Checked them out on Facebook too, since they have no number listed on Yelp or google, reached out on FB messenger to the Business and I was connected to a lady named Stacie. She informed me that you have to set up your appointment with her through an app called StyleSeat ... It's basically a Yelp for hair, nails, waxing, eyelashes, and pretty much everything beautifying. I'm not sure if all the technicians here at HOB use this app for scheduling appointments? But the app itself even has lots of reviews and pictures too, plus Stacie gave me her Instagram to check out even more of her work, and I was sold lol.... She really has some talent! So everything is by appointment through the app only. And it's really easy to use. So my appointment date rolls around. Stacie informed me VIA text she was a little behind and if I could come 30.mins later, sure no problem. Arrived and sent her the text that I was there (since she informed me they keep the doors locked for safety reasons) and she lets me in... The place is a little house that's been transformed into a salon, and each room has its own little station, it's super cute,, fun, clean and comfortable. I loved it. And Stacie was very easy to talk to, super sweet and friendly, And she understood what I wanted, even kept asking me little details to make sure she did what I wanted too!... and I'd say she delivered! she brought my hair back to life! lol. I was so happy with her work. She has the hands of a machine when it comes to blow drying your hair, lol. I've never seen such movement with a hairbrush and blow dryer before. Haha! I called Studio B Salon about 4-5 days before my desired appointment (a Saturday) to book an 8 AM slot with Vicki. I even repeated the time twice to make sure we were clear. On the day of my appointment, I arrived a few minutes after 8 AM, but no one was there. I kept calling, but no one answered. I didn't come to the door because the place looked empty, and the broken window made things feel off. Eventually, two ladies approached the door (one of whom I believe was Arlene and her client). When I asked about my appointment with Vicki, Arlene was dismissive, saying, "Well, she's not here, but if you have an appointment, she'll show up." After that, she ignored me, and it was actually her client who kindly let me in and had me sit down. I waited until 9 AM--over an hour after my scheduled appointment--but Vicki still hadn't arrived. When I finally told Arlene I was leaving, she apologized, saying, "I should have called her. I was so focused on my client only." It was disappointing that it took her that long to address my situation. I'm sure these women are talented in their work, but this experience left me feeling completely disrespected. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this, so unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon.

Called the number to confirm it was the correct number, owner was irritated, red flag #1. Asked her how much more once deposit was paid, she was unsure stating she didn't know and explained her assistant contacted me, ok cool. Day of the appointment I'm unable to find location so I called her and again she's irritated, sends wrong address but I still find it and still arrive on time. Knock on the door to be let in, another employee working in front asks who I was there for, she told me to notify her I was there. Ok so I send a text letting her know I'm there, no answer. I then called and by now her voice is in yelling mode, she told me to let the front know I am there for her and they would let her know. At this point I explain to her I am inside the building but the girl in front told me to contact her, she told me she is busy with another client and hung up! At this point I'm like, do I want this angry bird microblading my brows???? I told it's ok, I will leave please refund my deposit. I let myself put the locked doors and waited. She comes to the front talking mess, rolling her neck and said no refund. I called the police, while waiting she walks out with the customer she had just finished at 140pm. When the police arrived she told them I was upset because I was late. I explained to the police and showed him the time she sent me the wrong address along with the time I actually arrived and text her which was on time for my appointment and also, how could I be worried about being late when she didn't finish with the person in front of me til 140pm??? ​
