters worse, Kelly made an inappropriate joke implying my mom was essentially a charity case, saying she sees her more than her own mother. Completely unprofessional and deeply insensitive--especially given the vulnerability involved in cosmetic tattooing and laser procedures. These are not minor services--this is someone's face, permanence, and self-esteem. My mom has spent years trying to feel confident about her brows, and this experience has only set her back further. She is now left having to find someone new while dealing with a partially lasered-off eyebrow. This was a waste of time, money, and trust. If you take your appearance seriously, I would strongly reconsider going here.

When I tried to cancel, you said I would still have to pay the session and all payments were not refundable. I get your time was being wasted but to keep my money when u did nothing on my is ridiculous! And then come the reschedule and the day of the appointment you had your car issues then another reschedule and I had to push my schedule 2 hours because you forgot someone was coming to inspect or fumigate and still no discount for MY inconvenience.
